I have been going to the office more frequently, and I was worried that if I kept eating out for lunch every day, my Engel coefficient would increase. However, even buying food at convenience stores can be quite expensive. So, I decided to revisit the restaurant in Kamiyacho that I think is the most delicious and offers good value. This restaurant, called Tenraiken, is owned by Mr. Shinji Maeda of RUNA SEA. I visited the restaurant about 5 years ago, but I didn't go because I hesitated to wait in line. However, since I was alone this time, I decided to give it a try. I purchased a meal ticket before lining up. You can even buy it with PayPay. I chose the Amber Soy Sauce Ramen with flavored egg for 630 yen. It's amazing that you can get a flavored egg with this price. After waiting for about 5 minutes, I was able to enter the restaurant, handed in my meal ticket, and in about 5 minutes, my ramen was served. The clear and beautiful soy sauce ramen looked appetizing. The soup is light and not overpowering. It has a very well-balanced flavor. The noodles are thin and straight, which goes well with the soup. The flavored egg is seasoned well throughout. The temperature was also good. The taste, appearance, and price are all excellent. The restaurant is clean, and they still have partitions in place. Moreover, it's not a chain store. Celebrity-owned restaurants often tend to deteriorate quickly due to the desire to make profits, but this restaurant maintains its ethical style. If I were to point out a weakness, it would be the lack of the wickedness that people often seek in ramen. People don't just seek "good for the body" or "purity" when eating out; they also look for "bad for the body," such as sweet, salty, and oily flavors. That's why places like Ramen Jiro thrive. The soy sauce ramen at this restaurant lacks a strong flavor or the overwhelming feeling after eating. So, I think the addictive nature is low because the brain is not imprinted with strong stimuli like meat or extra-large portions. Nevertheless, I really appreciate the concept of this restaurant and feel Mr. Maeda's kindness. Apart from soy sauce ramen, they probably have impactful flavors like miso, chicken salt, and mixed noodles, so I would like to challenge those next time.
