Plato, today's lunch was around Kachidoki Station. I took the Toei Oedo Line and got off at Kachidoki Station's Shinshiba Bridge exit. I took the elevator at Exit A4 in front of the ticket gate and went down to the basement floor. When I reached the landing, I headed towards the escalator in the center back (left) of Kachidoki View Tower, which is directly connected to the station. I went up to the 2nd floor and found the restaurant I visited today, "Charcoal Grill Fish & Meat Dining Koganeya Kachidoki," on the left side as I turned left. When I entered the restaurant at 12:30 on a weekday, it was full, and a male staff member asked me to wait for about 5 minutes. Looking at the menu outside the restaurant, I roughly decided what to eat. After waiting for 5 minutes, a couple came out of the restaurant. I was then guided to the table at the far end by a male staff member. As I walked towards the table, I checked the other customers. There was a group of four women, three pairs of men, and one solo woman, totaling 11 people in the restaurant. When I arrived at the table, I checked the menu again. The menu included:

I was really hungry, perhaps due to waiting outside, and I ordered the Eel Kabayaki Set Meal with Extra Rice. After waiting for 9 minutes, the Eel Kabayaki Set Meal with Extra Rice was served. The set included eel kabayaki, rice, miso soup, pickles, and grated radish. The eel kabayaki had a sweet and savory sauce that complemented the eel well. The eel was large and thick, with firm flesh. The grilling was aromatic, but the skin was not crispy. I enjoyed eating the eel kabayaki on top of the rice. The rice, made with specially cultivated Hitomebore rice from Miyagi Prefecture, was delicious. I also enjoyed the pickles and grated radish, which were carefully selected ingredients as mentioned in the menu. I finished my meal by savoring the eel kabayaki on rice and drinking the miso soup. Today, I had a satisfying lunch at "Charcoal Grill Fish & Meat Dining Koganeya Kachidoki," a restaurant with a strong commitment to quality food. This was Q-chan sharing my experience.
