Visited the restaurant at 6:00 pm on Sunday, booked a week in advance.
- Oyster Assortment: A selection of 6 oysters from 6 different types. Each oyster is arranged by intensity of flavor, starting with the lighter ones. They recommend eating them in order to appreciate the differences in taste. Personally, I preferred the richer and creamier oysters towards the end.
- Bagna Cauda: The vegetables were also warmed and delicious on their own. The sauce was served before it was fully heated, which was a bit disappointing. Once warmed, it turned into a high-quality Bagna Cauda.
- Oyster Gratin: The menu indicated 2 portions, so I expected a dish with 2 oysters. However, it turned out to be individual oysters in gratin form. Tasty, but not what I had in mind. They should make the description clearer.
- Cheese Penne: A generous portion, rich and quite enjoyable.
- Drinks: They offer a variety of drinks from beer to wine and whiskey. Overall, the staff was polite and the food was delicious. The prices are a bit high, but that's standard for oyster bars. The seats by the window were a bit cold at the feet. It would be nice to have blankets. Thank you for the meal.

First visit. Went to Ebisu with a friend who can't get enough of oysters. The restaurant had an American seafood vibe from the exterior and a fun, Disneyland-like interior. We were seated at a slightly cramped table for two, but dining with a close friend made it cozy. The oysters were refreshing, with two types being light and one slightly creamy. The recommended grilled oysters were even more delicious than expected. Would love to have them again. The pasta wasn't quite to my taste, so I'd try something different next time. We enjoyed a bottle of Spanish Albariño from Rías Baixas, fruity, fresh, and with a mineral touch. The total bill for two was around 18,000 yen, and we felt more satisfied compared to our last visit to the Oysteria in Roppongi. Thank you for the meal.

I had raw oysters, grilled oysters, garlic shrimp, pasta, and fried oysters. Everything was delicious, but the fried oysters were exceptionally tasty, so I ended up ordering more. The service was also very polite, and there are still many dishes on the menu that I want to try, so I definitely want to visit again. Also, the sangria was a perfect match with the food, and I ended up drinking a lot of it.

It was a place where you could fully enjoy oysters. Fresh oysters from different regions to compare and enjoy. I was surprised. Each oyster had a different and equally delightful taste. They were all delicious. Even the grilled oysters were tasty, and I was worried that eating only oysters might be overwhelming, but I was able to enjoy them until the end without any problems.

■Menu
Both course and a la carte options are available. There are various plans ranging from courses with all-you-can-drink to a light set of 3 oysters and 3 types of wine. On this day, we ordered various dishes a la carte. The dishes we had included:
- Assorted 6 types of fresh oysters
- Simple oyster fry
- Oyster ajillo
- Oyster white sauce gratin
■Impressions
I revisited this restaurant after about 3 months, as I was able to enjoy authentic oysters without any pretense during my previous visit. This restaurant is recommended for those sudden cravings for oysters as they accept same-day reservations. Oysters are sourced from all over the country, allowing you to compare and enjoy oysters in good condition. Among the oysters we had that day, the "Maruemon" brand from Akkeshi left a lasting impression. It had a great balance of mineral and milky flavors, with minimal odor, making it a universally appealing type of oyster with a classic taste. It paired exceptionally well with a refreshing white wine. In addition to fresh oysters, the dishes using oysters are all delicious, which is a great point of this restaurant. Especially, the oyster fry is a must-try dish, with the crispy texture of the batter contrasting with the juicy oyster inside. When paired with the restaurant's original tartar sauce, the umami of the oyster is enhanced, creating a addictive flavor. I look forward to visiting again when craving oyster dishes in Ebisu. Thank you for the meal.

I visited Ebisu for drinks and went to a second bar. I love oysters, so I ordered three different types of oysters from different regions, two of each, along with five glasses of white wine. The total came to 10480 yen. The oysters were all delicious, but I found that vinegar, lemon salt, and other condiments didn't suit my taste. I really wanted to eat them with ponzu sauce, grated radish, and green onions - very Japanese, right? The wine turned out to be more expensive than expected, so my friend and I regretted not just getting a bottle. It ended up costing quite a bit.

I visited the restaurant alone with the intention of eating a lot of fresh oysters. I didn't plan on having rock oysters, but ended up ordering a 6-piece platter. I waited with a beer in hand, but it took a while to arrive... and the refills were slow too... even the grilled oysters took a while to come. They were all very delicious, but it was tough to wait when the restaurant was only half full. I thought it might have been better if I wasn't dining alone. I couldn't spend any more time, so I hurriedly left. It's a shame because the food is really good... If they can improve on that aspect, it would be the best oyster bar.

There were plenty of oysters and they were all delicious. I tried live clams for the first time and they were really delicious, at the level of understanding. I didn't try any other dishes besides oysters, so I want to try those next time. The white wine was a good choice to pair with the oysters. It was delicious.

You can order either course or a la carte dishes. There are various plans available, from courses with all-you-can-drink options to a light set of 3 oysters and 3 types of wine. On this day, we ordered a course + a la carte set limited to Tabelog reservations. The dishes we had were as follows:
- Set of 3 types of raw oysters and 3 wine pairings
- Assorted 6 types of raw oysters
- Simple oyster fry
- Oyster and seasonal vegetable spaghettini
■Impressions
I was recommended this restaurant by a friend when I was looking for a place to enjoy delicious raw oysters in the Ebisu area. After checking Tabelog, I found a great deal on a course limited to Tabelog reservations, so I made a reservation for that. As soon as we arrived at the restaurant, we were served 3 pieces of raw oysters and a pairing of 3 white wines. The oysters of the day were a mix of Aioi, Milkagaki, and Isejima Premium. By comparing them, we could appreciate their individual characteristics, especially the light and elegant taste of Aioi and its refreshing mineral notes, which I particularly enjoyed. In addition to the course, we also ordered the oyster fry and spaghettini. The oyster and seasonal vegetable spaghettini had a striking presentation with four large oysters. It had a garlic oil base that whetted the appetite. The seasonal vegetables were cut generously, and the turnips in particular had a juicy texture and a soft sweetness that was wonderful. I would love to visit again when I want to enjoy oyster dishes in Ebisu. Thank you for the meal.

Oyster specialty store near Ebisu. This store is a genuine oyster specialty store, offering oysters from around the world. The main focus is on eating them raw, but you can also have them fried or steamed. The customers are mostly young people who gather in groups of 3-5 friends. The interior is not very spacious, with tables close together, so it may be a bit noisy. I couldn't decide which oysters to try, so I ordered a mixed oyster platter. Each oyster is labeled so you can remember your favorites and order them again. Fresh lemon juice, red vinegar, and chili are provided as condiments for the oysters. There are various combinations of condiment bottles to choose from. The oysters are all very fresh, sweet, and plump. There are minor differences in taste, except for some with a strong metallic taste. Overall, I really enjoyed it and I think anyone who loves oysters will have a great time.

Having meetings or rewarding myself with some baseball, I have been visiting this Oyster BAR since a long time ago. I fully enjoy oysters from around the world, followed by grilled oysters and pasta to finish. Although I don't usually drink white wine, Chablis is definitely the best match for oysters. I will visit again for sure.

At Fish House Oyster Bar, despite being a place where you can enjoy a wide variety of oyster dishes, they also serve paella. (I simply forgot to take a photo of the oysters) This paella doesn't contain oysters, but instead uses sea bream, and it had a delicious broth. Whether you love oysters or not, please give it a try! #FishHouseOysterBar #EbisuDinner #EbisuLunch #EbisuGourmet #EbisuDate #Foodie #FoodieGirls #FoodieGram #FoodieLover #FoodieGuide

A wonderful casual oyster bar in Ebisu! They have a wide variety of fresh oysters served on a large platter for comparison. The combination of salmon and cream cheese with oysters was surprisingly delicious. It pairs well with wine. The grilled oyster sampler plate showcases all types of grilled oysters and looks amazing, so be sure to order it. However, deciding which one to eat may lead to arguments. It's a stylish and relaxed place where you can enjoy with friends or on a date.

I arrived at a cozy oyster bar in Ebisu on a weekday evening. The place had a cool American surf vibe with a touch of neon. The interior was a mix of old-school charm and a homely feel. I splurged a bit by ordering some fancy drinks and tried their delicious dishes. The fried oysters were huge and crispy, served with tasty homemade tartar sauce. The staff guided me on the best order to eat the fresh oysters, which ranged from mild to strong flavors. The garden green salad was generous and satisfying. The jumbo shrimp in garlic oil (shrimp ajillo) was flavorful, and the snow crab risotto was rich with crab broth. Each dish was filling, and I left feeling satisfied. I usually enjoy dark oyster bars in Ginza or Roppongi, but this traditional oyster bar in Ebisu was a nice change. I might challenge myself to try the fresh oysters again on a day off. If you're looking to treat yourself to oysters in Ebisu, this place is a must-visit. Enjoy! ❤️

I researched a place that serves fresh oysters and all-you-can-drink sparkling wine. Coming here was the right decision! The oysters were delicious, and I also ordered additional items apart from the course. Since it was all-you-can-drink, I initially ordered four glasses of sparkling wine, but they also brought a bottle to our table, which was greatly appreciated. I promised my friends that we would come back here again.

I used it at a wine school social gathering. *4 types of fresh oysters *Bagna Cauda with Hokkaido Tokachi sparkling Chardonnay from France, Picpoul from Languedoc *Shrimp Ajillo with Ebisu beer *Grilled oysters with Albariño from Spain *Penne with oysters and Gorgonzola with California Chardonnay. When tasting fresh oysters, it is recommended to start with light flavors and move on to creamy ones. Indeed, each flavor is slightly different. The last grilled oysters had different seasonings for each type. I chose plain, so I would like to go back for this next time. The wine was selected by the school's teacher to match the dishes, and it was undoubtedly a delicious combination.

Due to its proximity to my workplace, every winter I make it a point to visit this restaurant at least once to enjoy fresh oysters. This year was no exception, and I went with my colleagues. The restaurant is located at a corner of a crossroads, with a bright and lively atmosphere that feels like a fun tavern. We ordered a platter of assorted fresh oysters, each from a different production area, accompanied by three different types of dressings. The oysters ranged from light and refreshing to rich and creamy, all of them delicious. The dressings were also perfectly matched with the oysters, allowing us to enjoy different flavors. In addition to oysters, the menu offers a variety of dishes such as grilled oysters, pasta, and risotto, all of which are delicious. While there are a few dishes that do not include oysters, I always end up ordering oyster dishes when I come here. The seasoning and cooking methods vary, keeping the flavors interesting. The wine selection also complements the seafood dishes well, enhancing the overall dining experience. This restaurant is suitable for casual dates, dinners with friends, and offers a versatile dining experience. Be sure to visit during oyster season.

I visited this restaurant after seeing it on EATPIA. The natural rock oysters were large, sweet, and delicious. The clam chowder I wanted to try was also delicious and satisfying. The herb bread crumbs were crispy and tasty. And the snow crab risotto was incredibly delicious, making me very satisfied with the meal. It was delicious. Thank you for the meal.

This is a wonderful restaurant where you can fully enjoy a comparison of fresh oysters. Today's winner was from Ise Shima! The flesh was plump and creamy, very delicious. The herb bread crumbs were also delicious with herbs and dried fruits mixed in. They also gave a birthday plate, commemorative photo, and message card as a gift, which made me very happy.
