I was attracted by the spicy miso ramen at the ramen shop along the main street near Akihabara station ✨ I decided to give it a try! I was happy that they offer free upsizing all day long ♥ I ordered a regular size but I could have easily gone for the large size (*´﹀`*) The soup had a sweet and spicy flavor, not too spicy though! It's open 24 hours so it seems very convenient ◎ Thank you for the meal! ✨

I was looking for morning ramen, and usually I would go to the Bushotake restaurant, but today I wasn't in the mood for tonkotsu, so I went to Ikebukuro instead. The reviews weren't great, so I didn't have high expectations, but honestly, it was delicious. They offer about three different types of miso to choose from, including a rich miso option with extra meat. They also provide fried garlic as a condiment on the table. The thinly sliced rare chashu pork was tasty and the miso wasn't too salty or heavy, it paired well with the curly noodles. The portion size was generous, and while it might be a bit heavy for morning ramen, it was satisfying. Surprisingly, they offer free large portions, which seem to be quite substantial. The staff, although foreigners, were energetic and efficient. With its convenient location near the station and 24-hour operation, this place seems to be a great find. It might even go well with white rice. If you're in Akihabara and unsure of where to eat, I recommend this place.

Located in front of Akihabara Station, this restaurant is convenient as it is open 24 hours. Being a chain restaurant, the prices are reasonable. The restroom was a bit messy with lots of paper, but it was tolerable. The taste is typical of a chain restaurant, appealing to the general public. However, it may not be satisfying for food enthusiasts. Thank you for the meal.

Thick miso ramen for 800 yen. On my fourth day working in Tokyo, I'm starting to get used to the Tokyo life, aside from the crowded trains. Finally, I had some time for a solo lunch break and decided to explore ramen shops in Akihabara. I stumbled upon a shop with a sign for thick miso ramen that wasn't crowded. So, I decided to try it out. The first experience had to be the signature dish, the thick miso ramen. It seemed like a blend of Sendai miso and Hokkaido miso. The soup was rich and flavorful, and mixing in the ginger made it even more delicious. The chewy noodles paired perfectly with the soup. I want to try all the miso flavors, but miso is more suited for winter. I'll definitely come back when it's cooler. It was delicious! Thank you for the meal.

I missed the last train and randomly stopped by a ramen shop. I was very grateful that they were open until late at night. The delicious taste really hit the spot. They have a variety of flavors, so I never get tired of going there. I highly recommend it for anyone looking to eat ramen in Akihabara!

The spicy miso ramen (large size) with mini fried rice was ordered. The ramen had just the right amount of spiciness, making it easy to eat. It seemed like the chopsticks moved faster with this spicy miso ramen compared to plain miso ramen. The mini fried rice had chopped char siu in it, but when eaten, it had a hint of ham flavor? The restaurant is conveniently located near Yodobashi in Akihabara, just a 1-minute walk away. Even during lunchtime, we were able to be seated right away without having to wait. The food was served quickly, making it convenient for those with limited time during lunch. Thank you for the meal.

The vending machine was the same as at Nakau, so I thought, could it be? When I searched, it was a hit (laughs). This ramen shop is operated by the Zensho Group. Speaking of the Zensho Group, there is Sukiya, but subsidiaries include Nakau, Coco's, Hamazushi, and Jolly Pasta, all under the Sukiya umbrella, surprising right? The ramen taste is neither good nor bad. When you hear the energetic greetings from the kitchen, it somehow feels reassuring.

On a hot day after the end of the rainy season, I stopped by on my way home from work. I ordered the limited-time cold tantan tsukemen. As mentioned by others, the presentation is a bit lacking, with a messy appearance. The noodles are chewy and smooth, quite delicious, but the soup gives off a cheap vibe. It's hard to taste the flavor because it's cold, or maybe the disappointing appearance affects the taste, or perhaps this is just how it's supposed to taste... But it's not inedible, and if you can accept it for what it is, it's cheap and okay. Personally, I would have preferred a stronger nutty flavor! Thank you for the meal!

On a rainy weekday at 3pm, I was drawn to enter a restaurant by a large sign in front of the station. The location was good, so the restaurant was about 80% full, with a diverse mix of customers, including the staff. I felt like I was the only Japanese person there. The broth wasn't as rich as described, and it felt light when eaten with the noodles. The extra large portion was free, but it still felt a bit lacking. The overall quality was similar to a typical roadside rest area, not something worth going out of your way for. However, I think this kind of restaurant is just right for everyday use.

Ramen place open late at night. Ordered tsukemen. Noodles were smooth and delicious. The dipping sauce was a bit light, but it didn't bother me as I could easily slurp it up. Sprinkling table condiments on the noodles made it even better. It's great that they're open even past 11 PM in Akihabara. Thank you for the meal.

I came to Akihabara. As it was getting hot outside, I felt like I needed some salt, and I saw a sign for rich miso ramen! I decided to try it and entered the shop. They had a system where you buy a ticket from a machine and then sit at the counter. The noodles were thick, and there were plenty of bean sprouts and green onions. I love the rich miso flavor, especially on a hot day. The noodles were delicious with the soup coating them. It was really tasty. Thank you for the meal.

I ordered the limited summer cold zaru tsukemen (730 yen) using a food ticket system. It was served in just 3 minutes after ordering. They offer free upsizing all day, so I got the large portion. The noodles were smooth and chewy. The soup was light and had a strong fish powder flavor. Adding a little vinegar to the noodles made it even better. Thank you for the meal.

I couldn't resist my hunger and entered the restaurant. I had the spicy miso ramen. It was pretty good, with a rich miso flavor and the noodles were well coated. However, it was a bit disappointing that there were no staff inside the restaurant. You couldn't even ask for a water refill. I like the taste though. Oh well.

Great value miso ramen with free extra noodles, upgrading to meat ramen gives you plenty of chashu. The classic miso ramen has a slightly sweet flavor that is quite tasty. Perfect for when you want to eat a lot without breaking the bank. Convenient location, so it could be a good option for a late-night meal after drinking.

Located just a 1-minute walk from Akihabara Showadori Exit, Ramenya Ifu is a ramen shop on a corner. They offer rich miso, white miso, and red miso ramen, with the special ramen featuring buttered corn as a topping being a popular choice. Priced at 1000 yen, the miso ramen is indeed rich and the medium-thick noodles have a smooth texture that pairs well with the soup. The relatively new shop has 18 spacious counter seats, and its long opening hours make it a convenient place to visit without worrying about time constraints.

On a holiday morning around 10 o'clock, I passed by this ramen shop "Ippu" in Akihabara and decided to stop by. It seems to be open 24 hours. I bought a ticket at the machine and sat at the counter seat. I ordered the "Rich Miso Pork Ramen" for 960 yen. The water served was not very tasty, and I heard unfamiliar foreign language from the kitchen, which made me worried. Soon, the smell of miso filled the air, and my ramen arrived. I took some dried garlic from the counter. Well, it's delicious. The noodles were slightly transparent yellow. The rich miso-flavored soup was delicious. It had thin slices of pork, which were apparently cooked at a low temperature. The meat was also tasty.

The noodles were a bit lacking, so I ordered the vegetable ramen. When it arrived, I felt a little disappointed. While regular ramen is usually beautifully presented, this one was not. If the restaurant specializes in miso ramen, I wish the taste had been a bit more delicious.

After a drinking party, I knew it was a bad idea but I was craving ramen, so I went to a 24-hour ramen shop near the station. Being drunk, my satiety center was paralyzed. I only intended to eat ramen but ended up ordering a fried rice set. It was a regular miso ramen and fried rice. Since they are open 24 hours, I will visit again when I crave ramen late at night.

While I was on the move, I felt like eating tsukemen and decided to visit this place. I ordered the special soy sauce meat tsukemen (880 yen). The noodles, soup, chashu, and meat were all quite ordinary, but the ramen seems to be popular so I would like to visit again. The loud voices of the staff talking in the kitchen were a bit distracting.

After a long time in Tokyo, I stayed near Akihabara and decided to visit this place nearby. They seem to be known for their wide variety of miso ramen, so I ordered the Dragon Meat Miso Ramen (890 yen) with a boiled egg topping. The punchy soup paired well with the thick curly noodles, and the ramen was delicious. I also ordered a bottled beer, but for some reason, it came in a warm mug... My first experience of getting a small bottle of lager beer at a ramen shop! Akihabara, you never cease to surprise me...
