Visited on September 30, 2022. Met up in Ueno for lunch and decided to have a light yakiniku lunch at Yozan Michi, a place we used to frequent for dinner before the pandemic. The Ueno Station front store of the Yozan Michi group is new and clean, which is why it's our favorite. Our meeting time was 2:00 PM, but lunch orders were until 2:30 PM, so we hurried. Although they do have continuous service as dinner starts at 2:30 PM. We were seated promptly in a semi-private table with red curtains, perfect for a discreet visit. We ordered using a touch panel. From the lunch menu, we got the Wagyu premium meat set (for 2 people) for 6,380 yen, half order of Kalbi soup for 800 yen, and a small draft beer for 420 yen, totaling 7,600 yen. The sirloin, kalbi, and top tongue were all indeed delicious and of high quality. The Kalbi soup seemed like a lot for one person, so we ordered a half and they automatically provided separate plates for sharing. The kimchi, cucumber, Chinese cabbage, and radish were all excellent as well. The almond jelly dessert was also delicious. I would like to come back for dinner sometime.

I visited a restaurant with a 6000 yen course, and the quality and quantity were excellent. Drinks were not included, so it ended up costing around 9000 yen per person, but I still think it was worth it. Unfortunately, I was so focused on eating that I only took a picture of the meat that came out at the beginning of the course...!! The cold noodles that came at the end of the course were incredibly delicious and I could keep eating more even with a full stomach. It was the last dish, but the cold noodles left the biggest impression as they were so tasty. (Of course, the meat was also very delicious haha) The restaurant is not too far from the station, and there is a smoking area outside, making it a comfortable place to stay. Just be aware that the closing time is a bit early, so if you start drinking late, you may not be able to stay for long. Overall, it was a great restaurant that I would like to visit again!

I came to see the Mexico exhibition at the National Museum in Ueno. Before that, I decided to have lunch somewhere and visited the long-established yakiniku restaurant, Yosan Michi, which I had wanted to visit for a long time. This is a long-established restaurant in the Ueno area with a history of 60 years. In addition to the Ueno Ekimae branch, there are other branches such as the main store, Ueno Hirokoji store, and Parcoya store. It seems that there are long lines on weekends, but fortunately, we were able to find seats easily as it was just after opening on a weekday. We ordered using the touch panel system, with me choosing the harami set for lunch and some additional meat (*´艸`). My companion ordered the yakiniku set. When I posted a review on Google, I was told that I could choose a complimentary drink, so I posted it on the spot and received a ginger ale and black oolong tea ✨ The food was served quickly and I was impressed by the quality of the meat - each slice was substantial and looked delicious! In reality, it was even better than the usual yakiniku restaurants. Although a single portion with 5 slices was already good, I added 3 more slices of meat for an additional ¥1000! The total cost for lunch was ¥2800. It was a bit expensive, but I was completely satisfied as I could eat such delicious yakiniku with such quality and quantity! I will definitely visit again ❣️ Thank you for the delicious meal~✨✨

I reserved the 5000 yen lunch course. The meat was large and firm, and it went perfectly with the sauce. I thought it would be incomplete without rice, so I added it to my order, which was a great decision! The exterior had a nice atmosphere and seemed a bit intimidating to enter, but the staff's service was good. Ordering each item separately would have likely been more expensive, so going with the course was the right choice!

During my bar hopping, I happened to pass by this place and decided to drop in. The restaurant was spacious but almost full. It was a weekday, but quite lively. There were also many foreign tourists. Since I had plans to continue drinking at other places, I only ordered three dishes this time. The grilled Yukhoe was especially delicious!! Even with just three dishes, I felt satisfied and enjoyed the yakiniku experience~♪

We made a reservation for a lunch course for two people. I think it was a full course. All the meats were of high quality and delicious, but the thick-cut tongue that came out first was the most delicious... We also had tongue salt as an extra, but we were quite full so we didn't really need it. The course meal included cold noodles, and the dessert was almond jelly. We used a private room at the restaurant, and although it was crowded, we were able to relax and enjoy our meal.

I entered the restaurant as soon as it opened at lunchtime, but almost all the seats were already taken. I ordered the Wagyu beef loin kalbi set meal, and the volume of meat was incredible. It was so much that I barely managed to finish it. The meat was a mix of thick cuts with marbled fat and thinner but high-quality pieces. I wondered how they could offer it at such a cheap price for lunch. All the side dishes were delicious. I imagined that the restaurant must be a high-end, high-quality place at night.

First time visiting this restaurant! It's right behind Marui! The quality of the meat was even better than I expected, especially the marbling on the premium tongue salt was amazing! They have a wide variety of side dishes too. The cheese risotto-like dish I tried had a unique flavor that I've never tasted before, but it was incredibly delicious!

I used it for lunch on the weekend. I couldn't choose a different course meal than at night with online reservations, but it was just right for a small celebration. I arrived at exactly 12 o'clock and there were about 10 people waiting for seats. When I told the staff my reservation name, they immediately showed me to my seat without any confirmation. Although there was no door, I was able to use a private room, and it was nice that I could use it without being interrupted by the noisy interior. It was quite comfortable to be able to order drinks and change the grill with a touch panel. The meat was reasonably voluminous, and I enjoyed the horumon and was satisfied. Adding all-you-can-drink, it was about 8300 yen per person. It's expensive for lunch, but it feels reasonable for dinner. Thank you for the meal.

I felt like eating meat and called ahead to make a reservation for 2 people around 7:30 pm. It was Wednesday and the restaurant was quite busy with many customers. It seems like making a reservation is a good idea if you want to ensure a table. Today, we ordered the special meat platter which included three types of meat: sirloin, fatty short ribs, and prime ribs. All of them had great quality, and you could see the fat melting as they were brought to the table. We quickly seared them and took a bite. The fat melted in my mouth and tasted sweet. I always thought beer was the best with grilled meat, but no, this meat definitely calls for rice. Even though we didn't eat a lot, we were fully satisfied. We started grilling two pieces at a time, but one piece each was enough. The hormone, cabbage, and Choeregisalad were all delicious as well. It was a great dinner for the price! Thank you for the meal.

Representative yakiniku restaurant in Ueno. First, cheers with a Shikuwasa sour. You order using a tablet system. Then we ordered about two more drinks. Kimchi assortment ★ A satisfying volume. Wagyu loin ★ Sashi is included and delicious. Harami ★ Tan 3 kinds assortment ★ Thick-cut tan salt, special tan salt, and tan shabu platter. The thick cuts were delicious. Negi tan salt ★ Yozanmichi special salad ★ Yukkejang soup ★ Satisfying volume. Meat sushi ★ The fat melts in your mouth. Chijimi ★ Stone-grilled bibimbap ★ Plenty of vegetables and fragrant. Each portion is large, around 7000 yen per person. It was more delicious than expected.

I went without a reservation on a Sunday. We were told it would be okay for a two-hour visit, so we entered the restaurant. Since I was treating my companion, I let them order whatever they liked. The atmosphere inside was calm, and we ordered using a pad. The meat was delicious, as expected from a long-standing establishment, and the namul (seasoned vegetables) was also tasty. As someone who prefers harami (skirt steak) over kalbi (short rib), one piece of kalbi was enough for me. We also ordered horumon (offal), which was also delicious. The seasoning and sauce were all tasty.

Today, I had an impromptu barbecue dinner ✨ It was a Friday night and the place was quite crowded. It was my first time visiting this place, and I must say, all the meats were finely marbled with just the right amount of fat. They were tender without being too greasy, and had a crispy texture that was easy to bite into. The dipping sauces were delicious and went well with the meat, making rice and beer a perfect accompaniment. The side dishes like chijimi and cold noodles were also tasty, and because the portions were small, I ended up feeling satisfied without spending too much. The restaurant is spacious, so I recommend taking your time and enjoying the food little by little. They also offer courses with all-you-can-drink options, which is great for those who enjoy drinking.

I ordered the perfect course for a girls' party for 6600 yen, but it came with a lot of meat which I couldn't finish. It didn't come with soup, so I had to order it separately. Personally, I wish they had reduced the amount of meat a bit and included soup instead. The last dish, cold noodles, was very delicious. Overall, I thought it was a great value course. I will definitely visit for lunch as well, since they offer good value for lunch too.

The price is a bit high, but I think it's worth it because it's delicious. I ordered a course meal and the dishes were consistently served and the service was good. I would like to go again!

I have been to this restaurant many times, and it is still delicious as always! I think going for the course menu would be more cost-effective, but I can't eat that much so I prefer choosing my favorite dishes. The atmosphere is nice and it's an easy-going place to visit. The staff are all very friendly.

On New Year's Day, I wanted to go for yakiniku and decided to visit this restaurant in the Ueno area near Okachimachi. The restaurant was spacious and clean, and luckily we didn't have to wait to be seated despite the crowd. We ordered the Wagyu beef set and the full stomach yakiniku set from the lunch menu, along with additional Wagyu short ribs using an iPad. The lunch sets came with kimchi, salad, and soup, making it a reasonable deal. The Wagyu beef set allowed us to enjoy different cuts of meat with great quality and flavor. The full stomach set was also satisfying with its generous portion, pleasing even the hungry diners. The only downside was that they used gas burners instead of charcoal for grilling. But perhaps that's why the prices were reasonable. Overall, it was a balanced and satisfying lunch to start off the new year. Thank you for the meal.

Visited around 2pm on a holiday in November 23, 2022! No waiting time. Ordered Harami lunch for ¥1,700 using a tablet. Additional orders for individual items are also possible. The lunch portion was just right. The Harami was large with 5 pieces. I would like to try visiting this restaurant at night next time.

I ordered the harami set meal with a spicy stew, and also added an extra serving of harami. Let me tell you, harami is just delicious. I initially tried the premium harami, but realized that I prefer the regular one with less fat. Good call, Chigako. The service from the staff was also top-notch. Polite and attentive. I definitely want to come back here again. Good food, good service, good value for money.

Today's yakiniku lunch was not very delicious. However, we shared the meat from the yakiniku lunch and the harami lunch among three people. The harami meat was tasty. The meat from the yakiniku lunch seemed to be a mix of various cuts. The meat today didn't have a good amount of fat marbling, and the lean meat wasn't that tasty either. We also shared a stone pot bibimbap among three people, and the additional order of kalbi meat was delicious.
