It's a bit sad that the shredded cabbage sometimes pierces the egg yolk, causing it to break. Personally, I find that eating about half of the rice is just right, and I did the same this time. It really warms you up after a sauna session.

On this day, I had one chicken cutlet, sushi ginger, boiled spinach, grilled mackerel, and various other dishes. I drank quite a bit and it came out to around 3000 yen. The staff promptly prepared the additional dish, and the freshly cooked ginger pork was delicious. We managed to finish our meal, feeling quite full afterwards.
