Many salad places tend to close early, but here you can enjoy salads even after 9pm. It's a great option for those who want to eat something healthy even when busy. I tried the American Toss with roast beef, but you can also customize your salad. I'm currently on an 18-hour diet, so I couldn't make it home in time...but luckily this place was open and saved me.

This is a recommended salad restaurant for those on a diet. I have been going to this salad restaurant since my student days and I always order the large size. You can get plenty of vegetables and protein, so I highly recommend it. The dressing selection is extensive, but I always end up choosing balsamic vinegar... It's located in a food court directly connected to the station, so you can easily stop by.

They have Jean-Francois, Vietnamese Cyclo, alcohol, and stylish snacks at the café. Last time I used it, I was given a transparent container like for takeout, but this time it was served on a proper plate. It contains shrimp, pakchoi, glass noodles, wood ear mushrooms, boiled carrots, and cherry tomatoes. It's like eating the filling of a fresh spring roll. The size of the vegetables is just right, not too small or too big. It's always busy here, morning, noon, and night, even on weekdays. My favorite place.

If you feel like you need more, you can add extra short pasta or sweet potatoes, and there's also bread available to adjust. It's great for lunch with colleagues with different appetites as it's in a food court with plenty of seating and a bakery, making it child-friendly with strollers allowed.

The salad here is served with toppings hidden beneath the base, making it a bit hard to see the additional toppings. The lettuce in the base salad was fresh and crunchy. The 50 yen toppings, however, lacked in quantity and texture, not providing as much volume as expected. The roast beef topping, on the other hand, was generous and satisfying. The non-oil dressing had a slightly uneven mix of acidity and chunks of cilantro, so it might be better to mix it well before eating. Overall, I found the salad to be not very filling, but it's a valuable option for adding extra toppings. The food court has over 100 seats, so it's spacious. There were many women and solo diners at lunchtime. They offer bowl salads in regular and large sizes with a variety of salad options. I ordered the "Roast Chicken and Mushroom Tabouleh Salad." You can choose your dressing and also add bread, soup, or a drink. It's a great option when you want to eat a lot of salad at lunchtime. There were also about 5 to 6 types of dressings. I was surprised when my total exceeded 1000 yen because I got carried away with my toppings, but the salad was quite voluminous and delicious. Plus, there are so many different combinations that you won't get bored. If this shop was on my commute, I would definitely use it every day! However, the prices are a bit high, so I rated it as average. Next time, I will try ordering a combo that comes with pre-selected toppings. It's hard to tell from the photos, but they mix the salad before serving it, so there's a lot of ingredients like prosciutto, smoked salmon, tomatoes, and more at the bottom of the bowl!
