I was tired from walking and suddenly felt like eating something sweet, so I ate it when I saw it in front of me. There were many types to choose from, but I was able to eat it almost immediately! The chewy texture of the dough was delicious, but the chocolate cake was a bit dry. However, it was still delicious when eaten with whipped cream.

I ended up taking the kids to a place they wanted to go during the New Year holidays, where there was a long line. It seemed to be quite popular, but I couldn't tell which one was the name of the restaurant. I decided to order a Pizza Tsuna like a typical middle-aged man. Once we finally got through the line, the pizza had a surprisingly authentic tomato flavor, with a sweet crepe base and a cheesy taste that was quite junky but delicious. When combined, it created a surprisingly complex and well-thought-out deliciousness. It made me want to have a beer or wine with it. The crepe with chocolate and ice cream that the kids had was exactly the kind of sweet cream they love, with a delightful Mammoni-like flavor. It was so good that they kept begging for more. It was a learning experience to try something different that I don't usually eat. It felt like I had eaten it before, but the conclusion is that it was very delicious. If you haven't had it in a while, I recommend trying it. The service was also nice, and surprisingly, even if you line up alone as a man, you might not feel out of place.

This is a crepe shop located at the exit of Takeshita Street, a 5-minute walk from Meijijingumae Station. Whenever I decide to eat crepes in Omotesando, I always end up here for some reason. The recommended flavor is Sugar Butter! Today, I didn't have Sugar Butter, but if you get the crepe with the dough firm, you can easily finish three bites of Sugar Butter. It's a rule not to be greedy when it comes to eating here. I will definitely go back for some Sugar Butter.

NiziU collaboration crepe for 780 yen. The cost performance is quite poor. I didn't like the whipped cream. The strawberries were okay. The crepe dough was chewy. If it wasn't a collaboration with NiziU, I probably wouldn't try it again (lol).

One of the well-known crepe shops on Takeshita Street in Harajuku
On a holiday night around 8:30 pm, I passed by Takeshita Street and most of the surrounding shops were already closed, but this crepe shop was still open so I decided to stop by. I love crepes, and my favorite is always the chocolate whipped cream. Ever since I was a child, this has been my go-to choice. I like it with whipped cream and chocolate spray, with less chocolate sauce. If they don't have chocolate spray, I always opt for whipped cream with chocolate sauce on top. This time, they didn't have chocolate spray so I went with chocolate sauce. It's great that they are open late, even past 8:30 pm, and there were already a few people in line. Thank you for the meal!

In the evening, after finishing work in Harajuku, I was hungry and decided to eat a crepe. I went to this shop where there was a wait of 4.5 people. While waiting, I compared the samples of crepes lined up and struggled to decide on my order. Should I get the one with cheesecake or the Mont Blanc? I couldn't decide, so I asked for the Mont Blanc in the end! It had been a while since I had a crepe in Harajuku, but despite it being known as a crepe paradise, I felt a bit underwhelmed. Personally, I think the crepe shop in Machida is much tastier. The crepe here didn't feel freshly baked, and the whipped cream tasted a bit bland, like the one you can buy in a supermarket. The cream in the Mont Blanc was delicious though. Maybe in Harajuku, they focus more on appealing to young people and being Instagrammable. Thank you for the meal!

Strawberry chocolate special. The company is moving to the building next door, so I decided to try it. They have a wide variety of options. I had a hard time deciding which one to choose. The crepe dough was a bit soggy. It lacked the freshness of the strawberries, so I didn't really like it. It felt like a crepe that would be better with some whipped cream.

In 2019, following the Marion Crepe trend, I visited Harajuku Crepe again! This time, I went to the representative spot, "Santa Monica." I tried the Custard Strawberry Chocolate Brownie Cake Chocolat Special with double chocolate whip cream for 640 yen. Unfortunately, the strawberries were soaked in syrup, which wasn't to my liking. It's understandable that crepes in tourist areas may not have the best taste.

At this time of year, Harajuku is also easy to navigate. Passing through for a specific purpose! When you think of Harajuku, it's all about crepes and tapioca. Sweet tapioca with lots of strawberries, ice cream, whipped cream, strawberries, and strawberry sauce. The prices for S, M, and L sizes are not that different, so L is the best deal. The photo shows a M size for 610 yen including tax.

Santa Monica Crepes in Harajuku is a popular spot for delicious crepes. Located at the corner of Meiji Street, this crepe shop is open every day until around 9:30 PM. One of their popular menu items is the Strawberry Banana Chocolate Crepe, priced at 510 yen. The crepe itself is made with high-quality butter and flour, resulting in a light and fluffy texture. The fresh fruits, sweet cream, and warm crepe create a delightful combination that will make you smile. They also offer a variety of tapioca drinks. Enjoy ending your day with a sweet treat in the bustling streets of Harajuku. Just be cautious as the area can get quiet at night. If you love crepes and Harajuku, this place is worth a visit.

Sometimes, I lined up at the Santa Monica Crepe Harajuku Meiji Street store at the entrance of Takeshita Street for a crepe. It's best to decide on the crepe you want to order in advance when lining up, as the line moves quickly. I ordered the Banana Chocolate Whipped Cream Crepe for ¥390, number 30. I don't like crepes with lots of ice cream or pudding, I prefer simple ones. I love crepes with just sugar on the outside! I love them fresh! There was no seating available, so I had to stand. They also make crepes for takeout. It was filled with plenty of bananas and whipped cream! I thought to myself, "I'm going to gain weight from this." It was delicious. When it comes to Harajuku, crepes are a must! I decided to get in line for crepes after getting off at Harajuku Station. There were so many options on the menu, it was exciting. I chose a simple crepe with maple nuts. The crepe was thinner compared to one I had tried before, but it was decent. It was just your typical crepe. My friend had a crepe with strawberries and brownies. The strawberries seemed to be in syrup, which was a bit disappointing, but overall it was okay.

It was so delicious and sweet, the best place I know around Harajuku! I ordered the extra extra large portion, but I wish there was even more!

A stable shop that passes down to its children. There are so many crepe menu options that it's hard to choose, which is delightful. Crepes in the summer are not bad.

I had a Strawberry Whip Crepe. It was not too sweet and easy to eat. The whip cream was plentiful and satisfying.

Lots of cream. Extremely sweet. Just as expected, it's perfect when you want a rich crepe.

The cream has become more delicious than before? I wish the crepe dough had a little more chewiness.

I ordered the Strawberry Custard Cream crepe (¥420). It was filled with plenty of custard, but not overly sweet, so I could enjoy it until the end. The crepe was not thick and chewy, but thin and crispy. I always thought crepes were more expensive, but they are actually quite affordable. Is this the usual price for them?

I came here because I wanted to eat the crème brûlée crepe in Harajuku. The portion size is huge, you can't finish it in one bite. Crepes are like a dream wrapped in sweetness, softness, and coldness, it's fleeting... (laughs)
