I happened to be in Odaiba and felt a little hungry, so I decided to try this place that caught my eye for a salmon bowl. I thought it would be a casual food court type of place, so I also ordered the Chicken Katsu Don collaboration with Nakajima and Ne for 850 yen. To my surprise, it exceeded my expectations. The Chicken Katsu Don came with two juicy pieces of chicken katsu, and it was quite filling. The combination with the runny egg was also great. The only downside was that I wasn't very hungry at the time. I look forward to going back when I have a bigger appetite.

After watching a movie with my second daughter, we had lunch at "Hanshinage no Johnny" located near the exit of the food court in front of Toys "R" Us. My daughter wanted to try salmon donburi and yakisoba, so we ordered "Salmon Sanmai Donburi," "Sauce Yakisoba," "Secret Soy-marinated Johnny's Chicken Thigh Zangi," and "Red Zangi." The Salmon Sanmai Donburi came with three types of salmon - seared, regular, and belly, all of which were delicious. My daughter enjoyed the regular chicken thigh Zangi, which was juicy and tasty. The Red Zangi had a spicy powder coating that was not only spicy but also slightly sweet, making it delicious. However, the Sauce Yakisoba took a while to arrive, and when we inquired, we were told it was being prepared at the neighboring restaurant and would take some time. Since we had finished eating and my daughter was full, we decided to cancel the order. A new Zangi restaurant opened on the first floor of Aqua City Odaiba. I tried the Momozangi for takeout, but they had a special opening promotion where the "Otaru specialty Half Fried Chicken Zangi" for 1280 yen was half off, so I decided to skip my alcohol-free day. I paid with a cashless payment and waited for about 15 minutes while listening to the sound of frying and the timer. I enjoyed a glass of water at my table while waiting. They gave me the Zangi in a paper bag that tore a bit, so I took it home. I followed the instructions on how to eat the Half Fried Chicken Zangi, and even though it had cooled down a bit, I was able to enjoy the different parts of the chicken - legs, breast, thighs, and ribs - in a wild and happy way.
