The hamburger that comes sizzling on a hot plate oozes with juices when you stick a fork in it. 150g may not be enough to balance with the extra large rice. Maybe I need to double the amount of hamburger (laughs). The store is small and filled with heat. Maybe that's why the turnover is so fast (laughs).

Despite the initial appearance, the inside of the restaurant is clean, with alcohol disinfection and dividers in place. If it's not too busy, the wait time is around 10 minutes. Upon entering, you purchase the 600 yen lunch set from the ticket machine (it used to be 500 yen not too long ago). Once a seat is available, you wait for the alcohol disinfection and then you are escorted to your table. You hand over your lunch ticket and choose the sauce for your hamburger. There are 9 sauce options to choose from. Today, I chose the Roast Garlic Soy Sauce and the Japanese-style grated radish sauce. You can opt for a large portion of rice, but I chose a smaller portion. After waiting for about 10 minutes, the miso soup was served, followed by the rice and the hamburger on a hot plate. The side dishes included fried potatoes and corn, which were plentiful. The hamburger was juicy and tender, with a delicious flavor from the Roast Garlic Soy Sauce. The potatoes and corn were also tasty. After finishing the meal in about 10 minutes, I headed back. The whole experience took about 10 minutes of waiting, 10 minutes of serving, 10 minutes of eating, and 10 minutes of going back and forth. My wallet, stomach, and taste buds were all satisfied. In addition to the 600 yen lunch set, there are various other menu options available.

However, the rice goes down so smoothly that even with a normal refill, I can easily handle it! Definitely a place worth visiting again and again!

Miso soup and rice with free refills were included, and it only cost 1200 yen that day, making it a very cost-effective restaurant. There were 9 different types of sauces available, but I chose the demi-glace sauce. The hamburger was kneaded each time it was ordered, so it took about 15 minutes to arrive. It was exciting to see it served on a hot plate. The 300g size was indeed large. When I put my chopsticks into the hamburger, the meat juices overflowed and it was delicious while piping hot. The homemade demi-glace sauce was surprisingly light. The shrimp fry came with tartar sauce on the side, which I dipped and enjoyed. Although the restaurant seems to cater to students, there were also salarymen and solo female diners, showing a diverse clientele.
