On this day, I had a clinic appointment first, and then plans for the evening were set, so I initially thought of going home in between. However, the evening plans were closer to Shibuya, where the clinic is located, so I decided to squeeze in some errands and go directly from Shibuya. The clinic finished earlier than expected, around noon. I thought of having lunch somewhere around here before heading to Shibuya, and then it hit me - Midori Sushi! I can wait for an hour today! Great, let's do that. But of course, there was no line at that time, haha. This place is a good target around noon on weekdays. I left before 1 pm, and it was already quite crowded. Oh well, there was no line. I was quickly seated and ordered from the panel. I remembered Rinrin ordering oysters in Meguro last time and thought, "Oh!" Four large oysters for around 300 yen! There weren't many recommendations that I liked today or this month, so I ordered an Anakyu Roll and then thought, why not fill up on cheaper items since I came here, even though I usually prefer higher-priced items like anago, otoro, or kinmedai. The anakyu roll was around 100 yen, and the grilled trio was in the 300 yen range, I think? The sesame-coated horse mackerel was around 100 yen, amazing. It came to just over 1,000 yen. I could have eaten a little more, but the anago and cucumber roll was larger than I expected and quite filling. I had some extra time to go to a different restaurant, but if I was a bit more pressed for time, I would have gone elsewhere. Next time, I'll aim for cheaper items from the start.
