I go to the hospital in Ochanomizu, so on the days I go to the hospital, I stop by this shop "Trattoria Lemon" as a reward for myself for working hard. Ah, I feel so good. I've been there at night when a friend invited me, and it was such a wonderful restaurant that I keep going back. My review on Tabelog from that time was actually featured by the restaurant! I'm so happy! Moments like this make me glad I write on Tabelog! This place is owned by "Lemon Gasui" and it's an Italian restaurant. The warmth of the wood is so comforting. Recently, it has gained a lot of attention as a "designer restaurant" in magazines, media, and the architecture industry, becoming quite famous! There were even days when it was fully booked! As an architectural piece, I really love the building. The lunch menu is very reasonable! It even comes with a drink. My favorite "strawberry grapefruit" juice is usually 580 yen, so it feels like the pasta comes at a bargain price! I chose the February recommended pasta by the Kanazawa chef, Spaghetti with Shrimp and Nanohana Cream Sauce (1350 yen) because the seasonal menu looked delicious. It was a cold snowy day today, but the dish with plenty of fresh nanohana and shrimp made me feel the arrival of spring. The creamy sauce with cheese added has a rich and deep flavor. Even though it's a cream-based dish, I never get tired of it! Of course, the drink was my favorite strawberry grapefruit! Ah, I love it too much!! The reason I don't change the hospital from the slightly far Ochanomizu to a closer one is... because I want to stop by here after the hospital! Maybe that's the reason (laughs). I hope I can keep drinking my beloved drink, "strawberry grapefruit," whether in times of health or illness, as I grow older in the future. It would be great if I could stop by here even on my next hospital visit.

I arrived a little before 12 o'clock on Saturday and found that the restaurant was full, except for the counter seats. I was seated at a table for just one hour. It seems like they have a lot of reservations. The course meal with dessert and drink included was 3,200 yen, which is a bit pricey, but the portions were generous and the food was delicious. The appetizer was a lovely assortment of dishes. For the pasta, I chose squid and shimeji mushrooms with mentaiko sauce, which was a great combination! There was also an option for sea urchin sauce. The lemon pie dessert was large and not too sweet, which I enjoyed. Just a heads up, they only accept cash for payment.

I visited a cozy tea house with a friend who loves lemon pie. We enjoyed a gentle tasting lemon pie and tea in a historic and calming setting. The fluffy and light filling of the pie was delightful and easy to finish quickly. We arrived before 3 pm and were informed that tea was served until 4 pm. Time flew by quickly, but the wooden interior created a relaxing atmosphere in this lovely shop.

When I went to Ochanomizu with a friend, we visited this restaurant that my friend had been interested in for a while. The interior of the restaurant had a deep depth and a calm atmosphere with a wooden theme. I ordered lasagna and ginger ale, while my friend ordered the lunch set. The lunch set included appetizers, pasta, and a drink. My friend's strawberry and grapefruit juice had a different taste in the upper and lower layers of the glass, which was delicious and intriguing. Most of the women around us seemed to be ordering it. The pasta was delicious, and the lasagna was also great! The atmosphere was cozy, and the food was tasty. If you want to have Italian food in Ochanomizu, this is the place to go!

I visited for dinner on Sunday. The interior of the restaurant was stylish and the staff were friendly. We ordered a la carte, including a plate of 6 appetizers, corn and squid ink risotto, pork ragu fresh pasta, and a selection of bread. The risotto seemed to be a seasonal menu item. Everything was delicious. In particular, the risotto had a nice squid flavor, and the corn added a good accent, making it very tasty.

Solo lunch course! Appetizer, drink, pasta, and dessert for 3,000 yen. The appetizer was a strawberry grapefruit, the main was a creamy tomato pasta with fresh sea urchin, and dessert was a sour cherry pie. I really wanted to have dessert that day. The portion of pasta was generous, and the dessert was big too, so I was full! So happy~♡ Next time, I want to try the lemon pie!

I arrived after 11 o'clock and the seats were quickly filled up! All the menu items come with a drink, including the vegetable lemon cream pasta! There are various juices available which is nice! I chose the apricot juice. The pasta was very delicious! It was refreshing and perfect for summer.

Visited around 12:30 on a regular weekday. The restaurant was almost full, so there might be a wait depending on the timing. I ordered the 3000 yen lunch course. For drinks, I added a blood orange cider for 220 yen. The appetizers were all delicious, setting a great mood for the main pasta dish. I felt that it would be enjoyable to pair it with wine. The main dish was a tomato cream pasta with fresh sea urchin. The rich flavor of the sea urchin combined with the refreshing acidity of the tomato created an exquisite taste. The pasta was cooked perfectly, allowing me to enjoy it without getting tired. There was a generous amount of sea urchin, which made me happy! For dessert, I had the pineapple Romanoff, which was also delicious! It was a large portion with a satisfying creamy texture that paired well with the sweet and sour pineapple. I feel like I want to go back to try the other pasta dishes. Everything was delicious overall. I look forward to visiting again. Thank you for the meal.

A casual Italian restaurant located near Meiji University, within a 10-minute walk from Ochanomizu Station. I used to frequent this restaurant when I was younger, and revisited it after several decades. There was a slight change in the appearance of the storefront, and I had to wait in line for about 30 minutes, which was something I had never experienced before. It seems that over the years, this place has gained popularity as an established favorite. The interior of the restaurant remained the same, which was reassuring. Originally a shop opened by an art supplies store near the station, the artistic atmosphere of the place added to its charm. When I looked at the menu, I was delighted to see the "Squid and Tarako Pasta" that I used to enjoy many years ago. This menu item has been on the menu since the restaurant's founding. I was so glad they have kept it! The taste was just as I remembered, bringing back memories and almost bringing tears to my eyes. It was truly delicious, better than any other tarako pasta I've had, with the squid adding a wonderful touch. The lunch set also included a choice of several fruit-based drinks, setting it apart from other restaurants. For dessert, I had the lemon cheesecake that I used to enjoy in the past. It was just as delicious and mild as I remembered. I was amazed by how this restaurant, which I have been visiting since its opening, has maintained the high quality of its flavors and continues to satisfy many customers. I definitely plan to visit again.

In the past, when we talked about Ochanomizu Lemon, it was at the station's art supply store and the café with the same management here. I'm not sure if the café also had some stationery and miscellaneous goods, or if there was a small separate store next to it, my memory is not clear. The building has changed, now on the first floor of a building, but it's still in the same place and I'm happy about it. I took my mother there for lunch, hoping that her memories of frequenting this area when she was young would come back. The lightest lunch option comes with a drink and pasta. The Genovese (1350 yen) has a generous amount of sauce that feels creamy. This, this is the kind of Genovese I wanted to eat ♡ with potatoes and green beans. The Arrabbiata (1050 yen) is a fairly spicy and rich tomato sauce. Both are delicious with perfect al dente pasta. Since I was with my mother, we had red wine. She was pleased, which made me happy. It was a very enjoyable lunch. I'll definitely go back!

On Saturday around 11:00, the restaurant was about half full, with around 7 people waiting in line. It seemed like there weren't enough staff as the wait was a bit long. However, it's easy to get a table even for one person, which I really like. The A course lunch is 2300 yen, which includes an appetizer platter, pasta, bread, and a drink. You can choose wine for the drink, with red and white wine included in the lunch price, but sparkling wine is an additional 300 yen. I chose sparkling wine and the recommended pasta with horse mackerel. The pasta was really delicious.

We had a welcome party for 17 new employees at a long-established Italian restaurant that has been around since I was in elementary school. While the other customers seemed to be enjoying the calm atmosphere, we were having a blast! The course meal was decent but a bit lacking, and the drink service for the all-you-can-drink option was slow. Overall, I don't think this restaurant is suitable for large group gatherings.

In the midst of the summer sunshine, I visited this restaurant for the first time this year after a big morning meeting. It's been a while since I came for lunch, but it was bustling with customers, which was great to see. I usually don't go for the large size, but when it comes to this mentaiko and squid, I always go for the large portion. It's a taste that I've been familiar with for decades.

This is my favorite Italian restaurant. I was so excited about the food that I only took a picture of the dessert. We chose a course with appetizers, pasta, main dish, and dessert with all-you-can-drink option. Each menu was satisfying, but the portion size was a bit small, and the men seemed a bit unsatisfied. The drink menu includes drinks like strawberry grapefruit and strawberry milk, which are really delicious. It's not an exaggeration to say that we are looking forward to enjoying them.笑

The appearance and interior of this place are completely different from the atmosphere around Ochanomizu, creating a wonderful space. There are surprisingly many seats, making it very convenient! Visited casually on a Saturday at 3:00 PM. During lunchtime, there may be a line, but since tea time is until 4:00 PM, the chances of finding a seat are high around 3:00 PM. Last time, I wanted to try the "Sour Cherry Pie" but it was sold out, so I settled for the "Lemon Pie" (which was also delicious). Today, I was glad to hear that the "Sour Cherry Pie" was available! [Order Menu] 1200 yen (tax included) Set dessert cake / Sour Cherry Pie Drink / Hot Tea (pot) I prefer desserts with a tangy flavor rather than just sweet, so the Sour Cherry Pie here was exactly to my liking. However, when it was served today, I was surprised by its dull color. I couldn't remember vividly from over a year ago when I last had it, but was it this brownish? I had a more red image in mind... The photos on the menu are red too... But I checked the photos posted on the food review site from February 2023, and they showed the same dull brown color as today, so maybe the color varies by season? Or perhaps the recipe has changed? The taste also seemed less tangy than I remembered, maybe it's milder now... Is it due to the season? Or was it always this level of tanginess? I recall it being more sharp and tangy... I've heard that nowadays fruits and vegetables are losing their acidity, and people's preferences are shifting towards less tangy flavors, so maybe the recipe was altered to cater to a wider audience... If that's the case, it's a disappointing change for those who enjoy tangy flavors... I'd prefer the Lemon Pie in that case... The tea, served in a slightly smaller cup, was generous with about 2.5 cups worth of tea leaves in the pot, which was satisfying. Just a note, this place only accepts cash payments for lunch and cafe purchases.

I finally went to Trattoria Lemon, a restaurant that I've always wanted to visit because it looked nice while walking around the Jimbocho/Ochanomizu area where I work. As soon as I stepped inside, I felt like "Ah, this is definitely a good place to come back to." The lively atmosphere, relaxed expressions of the customers enjoying conversations, lighting, and the aged wood interior all contributed to that feeling. I had the Genovese dish and it was delicious. The lunch price was around 1400 yen, which is not cheap but still acceptable. I definitely want to come back. I am determined to visit more places on my wishlist as our office is relocating!笑

I heard rumors of a lunchtime rush and decided to visit. The salad with vinegar and lemon dressing and lightly cooked salmon was delicious. The sautéed spear squid stuffed with broad beans was also tasty, with no overpowering bean flavor. The fresh fettuccine pasta was excellent, and I also ordered the Aglio e Olio, which was delicious with the perfect amount of salt. The meticulous cooking and quiet atmosphere make this a place I would definitely want to visit again.

I visited the restaurant for lunch and enjoyed my favorite pasta set with a delicious juice. The mentaiko and shimeji spaghetti was priced at 1250 yen, while the bolognese with seasonal vegetables was priced at 1400 yen with a drink included. The bolognese had eggplant in it, which I found to be to my liking. Lately, I have been really into bolognese and meat sauce. The bolognese here was quite delicious. I was initially thinking of getting strawberry milk for the drink, but decided to try apricot instead, and it was delicious.
