Yakiniku eat-all-you-can chain Ichiban Akishima store on weekends nights the parking lot is full with plenty of spaces. Families visit with table seats and also sunken kotatsu-style seating, catering to a wide range of customers from couples to families to parties. There are also foreign groups here and there, probably due to the location. Orders are made through a touch panel, which supports four languages, making it popular among foreigners. The eat-all-you-can options range from 2480 yen to 3980 yen. The premium option at 3980 yen is highly recommended. Elementary school students pay half price, and preschoolers eat for free! The drink bar costs 200 yen, and with an online coupon, the premium option had a 400 yen discount. I ended up eating a lot of Sata-gyu beef kalbi and thick-cut tongue salt, they were so delicious that I kept going back for more without realizing it... The marinated dishes, digital kalbi, kainomi, lamp steak, etc., were also great. I couldn't help but laugh at the thickness of the meat slices. However, the regular course options like kalbi and hormone had a slight smell or were tough, so I ended up only ordering one serving each of Sata-gyu and thick-cut tongue salt, and other rare cuts. When you order a course from the staff at the beginning, the rest can be ordered through the touch panel, and the food is served quickly without waiting more than 5 minutes, which is stress-free. The net replacement, plates, etc., are all done through the touch panel, and the service is fast, even though there seemed to be many young part-time staff. The clay pot rice (about 3 bowls worth) was plump and shiny, very delicious. It was too much for two adults, but my partner enjoyed it so much that they almost finished it alone. The cold noodles and stone bibimbap were served in half portions and were safe choices. The fried foods that I couldn't help but order were potatoes, calamari, chicken nanban, and others. There were several types of salads, seafood, kimchi, namul, buttered potatoes, corn, etc., and the children were satisfied with the lineup. What's more, the dessert bar had about 10 types of ice cream, shaved ice, waffles, cotton candy, and the children were thrilled. All of this was free for preschoolers, which was wonderful. I went to the eat-all-you-can yakiniku without expecting much, but unexpectedly, I was able to eat plenty of delicious meat and left satisfied. The total bill, including the drink bar, was 4500 yen per adult. Considering that the children were free, for a family of four, it was cheaper than a mediocre family restaurant. If you think about the quality of the meat that can only be eaten in the premium option, it's 2,000 to 3,000 yen cheaper than going to a regular yakiniku restaurant. If I were to eat at Yakiniku Ichiban again, I would definitely go for the premium option.
