You can enjoy rare cuts like wagyu kalbi, wagyu harami, wagyu karubi, brisket sukiyaki, gyuusagari steak, bone-in kalbi, and pot pickled kalbi. The 90-minute time limit is quite generous. They provide various condiments like sauce, lemon salt, spicy miso, and salt on the table for flavor variations. I was pleasantly surprised by the complimentary appetizer of premium beef tongue with a rich and thick cut. The vegetable grill with onions and shiitake mushrooms was delicious and perfect for those who want to try a variety of vegetables in small portions.
