The bar on the first floor of the Centurion Hotel Classic. Despite being a hotel bar, the entrance faces the street and features a huge gate object that catches people's attention. Inside, you can enjoy cocktails, beer, and meals. I visited during happy hour and was able to enjoy cocktails at a discounted price. The smoked platter with various ingredients including cheese was delicious. The steak was also satisfying, and overall, it was a very fulfilling restaurant experience.

Located about 5 minutes from Akasaka-Mitsuke Station, I visited this place during happy hour. Until 7:00 PM, drinks are 550 yen. The Jack Daniel's highball comes with a mini bottle that, when pulled out, leaves half remaining. By paying an additional 110 yen for soda, you can get two drinks. The fantastic snacks are steak and mac 'n' cheese! The steak costs 1200 yen, which is quite cheap. It comes out fairly quickly, cooked rare by default. The sauce is shallot sauce, which is quite delicious. For 1200 yen, it's a great deal. The mac 'n' cheese is topped with lots of Tabasco. The location, stylish interior, and prices are all very reasonable. I had a satisfying and leisurely time here.

It's nice to be able to relax and enjoy the meal. For lunch, you order and pay at the counter near the entrance before being seated. The specialty of the restaurant seems to be steak. There are also other options like hamburgers and chicken, with quite a variety available. On that day, I was craving vegetables, so I opted for the salad lunch set. It came with soup and a drink. There were some appealing deli side dishes available, so I added broccoli and egg salad. The food arrived within 10 minutes of being seated. It was a colorful plate with various ingredients. The main dish was a chicken salad, accompanied by tomatoes, avocado, cabbage slaw, boiled egg, and potatoes. There was also a tortilla on the side. I was advised to wrap the ingredients in the tortilla and eat it, which I did. The tortilla was nicely toasted and fragrant, but a bit too crispy, making it a bit difficult to wrap. However, the combination of all the salad ingredients in one bite was delicious. The dressing had a slight sweetness but was well-spiced, complementing the various ingredients nicely. The soup contained penne pasta and vegetables, surprising me with its rich flavor, unlike the typical basic soup sets. The broth was quite sweet for a consomme. The broccoli salad I added was as delicious as expected, with the mustard seeds and nuts adding a nice touch. The set came with a choice of drink and cost 1,080 yen. The additional deli side was 100 yen, making the salad set 980 yen! It was quite cost-effective. While Akasaka is known for quick lunches like ramen or Chinese food, this place is perfect for a leisurely meal with delicious food. I thought the salad would be small, but it was a substantial portion with bread on the side. The cold Capellini with plenty of tomatoes and okra was perfect for summer. As expected from Arrabbiata, it was quite spicy. Considering the price of 980 yen, this was a great deal. I love the relaxed atmosphere reminiscent of a hotel overseas, and I definitely want to visit again.

The interior is grand, so even though it's before noon, it's quite empty. They offered a lunch course for around 1,200 yen. We ordered a lunch that was like Hayashi rice with a hamburger on top. Maybe I should have looked closer? The taste of the Hayashi rice was average. I think the hamburger was good. The fact that a drink is included is a good point, right? However, the interior is clearly designed with the night in mind, so it might not be the most relaxing atmosphere for lunch.

Inside, there is a bar counter in the center and table seating along the walls and in the back. The lunch menu offers four different options, including four variations of the Lunch Steak with rice and salad. I ordered the Lunch Steak Salad Set. The salad arrived in about 3 minutes, described as a green salad with arugula and chrysanthemum greens dressed in Setouchi lemon dressing. The lemon dressing had a nice tangy flavor, refreshing and light. The steak was served with potatoes on a sizzling hot iron plate. The meat was tender and flavorful, with a delicious sauce that complemented the richness of the meat. The dish was served in about 6 minutes.

The food was delicious, especially the hamburger meat was firm, and considering the location and atmosphere of the restaurant, I thought it offered good value for money.

Thank you Public Red! The menu had changed slightly from before, but my favorite raisin butter was still there, so I was happy. Some of the group wanted to drink fruit juice, so I decided to end the night with a non-alcoholic drink and ordered kelp tea. There are various non-alcoholic drinks like coffee here. It's not easy to find a place where you can drink kelp tea (!) at a second round restaurant, so in that sense, this place is convenient for both alcohol and non-alcohol drinkers to enjoy. I'll come back again.
