カリスマ社内ニートりんちゃん
Located about 7 minutes from the north exit of Nakano Station, along Waseda Street, a little farther than Broadway, is a yakiniku restaurant that I had been curious about for about a year. Luckily, I was taken there by an acquaintance. The interior of the restaurant is unified in a calming brown color, with a slightly chic and clean feel. It also feels bright, with spacious and open table spaces. There were about 5 tables near the entrance, as well as counter seats along the kitchen in the back. On this day, we had a course with all-you-can-drink. The contents were as follows:
- Kimchi assortment
- Senmai sashimi
- Salted tongue
- Kalbi
- Roast pork
- Liver, heart, and tripe
- Honeycomb tripe
- Tail soup
In conclusion, everything was delicious. The red sauce that is confident enough to be in the restaurant name enhances the deliciousness of the meat with its exquisite sweetness. It's bright red but not spicy at all, and it even marinates the offal, so it probably has various seasonings to eliminate any odor. The same sauce is used for both lean meat and offal, and it goes well with both, which was amazing. I was honestly a fan of salt for yakiniku, but the sauce here is incredibly delicious. The Senmai sashimi had a cut that I had never seen before. It looked like fish sashimi, which made me laugh, but when I ate it, I was truly surprised by its texture! The folds on the inside create a great texture. I learned that just by cutting it differently, it can change so much. The tongue was seasoned simply with salt. When grilled until the surface is slightly crispy, it becomes chewy, and the more you chew, the more sweetness comes out, which is fantastic. Then we had kalbi and roast with the famous sauce. The marbling of the kalbi was beautiful, and I was mentally prepared for it to be quite fatty, but it wasn't at all. The miso sweetness of the sauce nicely neutralized the sweetness of the fat. The offal was also seasoned with the same sauce, but it wasn't overwhelming, so it didn't get boring. Amazing. The tail soup at the end was so tender, as if the umami of the beef had melted into it. The refreshing scent of yuzu floating on top was delightful, and I really liked this combination. With all-you-can-drink included, the course for 6,500 yen is quite a steal! The price feels like a casual yakiniku place, but all the meat was delicious, and being able to enjoy beef, pork, and offal in one course was extremely satisfying. I didn't know this, but it seems to be a sister brand of the hard-to-reserve restaurant "Nikuyama" in Kichijoji, so the quality of the meat is guaranteed. I highly recommend it for enjoying delicious sauce yakiniku easily and at a high cost performance!
