This cafe stand is located about a 7-minute walk north of Nakano Station. I once went in the evening because I wanted to try the white canelé cake coated with white chocolate, "Blanc", but unfortunately it was sold out! This time, I went right after opening, but found out that Blanc is only available from 12:00 onwards. So, I killed time at another cafe nearby for about an hour and then returned at 12:00. I ordered Blanc, canelé, and hojicha latte. Blanc is very soft, with a nice balance of the sourness of the confiture inside and the sweetness of the white chocolate outside. The canelé has a crispy exterior and a moist interior, very delicious. Enjoying them with hojicha latte was pure bliss. The cafe has a cozy atmosphere with seating for about 3 groups (6 people?). It's a bit small, so it's not ideal for long stays, but perfect for enjoying canelé and coffee. I also bought a butter bar as a souvenir, which had the perfect balance of crispy surface and gooey center. It may be a bit pricey at 300 yen each, but they are so delicious. Blanc, canelé, butter bar - this cafe stand offers delicious sweets.

I visited the restaurant around 17:30 on a weekday. It was empty at first, but quickly filled up. The benches and counter inside were cool with what looked like sharpening stones. Order and impressions: Ethiopian coffee for 550 yen ★×4 - cheap and delicious Canele (plain) for 350 yen ★×4 - has a nice matte texture and was delicious. Thank you for the meal!

Nakano cafe "butter" specializes in canelés and coffee. I tried the canelé and a cake called "Blanc". The Blanc is slightly larger than the canelé and coated with white chocolate, with a balanced taste of sour jam inside. The canelé has a crispy and chewy texture. The seating is limited to 3 groups and the benches are made of a hard material, making it not ideal for long stays. #butter #butter_coffee_stand #buttercoffeestand #Nakano_gourmet #Nakano_cafe #Nakano_coffee_stand #cafe #coffeestand #canelé #blanc

Cannele ¥350, Blanc ¥600, Butter Bar Matcha ¥300, Coffee ¥450
[Takeout] Butter Bar Coffee ¥300
The cannele is freshly baked. Even though it's freshly baked, it's crispy and has a firm texture, which I like. It's incredibly delicious with just the right amount of sweetness. I love the cannele here! The surprise of the matcha bar was also amazing. It feels like it was made very carefully, with a deep flavor. I liked it so much that I got it for takeout. The Blanc that I came for was also great. The white chocolate is incredibly smooth, and the jelly inside is refreshing and delicious! I enjoyed it thoroughly, savoring each bite. I became a big fan of this shop, as it was a continuous surprise and excitement from start to finish.
*Cannele is available from 11:00, Blanc is available from 12:00, with only 2 groups served first-come, first-served until 11:30. When I sat down, it was already full. After 12:00, there were 3 groups waiting for Blanc for dine-in.

I went on a Saturday evening. The interior of the shop is very small, but it has a simple and stylish atmosphere with a white theme. It has a modern feel. This shop is popular for its canelés, but they were already sold out by the evening. There are only 3 seats, so it's a matter of luck whether there are any available. When I went, there was only one other group, but soon after it became full and there were people waiting for seats. (While waiting, you have to wait outside the shop.) I sat inside, and it had a cozy and quiet atmosphere. I ordered a roasted green tea latte. It was delicious, with a subtle sweetness and a strong roasted green tea flavor. I love roasted green tea lattes and always order them at cafes, but this one was one of my favorites. If you like a less sweet taste, you will definitely love it. And the matcha butter sandwich that my companion ordered was truly amazing! It had a dense texture and was small but very satisfying to eat. It's a high-calorie taste that everyone loves. It has a strong matcha bitterness and you won't get tired of it. I definitely decided to try other flavors as well. Since they also offer takeout, I think I'll try that next time.

It was a wonderful cafe! When I went, it wasn't crowded so I was able to sit right away. They had canelés, but I ordered the matcha and café latte from Butterbar. I also tried a bite of my friend's canelé, which was not too sweet and delicious. The Butterbar matcha I ordered was rich and very tasty! The café latte was not too sweet. Although I ordered two items, the total was around 1000 yen, so it's not cheap... but considering how stylish it is, I think it's perfect for visiting on a holiday! Since the seating is limited, it's best to go with a small group and not plan to stay too long.

I was lucky to find the last piece of the brand I was looking for when I visited the store at 2:30 p.m. on Saturday! There are only three seats for eating in, but for some reason, the space is very calming and the interior is very simple. Ice cafe latte ¥600, ice matcha latte ¥650, vanilla ice topping ¥350, brand ¥600, butter bar matcha ¥300. The brand had white chocolate on the outside and pineapple confiture on the inside, and it was very delicious!

I arrived at the store at 4:30 PM on Saturday, but the canelé was sold out. So disappointing... However, they had a bar, so I got some for takeout as a gift and enjoyed it the next day. It was amazing! The coffee alone would be rated around 3.1 to 3.2, including service, but the sweets were delicious! They were satisfying and at 300 yen for this size, it's a great deal. I will definitely come back to buy more. I had the coffee inside the store. The hot coffee was an Americano, which had a strong bitterness and acidity that wasn't really to my taste. I'm curious about trying the roasted green tea latte and craft cola next time. There are only three seats for eating in, but the space is comfortable as there are breaks between customers. By the way, the staff is not very friendly type. No smiles.

Long time no see, Butter-san! The canelés here are the hardest and crunchiest type I've ever had, with a chewy inside for a nice contrast in textures. The new Butter Bar that debuted on 6/21 has a crispy top and bottom, with a gooey caramel-like center. It was delicious, so definitely give it a try!

The interior of the shop was very simple, but with plenty of natural light coming in, creating a nice atmosphere. I tried the Craft Cora Latte. As soon as I took a sip, the aroma of spices spread, and I could also enjoy the taste of coffee, which was quite intriguing. It was so delicious that I couldn't stop drinking and finished it in no time. The Citrus Cannele that I ordered along with it was refreshing with a perfect balance of sweetness, and it was delicious! I visited after 11 o'clock, so next time I want to try the Blanc.

On Sunday, I visited the restaurant after 12 pm, expecting it to be crowded, and as expected, the inside was full because there were only 3 tables. Luckily, I was the first in line to wait. It was extremely hot outside, but we were asked to wait in front of the store instead of in the shade. After about 20 minutes, we were finally able to enter the restaurant. The white canelé was actually a cake, not a canelé, and it was a limited edition only available in the store. I wanted to have the black canelé with my coffee, so I ordered a hot café mocha. They also had a craft cola with espresso, which was rare for this season. Despite the small space inside the restaurant, it felt surprisingly calming. I couldn't hear the conversations of the people next to me. The white canelé cake was incredibly delicious, with a crispy outside and moist inside. The craft cola café was refreshing with original spices. This place is definitely worth a visit!

I went to Butter in Nakano because I wanted to try canelés and blanc. I ordered Blanc (600 yen), Canelé (350 yen), Matcha Canelé (450 yen), and Espresso (400 yen). I know what canelés are, but I was curious about blanc. This small shop facing a busy main street was full when I arrived just before 12:30 on a weekday. There are only three small tables, so it must fill up quickly. However, the previous customer left right away, so I was able to eat in. Blanc had white chocolate on the outside with a strawberry sauce that was gooey inside. When I put my fork in, it melted out! The bottom was sponge cake. I took the canelé to go for a snack at home. It was also very delicious. The shop was popular, with customers coming in non-stop, but the staff handled everything politely. I enjoyed my meal that day as well. Thank you for the delicious food.

I was curious about this place for a while so I decided to visit! The stylish interior made for a lovely time♪ The canelés were crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside, delicious☆ The white canelé was like a cake with white chocolate and strawberry sauce inside, not too sweet and very tasty❤︎ I ordered matcha latte and hojicha latte for drinks. They were not too sweet which was great!! I definitely want to visit again☆

I arrived at a busy time with already two groups waiting, but I didn't have to wait long to get a table. They didn't have decaf, so I ordered a café latte. I was full from lunch, so I got a canelé to go. The milk was rich and creamy, and paired well with the espresso. It was delicious, but I couldn't relax as I felt the eyes of people waiting outside on me.

I heard there is a delicious canelé shop in Nakano, so I went there right away! The interior of the shop is very stylish and it's like a gathering place for fashionable girls. I felt like I became one of them. Depending on the season, the way to enjoy it may vary. When you're feeling a bit hungry, come here! It will satisfy your cravings.

I went intending to eat in, but since there were no seats available, I switched to takeout. Unfortunately, the Blanc canelé filled with confiture was a limited edition item only available in-store, so I couldn't try it this time. I purchased the strawberry milk and Earl Grey canelés instead. The Earl Grey canelé was average, with a noticeable Earl Grey flavor. The texture was on the chewy side. The drinks were delicious, especially for those with a sweet tooth. I would like to go back for the drinks again. I definitely want to try the Blanc canelé next time!

I visited in the morning on a day when I was going to work late. Since it was early in the morning, I was the only one there. The shop has 3 seats and feels a bit cramped. The interior is white-themed and feels stylish yet sterile. I ordered a hot cafe latte from the busy staff. Despite it being early spring, the wind was strong and the temperature was low that day. A hot latte was a nice break before heading to work. The shop is a bit small with few seats, but it's a good place for locals to take a breather (*´꒳`*) Thank you for the meal♪ Now, I'll go get some work done~٩( 'ω' )و

I was introduced to this shop by a hairdresser I have been relying on for a long time! The canelés are amazing! I tried the limited edition Sakura canelé this spring, and it was delicious. I also enjoyed the café latte ☕️ and strawberry milk.

I was intrigued by a place called "Blanc" and decided to visit again. Since it's spring, they had cherry blossom canelés as well. Blanc sells from 12:00 onwards, offering a Beet Latte (600 yen), cherry blossom canelé, and Blanc set for a total of 1600 yen. The set is incredibly cute and perfect for those who love pink. The glasses with the restaurant's name on them are also adorable. The Beet Latte is available hot as well, and they even have versions with espresso for a slightly darker finish. It was my first time hearing about Beet Latte, which is said to be rich in nutrients and sometimes referred to as the "drinkable blood vessel." It's slightly sweet and easy to drink, with a great combination with milk. And the Blanc, a creation supervised by the patissier Ide, was also a first for me. It's covered in a beautiful white white chocolate, with a mousse-like texture of chocolate inside and mixed berry confiture. It was delicious! The fruit confiture changes with the season, so I look forward to trying more in the future. I definitely want to eat this again! The cherry blossom canelé had a crispy outer layer and a slightly soft inside. While I couldn't taste the cherry blossom flavor, it was a beautiful pink color. I enjoyed these spring-themed sweets. Thank you for the meal.

I went to a cafe that opened in Nakano in October 2021. I ordered a Beet Latte for 600 yen and an Earl Grey Chocolate Canele for 400 yen without knowing what beets were, just attracted by the pink color, and ended up having my first beet experience (lol). The simple white interior with the pink drink and canele was really cute. I went there at 11:00, so I couldn't try the white canele, but the outside was crispy and the inside was moist, making the canele extremely delicious. The Earl Grey flavor was also strong, and it became my favorite!!

This is a popular minimalist cafe in Nakano where you can enjoy canelés and drinks. It is operated by the Nakano hair salon "Potato." There are only three seats available, so if you arrive at a bad time, you may have to take your order to go. I ordered matcha canelé and matcha latte, while my friend ordered cocoa and plain canelé.
