Located at the corner along the Chorochoro Papa-dori street near the Shinjuku Sanchome intersection, this extremely popular pasta restaurant offers a variety of 100 pasta dishes. They can make any type of pasta you desire. According to other reviews, it is referred to as "Hashiya-style". Further investigation reveals that it originated from a popular pasta restaurant called Hashiya near Shinjuku Station West Exit, known for dishes like cod roe spaghetti. It seems that staff from Hashiya have opened their own restaurants, each with their own unique offerings. The menu includes dishes like cod roe spaghetti, cod roe and sea urchin spaghetti, bacon and egg spaghetti, garlic and chili pepper spaghetti (peperoncino), white sauce spaghetti, tomato sauce, and chili tomato sauce. One of the most popular dishes is the cod roe and sea urchin spaghetti priced at 1100 yen. The cod roe sauce is rich and smooth, with a perfect balance of saltiness. The chopped nori seaweed adds a nice touch. The pasta is slightly soft and thin, making for a delightful meal. Despite the limited seating and potential wait times, the quality of the pasta makes it worth the visit. A must-try for pasta lovers. Delicious. Thank you.

This is a popular pasta restaurant near Shinjuku Sanchome intersection. The interior of the restaurant has a cozy old house style. - Spaghetti with egg and bacon: ¥1,000 - Extra large: ¥200 - Ham salad (small): ¥400 When I go to Hashiya-style restaurants, I often order the soy sauce-flavored carbonara-style spaghetti with egg and bacon to compare the taste. It is almost as good as the original Hashiya, and when you order the extra large portion, it is quite filling. I am satisfied with the meal. Thank you.

A popular pasta restaurant located a little off the main street from Shinjuku Sanchome intersection. We were able to enter without waiting during lunchtime on a weekday. After we entered, there were about 4-5 people waiting outside. There is no waiting area inside. The restaurant has 4 counter seats and 4 table seats. We ordered the large portion of spicy tomato sauce with bacon and asparagus, and the large portion of tarako and squid pasta. The portion size was just right, not too much. The menu allows you to choose the base flavor and the ingredients, so you can enjoy a variety of dishes each time you visit. The tarako and uni pasta is probably the most popular dish. The tarako and uni were rich and flavorful, and the squid was tender and chewy. The spicy tomato sauce was mildly spicy and generously coated the pasta, allowing you to enjoy the sauce until the last bite.

Seems like a Hashiya-style dish? I could still eat more of the cod roe kimchi. Next time, I'll try a cream-based or soy sauce-based dish. Rating criteria: 5.0: The best in each category 4.9-4.5: Worth traveling for the restaurant 4.4-4.0: Would go even if it's far, confidently recommended to friends 3.9-3.8: Will go at least once a month if it's within 30 minutes from home 3.7-3.6: Added to the revisit list 3.5-3.4: Will go if looking for a meal and it's nearby 3.3: Average rating 3.2-3.1: Will go if there are no other options 3.0-2.6: Will go if there's a miraculous coincidence 2.5-2.0: Will choose a convenience store bento 1.9-1.0: Worst dining experience

It's a small, cute little shop. During lunchtime from 12:00-13:00, there may be a line, but the turnover is relatively fast. When I visited during a sudden heavy rain, I was seated right away and the chef kindly lent me a towel. At that moment, all the customers had umbrellas available for use, and they told me to use them, which made me feel very warm and welcomed. The pasta is delicious no matter which one you choose. It's so good that you may want to order the same one again, but also want to try different ones because it's that addictive in a good way. Highly recommended.

Located right on Yoyogi-dori, just a short walk from Shinjuku Sanchome Station, this spaghetti restaurant has a cozy atmosphere with a few tables and a counter. Despite its small size, the restaurant has a charming and delicious vibe. I visited before 6:00 pm on a weekday and was able to get a table right away. The spaghetti here is categorized as "Hashiya style". While the popular choices seem to be tarako (cod roe) and uni (sea urchin) based dishes, I decided to go for something spicy this time due to the hot weather. I ordered the Tomato and Chili Pepper base spaghetti with tuna and asparagus. - Tomato and Chili Pepper base spaghetti with tuna and asparagus (¥1,200) This dish is deliciously spicy. The generous amount of tuna blends perfectly with the tomato sauce. The crunchy asparagus adds a nice touch. You can sprinkle some powdered cheese on top or add Tabasco sauce to enhance the flavors. - Bacon Salad size M (serves about 2 people) (¥700) The freshly grilled bacon complements the crispy fresh vegetables. The dressing is also very tasty. With so many different options on the menu, I would love to try them all at least once.

Located in Shinjuku Sanchome, there is a restaurant called Nokishita. This was my second visit. Whenever I go to a pasta restaurant, I always end up ordering soy sauce-based pasta, but today I wanted to try something different. So, I decided to challenge myself with "Seafood in Tomato Sauce" and "Tarako and Shrimp in White Sauce". And let me tell you, it was a huge success! First, let's talk about the thumbnail of the sea. It was filled with shrimp, huge scallops, and crab claws. The slightly spicy tomato sauce was packed with the umami of the seafood, and it paired perfectly with the al dente pasta, making it incredibly delicious. And the other dish! Tarako and shrimp! This was also amazingly delicious. The tarako in the white sauce did an outstanding job. The mild white sauce complemented the saltiness of the mentaiko, making it addictive. So, if you're feeling adventurous, give these dishes a try. You won't regret it. Thank you for the meal! ---------- Items Ordered: Seafood in Tomato Sauce - 1400 yen Tarako and Shrimp in White Sauce - 1300 yen

I visited the restaurant around 1:15 pm on a weekday. There were 8 people waiting in line outside the store. Since I had time today, I decided to wait in line. I ordered the tarako and shiso spaghetti for 1,100 yen. The taste is strong, something that men might enjoy. I wonder why it's so popular? Thank you for the meal.

I arrived at the restaurant at 11:55, just in time for the second seating with three seats available at the counter. The chef was handling all the cooking alone. I ordered the spicy red napoletana in a large portion. It had a nice level of spiciness and the red wine that came with it was a nostalgic touch. My two companions ordered dishes with sea urchin and egg ala parla, and bacon, and they were both very satisfied with their choices.

I visited the restaurant at 1:00 pm on a weekday. Normally, there is always a line at this time, but surprisingly, I was able to get in right away! I ordered my usual "tarako mentaiko" pasta with natto topping. It has a strong flavor, but it's a punchy Japanese-style pasta. I'm sure the other pastas are delicious too, but I always end up ordering this one. The natto really adds a nice touch! After finishing my meal and leaving, I noticed that there were already 5 people waiting in line.

I had some time in the evening in Shinjuku before my night plans, so I decided to stop by a delicious spaghetti restaurant! The Tarako and Uni spaghetti was delicious! The staff on the floor and the master in the kitchen had an amazing chemistry that created a refreshing atmosphere you can't find in other places! They offer over 100 different pasta combinations, all with excellent flavors, and the prices are surprisingly reasonable for this location. The salad was also very generous in portion! I definitely want to visit again! Please note (as of June 2023) that they only accept cash payments!

Order: Tarako (cod roe) and Uni (sea urchin) pasta with squid, a small green salad. The salad in the set has a good volume, which is just right for those who always feel the salad portion in sets is too small. It was labeled as one serving, but it was really a good amount. I had learned beforehand that the pasta would have a strong flavor, so I asked for the salad dressing to be served separately to adjust it. It may taste a bit salty, but sometimes a richly flavored pasta like this is nice too! It was delicious.

It's been a while since I visited Nokishita. Had to wait for 2 groups ahead of me. I decided to go with the tomato cream pasta. Topped it with table cheese and it had bacon, spinach, scallops, and mushrooms in it. It was incredibly delicious. Will definitely come back when I'm nearby!

I found a place in Shinjuku Sanchome where I could easily have a quick lunch alone. I was able to get in smoothly after 1:00 PM. The seating was limited, and the ceiling of the restaurant was low, making the atmosphere somewhat dim. I ordered the tarako and uni with natto for 1100 yen. The uni may not have been necessary (^^;;). The portion was moderate and seemed suitable for a woman dining alone. It took only 30 minutes from entering the restaurant to leaving, so it was speedy, which was good. I recommend it when you're short on time.

This was my first visit to this place, located a 2-3 minute walk from Shinjuku Sanchome Station. I arrived around 12 pm on a weekday and there was one person waiting outside. I was given the menu to order before entering. After about 10 minutes, I was seated inside. The interior had counter seats and tables for two. I ordered the Tarako and Uni pasta for 1,000 yen, with an extra 100 yen for a larger portion. The dish arrived in a wooden bowl with simple garnishing of chopped seaweed. The portion was quite generous. There was powdered cheese and Tabasco sauce on the table. The pasta had a good amount of Tarako mixed in and a nice chewy texture. The Uni had a strong flavor, which I personally like, but it might be too intense for some. The combination of Tarako and Uni worked well together. I tried adding some powdered cheese and Tabasco midway through, which surprisingly enhanced the taste. Overall, for 1,000 yen, it was a good deal. The atmosphere of the restaurant was nice, and I thought it was a good place to dine. There are many options on the menu, so finding something you like would be ideal. The recommended dish for this month is the Tomato Cream and Cream pasta for 1,300 yen, which comes with scallops, asparagus, bacon, spinach, and tomatoes. It may be a bit pricey, but it seems worth it. Thank you for the meal.

I used it because I wanted to eat quickly by myself in Shinjuku. I had a mushroom salad and pasta with tarako, negi, and added shrimp. The mushroom salad had cooked mushrooms on top of a cold salad, which was a strange but delicious combination. The pasta had a refreshing taste with the saltiness of tarako and shrimp, followed by the freshness of negi. However, the staff at the restaurant were not very friendly, and the dishes were placed on the table with a loud noise, which was a bit intimidating. I also noticed some scattered powdered cheese on the table, which made me a little concerned about hygiene. The atmosphere of the restaurant was like a lodge house, with a warm wooden feel that was retro and stylish, but had some disappointing points. However, the speed of service was fast, making it suitable for a quick meal situation. I may use it again in the future. Thank you for the meal.

The mentaiko and sea urchin dish cost 1000 yen. Even though it was 3 pm, the restaurant was full and there was a line outside. The owner seemed a bit flustered, but the food came out in about 10 minutes. The dishes at Hashiya are all rich and delicious. Especially the mentaiko series is so tasty that I keep coming back for it.

It had a cozy hideaway vibe! I felt like it had a similar atmosphere to Splash Mountain near Disneyland (probably not relatable). The menu was extensive and I couldn't decide, but the signature dish seemed to be tarako-based, so I went for a Japanese-style dish! It was a bit salty but so delicious. The portion of noodles wasn't huge, so if you're really hungry, I think you won't regret getting the large size! The person at the next table seemed like they were going to spoil a Conan plot, so since we hadn't seen it, we quickly finished our pasta and left. Next time, I'll try the tarako dish!

In Shinjuku, I had some business to attend to and decided to try this place that I had been wanting to visit. I arrived around 12:10 on a weekday and was the third in line to order. I ordered the large serving for 1,300 yen. It seemed like the pasta was already partially cooked, as the kitchen staff and the server had a quick exchange. If the timing aligns with when you are seated, the food arrives in about 3-4 minutes (I noticed this with the person next to me). Despite that, my dish arrived in less than 10 minutes. The portion was generous and the flavor was rich and delicious! It would be even better if lunch came with a salad!

There are counter seats and small tables. Western music was playing. *Service* They take orders while you wait in line. The staff is friendly. Cash only. The kitchen is run by 2 people who work efficiently. *Impression* I had been curious about this place for a while. The small salad was surprisingly large. It was a good choice. The mustard dressing was generous and had a mild, delicious flavor. The lettuce, cabbage, and corn were fresh and tasty. The pasta tasted like homemade pasta, using 1.7mm Legaro noodles. The tarako had a mild and comforting flavor. *Expectations* I left feeling full. I was a bit anxious about the line, but the homely flavors were soothing.
