I heard that the hidden village where ninjas who protect Edo secretly live, "NINJA TOKYO," has upgraded its name and I visited it again after more than ten years. Located a 3-minute walk from Akasaka Mitsuke Exit 10, on the 1st floor of Tokyu Plaza Akasaka, this is an entertainment restaurant. I tried the "Yamato Course," which consists of 6 dishes and costs 8000 yen. First, the "Hospitality" dish is served with a performance, featuring pounded local tuna mixed with homemade fermented butter and topped with the scent of Sansho pepper on a charcoal monaka shaped like the ninja emblem. It was surprisingly delicious. It was paired with the original cocktail "Black Smoke," which is a refreshing yuzu cocktail despite its black color. Next, the "Cold Appetizer" resembled a stone and was a smooth foie gras terrine with dried figs, accompanied by shuriken-shaped grissini. The adjacent small dish featured asparagus wrapped in bubbles of lucky fruit jabara foam, with a smoke technique presentation. Following that was the "Warm Appetizer," which included Princess Sazae prepared escargot-style with herb butter, served with a vibrant green soy milk soup and gnocchi. A mysterious sake with bubbles, a relic of Nanban trade, accompanied this dish. The "Fish Dish" featured lightly smoked salmon with cherry wood, fluffy avocado, and spicy chili as accents, complemented by a cute pink rhubarb sauce. The "Main Dish" was duck cooked to perfection with a red grape sauce, accompanied by a bread made to resemble charcoal (actually a baguette). The ninja server got flustered when I joked that it was hot, showing their dedication to the role. The "Ninja Dessert" included a sweet potato pudding with apple compote served in a lunch charm (a soy sauce container) with caramel sauce, along with a carefully roasted Karigane hojicha made from the stems of the finest first-grade tea from Omi Marukichi in Shiga Prefecture. Finally, there were ninja bakery cookies and a spectacular ninja performance by a senior ninja. This entertainment restaurant is truly exceptional, with a long-lasting appeal and excellent hospitality, as evidenced by the many celebrity signatures on the walls, including Spielberg. It's a place you'll want to visit again and again.

I used to go to this restaurant often, but this was my first time since the renovation. The entertainment was amazing, and this place is still the best! However, I was disappointed that they got rid of the a la carte menu. I really liked being able to choose what I wanted to eat. There were about 3-4 course options, and I chose the one with red meat because I wanted to try it. The performances were great from the start and got me excited. The food was delicious, and I enjoyed it until the end. The main meat dish was so tasty and melted in my mouth. And to my surprise, what I thought was charcoal turned out to be bread, haha. It was a fun experience. It was a celebration, so I am grateful to my friends.

A popular restaurant in Akasaka among foreigners. The course menu features creative Japanese cuisine, with half of the dishes served with various performances, making it enjoyable. The magic show was impressive. Whether good or bad, the performances were more memorable than the taste of the food at this restaurant.

The entrance to the seats is like a theme park, which foreign visitors and children would enjoy. The interior of the restaurant is like a ninja village, with ninja staff. The drinks that change color with ninja techniques and dishes that appear with ninja techniques are quite entertaining. The food itself was not particularly outstanding in terms of cost performance or taste, but it was worth it as entertainment. The ninja manju and the potatoes served with the meat dish were delicious. The magic performed by the senior ninja was surprisingly impressive and not just for kids.

I visited the restaurant without high expectations for the taste, but not only the appearance but also the taste was very delicious, it was a wonderful place. I was amazed by the ninja tricks shown in front of me after the meal. The interior of the restaurant was like a trick house and it was fun. The only disappointing thing was that even though I had a reservation for 12 o'clock, I had to wait until 12:05 to enter. And I had to wait outside in the cold. Because of that, I rated the service 4.5 stars. If I hadn't been kept waiting, it would have been a perfect 5-star rating.

I couldn't find the entrance and ended up wandering around. There was something like an intercom on the side facing the road, and you enter from there. Once inside, it's pitch black, and you have to shout the password loudly for the staff to come out (laughs). Inside, there is a dark path with steps, so women wearing heels need to walk carefully. When you reach the room, a proper dinner course begins. The way the food is served involves smoke and fire, making it quite entertaining. There is also a magician on staff. The main course of beef was perfectly tender, with a delicious seasoning that enhanced the meat's flavor. The bread shaped like charcoal on the side was a bit strange (laughs). The salmon dish was also delicious. The dessert was visually appealing and cute. It would be interesting to bring a foreigner interested in ninjas here. Thank you for the feast.

I was surprised to find such a normal-looking exterior in Akasaka. When I opened the door, I was greeted by waitstaff dressed as ninjas who guided me through various hidden passages that I wouldn't have been able to navigate on my own. I was led to a cave-like room where the food was exceptional. Since it was my birthday, I had pre-ordered a cake, as there is a limit to how many can be ordered each day. They also performed a drum celebration and magic tricks for us. The restroom was also impressive, unlike any I had seen before. It's no wonder this place is popular with foreigners.

Taking children or foreign visitors will guarantee a great experience. The interior, atmosphere, and taste were all excellent, and I can't wait to come back again. I deducted 0.5 points for future expectations. I will definitely visit again! The fusion of entertainment and food was fantastic! Applause!

I successfully infiltrated the entertainment-packed ninja mansion that even famous people and prime ministers have visited. From the entrance to taking a seat, there were numerous tricks! It's almost like an amusement park. Every time a dish comes out, there is a ninja technique which is so fun! The cuisine is a mix of Japanese and Western styles, with many unique creative dishes. It's delicious and there are many things you may not have tried before. It's perfect for a date, so everyone should give it a try!

Located just a 2-minute walk from Akasaka-Mitsuke Station, this restaurant is known for being the number one entertainment spot in Tokyo! The staff members are like ninjas, guiding you through various surprises until you reach your seat, making it feel like a theme park experience. The food presentation is also full of entertainment, with each dish having its own unique twist to keep you excited. Before dessert, they even perform ninja magic, leaving you in awe. There's also a spot for commemorative photos where you can hold a sword and take a picture with your companions, creating a wonderful memory. Even during the pandemic, this restaurant offers a thrilling experience that will surely bring excitement back into your life. It's a great place to celebrate birthdays, go on pre-dating dates, or enjoy with your family. The recommended course is the "Yamato Spirit Course" (8,000 yen), which includes various dishes like a seasonal vegetable marinated in orange, foie gras pate with dried fig, and a black pork meat dish, among others. The dessert is a pudding prepared by the pastry ninja, accompanied by the highest quality roasted tea petit fours.

At the NINJA entertainment restaurant, I experienced ninja training. NINJA TOKYO, a theme park restaurant celebrating its 20th anniversary this year, is a famous restaurant in Akasaka visited by Hollywood stars and even prime ministers. You can enjoy high-quality entertainment cuisine and table magic (ninja skills) performed by professional magicians. NINJA AKASAKA is like stepping into a theme park! When you enter, a ninja named Shishimaru greets you after throwing a shuriken at the entrance. It feels like a time slip to a ninja village from the Warring States period. The entrance is like a ninja mansion, with hidden doors to pass through and exciting drawbridges to cross, creating an adventurous atmosphere as you navigate through a dark maze to reach your seat. It feels like a period drama set, creating a completely extraordinary space, full of thrills and excitement. The seats are all private rooms, where you can relax comfortably by taking off your shoes and climbing up. In the room you are led to, a red armored Taikō is enshrined, and there is even sterilized disinfectant labeled "sterilization"! The ninja hands you an alcohol cotton and says, "Even your smartphone should be disinfected." First, toast with champagne with Taikō. I ordered the most popular Yamato Soul course (with entertainment experience for 8,000 yen). 1. Appetizer - NINJA's crest-shaped bamboo charcoal with Nishikyo miso, cream cheese, and smoked pickled daikon in a bamboo charcoal that changes in an instant with the green flames of ninja skills. 2. Cold Appetizer - Foie gras terrine with dried fig and balsamic vinegar, with a black ball pierced by a shuriken turning out to be a smooth foie gras terrine! The shuriken can be eaten with crackers. 3. Warm Appetizer - Princess Sazae escargot-style with herb butter, lotus root, soy milk, porcini, and tamarind. Finished with a ninja's fire technique, the princess sazae cut into bite-sized pieces is transformed into an escargot-style dish with garlic and nut herb butter! Enjoyed two flavors with soy milk soup scented with tamarind and porcini, and lotus root gnocchi. The dishes are created by chefs specializing in various fields, from Japanese sushi chefs to French, Italian, and Chinese cuisine masters, as well as pastry chefs. Fire, smoke, and other surprises make the dining experience unique. 4. Treasure Box - Opening the treasure box, smoke pours out, but inside is a salmon confit with rhubarb sauce and honey-marinated Yufuin mustard. Paired with sake (Mutsu Otoko). 5. Main Dish - A Seven-Star Pork from Kagoshima on a shichirin grill, where the charcoal inside turns out to be homemade baguettes! 6. Ninja Dessert - Omi Maruyoshi's premium roasted tea no. 2, and a ninja confection with playful twists. Supervised by a chef from a Michelin-starred kaiseki restaurant in Tokyo, the experience is not only fun but also delicious and satisfying. After the meal, an advanced ninja comes to your table, and photography is not allowed.

Exciting✨✨✨Actually, it's been 13 years! My son just finished his mid-term exams in middle school, and he was crying because of his poor grades. I said, "Let's go eat at an interesting restaurant!" and took him there. He remembered it too. We had a wonderful meal at a very nice restaurant with beautiful and delicious dishes, and we even saw a magic show. It was nostalgic as we walked into the restaurant. The ninjas guided us to our private room, which was a fun experience. When we sat down, the ninja explained the dishes of the day in detail. We toasted to start the meal! The dishes that came out were beautifully presented and delicious. Each dish had its own unique presentation and taste, and the two hours flew by. The "Yamato Spirit Course" included: 1. Hospitality, 2. Cold appetizers, 3. Warm vegetables, 4. Fish dish, 5. Main dish, 6. Ninja dessert. The service from the attentive ninjas was impeccable. We were amazed by the magic tricks performed by the senior ninja! It was truly impressive! Is it magic? Is it sorcery? There are also photo spots for commemoration. In a time when we can't travel far, we found entertainment in Akasaka.

I visited the Ninja Mansion located on the 1st floor of Tokyu Plaza Akasaka in Akasaka Mitsuke. This place offers Ninja-style entertainment cuisine in a completely private room setting, where you can enjoy a course meal. To enter, you must push a shuriken located on the left side of the entrance. You will then follow a winding and dark path, using ninja techniques, until you reach your private room. The room I entered had a figure resembling a feudal lord. I opted for the popular "Yamato Spirit" course, which is packed with entertainment cuisine. The meal started with a champagne and pinot noir toast. The first dish was a surprise in a large pot, followed by a transformation of iburigakko and cream cheese-filled manju. The meal continued with various dishes like foie gras mousse under shuriken-shaped crackers, princess sazae escargot, and salmon confit with avocado and rhubarb sauce. The main dish was a roast of Kagoshima black pork with Iga village soy sauce and fond de veau sauce, accompanied by various vegetables. Dessert included a sweet potato pudding, apple compote, and caramel sauce, served with the finest roasted tea from Shiga prefecture. Lastly, a kinako financier from the pastry ninja was presented as a gift. The staff, dressed as ninjas, provided entertaining service throughout the meal. The innovative and enjoyable dishes, made with carefully selected ingredients using ninja techniques, were all delicious. After the meal, an advanced ninja performed a ninja show in the room, adding to the overall entertainment. Enjoy your meal!

This is my favorite restaurant. I have been here about 6 times now. I usually go for the Hanzo course, but this time I tried the Anniversary course. The dishes are always a delight for both the eyes and the taste buds. It's fun to be seated in a different room each time. I think in any course, there is a magic show by a ninja at the end. It's always amazing to watch, and I can never figure out how they do it...

NINJA TOKYO, located right by Akasaka Mitsuke Station, is incredibly fun! From the moment you enter, you are transported into the world of ninjas. The fact that Hollywood stars and prime ministers have visited speaks for the delicious food. The cost performance is amazing. All dishes are presented in a surprising way, adding to the entertainment factor. The advanced ninja performs impressive magic tricks at the end, making the experience even more exciting. Taking someone here, whether on a date or with children, will surely be a hit. All rooms are private and have perfect infection control measures. The most popular course is the "Yamato Spirit Course" for 8000 yen, which includes entertainment experiences. There are photo spots and even a Sanrio collaboration. I highly recommend this place!

A restaurant located about a 10-minute walk from Akasaka-Mitsuke Station. The food was delicious, but what stood out the most was the interior design of the restaurant. It was like an attraction, and I was impressed when I first visited. I wonder if only men like ninjas. Leaving that aside, this restaurant is sure to be popular with men.

Had a great time dining with Chinese members! The restaurant had various fun surprises from the entrance to our seats. The food had flavors and portions that were just right for foreigners, and everyone was pleased. It was more enjoyable than going to a regular izakaya. We had sushi and meat dishes, and the magic tricks kept us smiling throughout.

I used this restaurant more than a year ago as part of a business entertainment. When I heard the name of the restaurant, I thought, "Our business partner really went all out." It is located in Tokyu Plaza in Akasaka, and as soon as you enter the restaurant, ninjas appear. After passing through a secret door and a detailed interior, you finally get to your seat. The seating is mostly in private rooms. The staff are all dressed as ninjas. The meal was a course menu, with ninja-themed dishes like shuriken-shaped crackers and dishes lit on fire using a fire technique. The food was surprisingly good. The first visit was enjoyable, but I'm not sure about going back for a second time, considering the slightly high prices for the entertainment factor. It would be great for entertaining foreign guests. Thank you for the meal.
