Yes, that's why today I want to introduce a popular yakiniku restaurant in Shibuya that is perfect for when you want to indulge in some meat, "Takibiya". They offer a variety of A4 or higher quality wagyu beef, including their specialty "Himalayan Meat", which is known for its impressive presentation and delicious taste. On this day, I reunited with a karate dojo junior after 10 years. Coming all the way from Hokkaido to Tokyo, I wanted to show my support by treating them to a hearty yakiniku meal. The course included various cuts of meat, making it a fun experience. The red meat yakiniku platter was top-notch, with juicy cuts like "Tomo Sankaku" and "Kata Rosu". The Himalayan Meat, a show-stopping dish, was a sight to behold as a large piece of red meat sizzled on a flaming Himalayan salt block. It was cooked rare, allowing you to sear it to your liking and pair it with your choice of sauce. The lean red meat was so flavorful and easy to eat. The meal also came with salad, bibimbap, and dessert, making it a satisfying dining experience at a reasonable price. We also enjoyed plenty of drinks.
