The results of my master's qualification exam finally came out, and guess what! I passed successfully...!! I searched for a place where I could drink the requested "Sapporo Ebisu Amber Draft" and made a reservation at this restaurant, and went there. It was definitely the right choice...!! Everything I ordered was delicious, and it turned out to be a great celebration. Located on the 5th floor of Akibatrim, the restaurant has a high ceiling and a very comfortable atmosphere. It is also very close to the station, so I could go there with peace of mind even on hot days. Everything was delicious, but what impressed me the most was the "Premium Liver" and the "Pork Belly Vegetable Rolls Tomato Rolls" and "Sweet Potato Crispy"...!! The "Premium Liver" is a must-try compared to the normal "Liver". Both can be dipped in sauce. The not too sweet sauce was really delicious. The texture of the skewer at the top was unforgettable!! The soft and tender second and subsequent skewers were also really delicious. The "Pork Belly Vegetable Rolls Tomato Rolls" were so delicious, I was amazed at how delicious vegetable-wrapped meat could be...! The cream cheese on top did a great job...! It was delicious. I loved the Pork Belly Vegetable Rolls so much that I ordered all the varieties, but only the Tomato Rolls had cream cheese on top. Definitely try it!! The "Sweet Potato Crispy" was exactly as I expected before ordering, so delicious that I couldn't stop eating it...!! The gentle sweetness of the sweet potato, the crispy texture from frying, and the perfect amount of salt. It was amazing. I want to talk to the person who came up with this menu. For the toast, my husband finally got to enjoy the "Sapporo Ebisu Amber Draft" he had been longing for, along with the limited edition "Uwajima Gold Sour" this month. The "Sapporo Ebisu Amber Draft" was a big hit for my husband, who had only ever drunk it from a can. It was really heartwarming to watch him enjoy it. The "Uwajima Gold Sour" was a completely fruit-based sour. It had no sweetness from syrup, and was very satisfying for citrus lovers! "Appetizers: Takigawa Tofu, Green Bean Sesame Dressing" This Takigawa tofu was my first time trying it. It is a summer dish that resembles a waterfall, made by solidifying tofu or soy milk with agar and resembling a waterfall. ...It was delicious and I was trembling. New item "Kyoto-style salad with Kujo green onions and shredded dried baby sardines" The sweet Kujo green onions, the sweetness of the fried tofu, and the ponzu-based dressing were all very delicious...!! The bitterness of the myoga and kaiware added a mature touch to the salad. It was a delicious restaurant with delicious vegetables. When you mix it, purple cabbage comes out from the inside. It was a great choice to order. "Yakitori Assorted 5 Skewers" You can have "Liver" and "Skin" with sauce, and "Bonjiri", "Seseri", and "Sunagimo" with salt. The texture of the "Skin" was very good, and the "Bonjiri" was more meaty and delicious than any other Bonjiri I had ever eaten. For the finale, we had "Chicken Dashi Mini Ramen". My husband and I had been refraining from ramen for a while, but we decided to order a "mini" each. It was refreshing yet rich in flavor, and it was delicious. For dessert, we had "Almond Jelly" and "Cassata", both of which were rich and perfect for the end of the meal. The restaurant was bustling from early on Sunday. The atmosphere of the Japanese-style restaurant was very nice, and there were groups of foreigners in the tatami mat seating area. The counter was full of couples on dates. The atmosphere was great, and everything was delicious, so I recommend checking it out! Thank you for the meal, I will definitely go again!!
