The shop is still open even after 2:00 PM. Most of the shops were closing or starting to clean up because I arrived late. It's a bit hard to find as it's located in an alley, but the prices are not too high and the food is good. You can relax inside the shop, so I recommend it.

I was walking around Tsukiji Market when I came across a delicious looking seafood bowl restaurant, so I decided to go in! It was a Sunday morning, so I think the market was closed, but the restaurant and the crowd were bustling. There were a lot of foreign tourists. I ordered the Sanmai-don (three kinds of seafood bowl) and it was incredibly delicious!

The restaurant is part of the same chain as others in the area and is usually less crowded, making it a good choice when you don't feel like waiting in line. I tried the "Seafood Hitsumabushi" which was served quickly, indicating it may have been pre-made. The seafood was tasty but not particularly impressive. The vinegar was a bit strong. The next step was to mix in the sea urchin evenly, which didn't stand out much due to the strong vinegar rice. Lastly, pouring the lukewarm broth over it didn't enhance the dish. Overall, the dish seemed to deteriorate with each step, creating a unique experience. If you're curious, give it a try. I ordered the most expensive option with 30g of domestic sea urchin.

The marinated salmon is very delicious with a great texture. It comes with a mix of tuna and ikura on top. The sushi rice is also excellent, perfectly cooked. Even though it was a hot day, the restaurant was cool with effective air conditioning, and the cold green tea was delicious. The place is clean and the service is top-notch. They also accept PayPay for payment. Just be aware that the entrance to the restaurant is a bit hard to find.

It had been a while since I last went to Tsukiji, and it was crowded this time. Two years ago, it was empty. I was able to enter Hare no Hi Shokudo relatively easily, so I decided to eat there. It felt like a tourist-oriented restaurant and lacked a sense of specialness. The memories of eating at Tsukiji were not recreated. The sashimi was just average, which was a bit disappointing. However, the staff were friendly and made the experience enjoyable.

I walked around Tsukiji looking for lunch. Every restaurant had long lines, but I chose "Hare no Hi Shokudo." The entrance was a bit hidden, so I waited for about 20 minutes without getting wet in the rain. I quickly ordered the dishes I wanted from the menu outside. We had the "Omakase Sanchoku Don" x2, "Shanghai Seafood Don" x1, and "Seafood Don" x1. The sashimi was thicker and more satisfying than expected, and very fresh and delicious. The bright restaurant had tables that could be rearranged for different group sizes, and there seemed to be private rooms in the back.

I visited Tsukiji to eat seafood bowl on Wednesday after 11:00. The taste was decent, but the energy of the staff and the manager was heartwarming. It was easy to get in compared to other places, which was good. The only downside was that the entrance was a bit hard to find.

Sea urchin seafood bowl seems to be famous, but the seafood bowl itself is delicious as well. The prices may be a bit high, but that's common in Tsukiji. The lemon sour was made to go well with sashimi and seafood bowl, which was nice. It was an easy-to-enter restaurant.

Seafood bowl specialty store in Tsukiji Market. Visited for dinner on a weekday. This area is filled with shops run by Torazo. Our store specializes in sea urchin. You can change to domestic sea urchin for an additional fee. [Fish Market Three-color Bowl + Change to Domestic Sea Urchin] (2,400 yen + 550 yen) ■ Fish Market Three-color Bowl Tuna, salmon roe, domestic sea urchin. The sea urchin melts in your mouth with a refreshing sweetness. Changing to domestic sea urchin was the right choice. The tuna melts in your mouth. The salmon roe is small. Vinegared rice, seaweed, pickled ginger. Both the rice and toppings are on the smaller side. ■ Crab Miso Soup Provided as a service. It's unclear if this is only for today or always. The soup is rich in crab flavor. Torazo's shops also operate for dinner, which is convenient.

I came to the restaurant mainly to drink with a friend who joined us later. We ordered scallop sashimi, assorted sashimi, and original Japanese sake. It was a shame that we couldn't have the seafood bowl as the main dish at a seafood bowl restaurant, but the original Japanese sake paired with fresh sashimi was easy to drink and enjoyable.

I visited "Hare no Hi Shokudo" in the outer market of Tsukiji Market for lunch. Among the various seafood bowls I tried in the outer market, I think this restaurant offers good value for money considering the quality. I chose the Spring Seafood Bowl, while my friend opted for the Normal Seafood Bowl. I asked for extra rice because I was very hungry. The Spring Seafood Bowl included bonito sashimi, sea bream, tuna, cherry shrimp, boiled whitebait, firefly squid, and rapeseed blossoms on top. I made some wasabi soy sauce to drizzle over the toppings. The wasabi had quite a kick to it. The combination of rice and seafood was delicious, a well-balanced mix. I thoroughly enjoyed the meal. Thanks to the friendly staff for their excellent service and for refilling our tea multiple times.

"Hare no Hi Shokudo" is located in the middle of the Tsukiji Outer Market, offering a wide variety of seafood bowls to choose from. It is a part of the Hare no Hi group, which mainly operates in Tsukiji Outer Market and also has branches in Tokyo Solamachi and Karuizawa Outlet. Nearby, you can also find the popular standing sushi style restaurant "Tachigui Sushi Torazou". The location is on a bustling street, just two blocks from the intersection of Tsukiji 4-chome. The entrance is in a passable building corridor. The restaurant has about 8 tables in a relatively spacious area, with soft jazz music playing in the background. The menu consists only of seafood bowls, with options like luxurious sea urchin and salmon roe bowls being popular choices. They also serve the "Seafood Hitsumabushi" from their affiliated restaurant Fish Market Senryo. On this particular day, I was in the mood for a tuna seafood bowl. The menu displayed in front of the store caught my attention, and I decided to try the "Tuna Three-Way Comparison Bowl" priced at 2,200 yen (featuring Otoro, Chutoro, and Akami tuna cuts). The bowl arrived within a minute, impressively fast! The bowl was shallow with vinegared rice covered by three different cuts of tuna. The pink to red gradient of the tuna slices, with just the right thickness and size, looked appetizing. First, I tried the thinly pink Otoro, which was tender and melted in my mouth with a strong sweetness. The Chutoro, with its freshness, sweetness, and subtle aroma, was delightful. The Akami had a slightly more acidic and refreshing taste compared to the Chutoro. I enjoyed each slice by dipping them in soy sauce. The vinegared rice was sticky and slightly sweet, complementing the tuna cuts well. I savored each bite slowly, but even after finishing, I was not overly full, reaching a satisfying 80% fullness. For those still exploring Tsukiji's culinary delights, I recommend trying the limited quantity menu items, which seem to offer better value. The Torazou series of restaurants consistently deliver on taste, ensuring a satisfying dining experience. Is each place operated by a different store? Grilled dishes at "Torajou" and seafood at "Hare no Hi Shokudou." "Hare no Hi Shokudou" has a variety of tuna dishes and other options, all of which are fairly tasty. The rice was a bit disappointing, as it was too big and mushy. The grilled pork belly at "Torajou" was delicious. The scallop and sea urchin dish was visually appealing and tasted decent. The large oyster fry was tasty, but nothing too impressive. Overall, the food was good. Thank you.

On Sunday, I had plans at Tokyo Station but ended up at Tsukiji by chance. Since I was already there, I decided to have some seafood. The seafood bowls at Tsukiji can be quite pricey, but this place offers very reasonable prices. The recommended maguro (tuna) marinade with domestic sea urchin on top is only 1650 yen! The marinade was delicious, and the sea urchin was also tasty. The negitoro bowl had plenty of fluffy negitoro, and the maguro zanmai bowl allowed you to enjoy three different types of tuna for under 2000 yen. Whether you want to splurge at the market or enjoy a cost-effective meal here, both options are great.

Today's lunch at Tsukiji was a seafood bowl, a nice change from the recent tempura, Western, and Chinese options. Among the highly rated seafood restaurants, I chose this one called Shokudo because I liked the name. I decided to go for the recommended dish priced at 1,650 yen, which included tuna, sea bream, yellowtail, salmon, and salmon roe. I also opted for the large portion for an extra 50 yen. The staff was very friendly and even offered complimentary miso soup. The seafood bowl was generous and delicious, with a good variety of fish and plenty of ikura. Each piece was fresh and flavorful, and the overall dining experience was enhanced by the excellent service. Tsukiji is known for its delicious fish, but how it is enjoyed is equally important. This restaurant excels in both aspects and I highly recommend it.

It is located in an area where food stalls are densely packed outside the Tsukiji Market. The prices are high, with bowls costing around 4000 yen. This time, I chose a bowl with sea urchin and marinated tuna for about 1700 yen, and eel sushi for 500 yen. Opting for foreign sea urchin instead of domestic adds 500 yen, but there is no fishy taste and it has a refreshing flavor. The marinated tuna is packed with flavor and has a great texture. The eel sushi is warm and tender, not needing any soy sauce. I was able to fully enjoy the eel from Tsukiji just as it is. The downside is that the rice portion is small, but that's standard for Tsukiji restaurants to focus on the toppings. With a wide variety of menu options, I plan to try something different next time.

When it comes to seafood bowls at Tsukiji, I always end up choosing "Hare no Hi Shokudo" restaurant. They don't do any street promotion in front of the shop, so it's easy to enter. This day was a weekday. I visited around noon and the seats were quite full. There were guys in suits and couples as well. A casual mix of customers. The prices are not too cheap but reasonable. Not too expensive either. I always ordered the seafood bowl, so this time I decided to try something new and went for the Negitoro bowl. I think the Negitoro bowl was the most affordable in the menu. My friend ordered both the tuna bowl and salmon bowl. They have a big appetite (laughs). Just the other day, I bought sushi from a nearby supermarket, but the taste is definitely different. The ingredients here have a strong flavor. The taste is rich in a good way. I wonder if this difference in taste comes from the freshness of the ingredients...? Thank you for the meal!

I ended up at "Hare no Hi Shokudo" after checking out various seafood bowl restaurants. The seafood bowl here is relatively affordable, which is appealing for a broke student like me. The seafood bowl (including tax, 1804 yen) offers a satisfying variety of seafood. The salmon is thick and flavorful, while the scallops have a nice bounce to them, indicating their freshness. The service is speedy, making it a casual place where you can eat quickly and leave. Although my friend's salmon bowl looked delicious, I couldn't resist the seafood bowl. I may need to graduate from this place and explore new restaurants in the future.

Early Sunday morning in Tsukiji is a hidden gem in a way. You can take unlimited photos with the statue of the president of Sushizanmai! However, there are few shops open, so there are many points to be aware of (lol). The usual tamago shop was open, so I had one there. Later, while wandering the streets outside Tsukiji, I stumbled upon this place. It's a small shop tucked between other shops, but they had a large menu displayed on the street, so I decided to give it a try. Inside the shop, a very friendly Tsukiji old man welcomed us. There were no other customers. With my friend ordering a maguro donburi, I ordered a seafood donburi, and the service was quick! Since I hadn't had breakfast, the chopsticks moved quickly. The Tsukiji seafood donburi has each piece of seafood making a statement, so it's fun to eat without getting tired. Especially the plumpness of the shrimp and scallops provides an extraordinary experience not found near the university. Finally, the miso soup sealed the deal, and I left feeling full and happy. [Bill] Seafood donburi: 1804 yen (including tax)
