I arrived around 3:30 p.m. on Saturday and there was no wait, but the restaurant was almost full. I ordered the Laa Men and Niboshi Soba, which arrived fairly quickly. The Laa Men had a strong umami flavor without being too light, which was great. The Niboshi Soba had a punch of seafood flavor that exceeded my expectations and was enjoyable.

Around the area where there is Add-Az in Shibuya. It's a taste that has been brushed up on old-fashioned ramen, perfect for after drinking with a light soup that is suitable for everyone. It seems that there are a lot of commitments, but I prefer the noodles to be a little firmer. And a little harder. Maybe it's because of the whole wheat, but the soup is light, so the taste bothered me.

My mother, wife, and I visited the restaurant. My mother had soy sauce ramen, and my wife had soy sauce ramen with seasoned egg. The ramen and dried fish broth ramen were served in that order, but when I took a bite, I felt like something was missing. It turned out that the special toppings were not included. When I asked, they brought the unexpected toppings on a separate plate. I felt like I got a great deal. The dried fish broth ramen had a slightly strong flavor, which I think is perfect for the summer.

On the way back from a drinking party, I felt unsatisfied and decided to stop by Ramen Jima for a visit. The impression was that it was an elegant soy sauce ramen. It was not too greasy or too bland, but just the right balance. The interior of the restaurant was relatively spacious, clean, and it is recommended for a date night to end with a visit to this ramen shop!

It seemed to be part of the Hayashida group. The atmosphere, ramen, everything felt like that. I usually prefer soup, but on this day, I was in the mood for mixed noodles, so I chose that. It was delicious with plenty of toppings, but the soy sauce-marinated egg was the best.

It was hot, so I thought about having tsukemen, but when I arrived at the shop, I felt like having the special instead. Both the soup and noodles were delicious. The flavored egg was cooked to perfection. However, it seems like the staff's energy is decreasing. Maybe it's because of the heat? I'm concerned.

I went to Tajima, a 10-minute walk from Shibuya Station. It is a ramen shop known for its delicious chicken broth soy sauce ramen. I ordered the special ramen, and the combination of straight wheat noodles and rich soup was a flood of umami. The toppings were also impressive, with long menma, chewy chashu, and flavorful egg. It was a shop where you could feel the wonderful taste and attention to detail. When you visit Shibuya, be sure to try the ramen at Tajima!

Next to Cho-Raku, there is a ramen shop with a beautiful exterior that doesn't quite fit in with Shibuya. I noticed it a few years ago and finally decided to visit since the restaurant I wanted to go to had a long line. From ordering to getting my bowl, it only took about 2 minutes. I'm not sure if it's a chain restaurant, but their operation was very efficient. The taste was what you would expect, but it was still good. I want to try their tsukemen next time.

My wife and I went to Shibuya after a long time to watch a movie and do some shopping. It was around 5 PM and we were feeling hungry. She kept saying she wanted to eat ramen with a strong flavor, so we ended up going to "Raamen Tajima." We were surprised to find a ramen shop like this in Shibuya, as we had only known of a few other popular ramen places in the area. The shop was a bit crowded, but we only had to wait for about 5 minutes before we could buy our meal tickets. They only accepted cash, so be sure to have some on hand when you go. The menu was translated into 4 languages, probably to accommodate the diverse customers. I ordered the salt ramen, while the recommended dish was soy sauce ramen made with broth from Ooyama chicken. The whole wheat noodles were delicious, and I finished my bowl in no time. The chicken salt ramen had a refreshing touch of lemon, making it a great choice for those who don't like heavy oiliness. Salt ramen with lemon was the best.

Visited at 8:00 pm. Was seated right away. Special dipping noodles (first time) → Dipping noodles with a rich kelp broth. The dipping sauce was very hot. The noodles were thicker than ramen noodles. The noodles were chilled. Salt ramen → The noodles here are the highlight. Lemon? I wasn't sure if it would go well, but it was delicious. Unfortunately, they didn't have the summer limited cold dried fish soba yet. I will come back for a rematch. Thank you for the meal.

There is a new branch of Laa-men Hayashida, known for their delicious tsukemen with seasoned egg, open in Shibuya. I love the tsukemen with kombu broth from their sister shop, Laa-men Miura in Futako Shinchi, so I was happy to see it available at the Shibuya location as well. The appearance was almost identical, but personally, I felt that the tsukemen at Laa-men Miura had a slightly stronger kombu flavor, which I preferred.

Located about a 5-minute walk from Shibuya Station, near "Shibuya Niku Yokocho" and "Animate", our restaurant was visited on a Saturday around 9:30 PM and was fully booked, with over half of the menu items sold out due to its popularity. The appearance is completely similar to "Hayashida". Although "Oil Soba Nihon Yutou" is mentioned on the INGS website, our restaurant is not listed, so it is likely that we were produced by the company. The food is refreshing and delicious, with many female customers seen. It is also a great choice for a second stop on a night out. If the overseas expansion goes well, we may become a destination for foreign tourists in the future, similar to "Ichiran". Restaurants affiliated with "Hayashida" are surprisingly delicious, including the nearby "Oil Soba Nihon Yutou", so the future looks promising.

Taste 3: The soy sauce ramen is decently tasty but lacks any distinct features, with a common flavor profile and a lingering greasiness without much sharpness. Price 2: Considering the taste, it is overpriced in the 1000 yen range. Feels more like paying for the location. Service 2: Below average service with a somewhat indifferent attitude. The staff doesn't make eye contact. Atmosphere 4: The interior is clean and has a sense of cleanliness. Overall rating 2.5: No intention of returning.

It was simply delicious. The price was reasonable. The taste was very refreshing and the ramen was easy to eat. Personally, I felt like it was missing a little something extra, so I found it a bit unsatisfying. It seems like they put effort into their noodles, as they were delicious with a good texture.

A sweet and refreshing soup with a nice balance of lightness and richness in flavor. You can also get an extra serving of noodles for an additional 150 yen, so it's great for those who want to eat a lot. Despite the positive reviews, it's not too crowded so you can easily drop by. I definitely want to come back again.

After a long time, I went to Tajima. I had the soy sauce flavored ramen with seasoned egg. It was delicious as always. The thick soup clung to the chewy wheat noodles. The seasoned egg was creamy and well done. The chashu was moist and tender. This place is like the benchmark for ramen. I'll definitely visit again.

The tickets are easy to use and the food comes out quickly. The whole wheat noodles were delicious and I finished them quickly. The chicken salt ramen had a hint of lemon, making it refreshing to eat until the end, so it's recommended for those who are not good with oily food.

I visited Laamen Tajima for lunch in Shibuya. It was close to the last day of Golden Week, so there were fewer people in Shibuya. The neighboring restaurant, Choraku, had a long line. The interior of Laamen Tajima was clean and new. I found the soy sauce ramen with Ooyama chicken to be more delicious than the dried fish ramen. Personally, I felt that the chashu was a bit tough. The noodles were thick and had a firm texture.
