I'm looking for a delicious Tokyo-style soy sauce ramen that I can easily visit. I remembered a shop called "Hashigo" that I saw when I visited a nearby place before. They have three types of soy sauce ramen, which shows their dedication. Tomorrow marks the start of my annual vacation, so I decided to head to Yurakucho on a weekend evening without hesitation. When I arrived at the shop, I noticed that there weren't many customers inside. I chose the "black soy sauce" ramen, as I couldn't quite imagine the differences between the three types of ramen based on the descriptions. The noodles were free to upsize, and I also added a popular side menu item, the "grilled rice ball". As I sat down, I was served a dish of bean sprouts with some sort of namul or kimchi-like seasoning. I dug into the bean sprouts while waiting for my black soy sauce ramen and side dish of grilled rice ball. The ramen didn't disappoint. It had the perfect combination of chicken broth, curly noodles, a strong soy sauce flavor, and the sharpness that I've recently come to appreciate in Tokyo-style soy sauce ramen. The slightly thicker curly noodles, rich soy sauce flavor, and the taste of the chicken broth all perfectly matched what I was looking for. Although I would have liked a bit more sharpness, I believe that trying the other two types of ramen might lead me to one that suits my preferences even more. The generous toppings included low-temperature cooked chashu pork, chicken breast meat, green onions, komatsuna (Japanese mustard spinach), and red onions. The presence of red onions and komatsuna give the ramen a unique touch that feels very "Tokyo". It's like a modern update to traditional Tokyo-style soy sauce ramen. The fact that there was no line and the shop was within walking distance made it a great find that satisfied my desire for something "easy to visit". If you look hard enough, you can find hidden gems like this. The grilled rice ball was also well-made, and the total cost of 1,200 yen was quite reasonable for Ginza. The clean and sophisticated interior of the shop, along with the polite and refined service, left a positive impression on me. Overall, I think it's a great restaurant.

Tomato Ramen for 1,100 yen. This stylish ramen shop is located in a competitive area. The sophisticated interior with jazz music playing makes it easy for a woman to dine alone. Try eating the ramen like a tomato cheese risotto with cheese and rice, Tabasco, and olive oil - it's delicious!

This is one of the ramen shops I regularly visit. I like their burnt soy sauce ramen. The hot oil forms a film on the soup, creating a deliciously fragrant aroma. The firmness of the noodles is just right. During lunchtime, they offer complimentary rice, which you can pour the soup over and enjoy.

I visited the restaurant around 2 pm after skipping lunch. There were about 10 customers at that time, but the spacious interior allowed for easy seating. The burnt soy sauce had a nice aroma that lingered in my mouth until the end. Compared to a restaurant in Nishi-Azabu, the punch was weaker, but I think it falls into the category of being quite delicious as a "burnt soy sauce". The dumplings were bite-sized and light, but I recommend avoiding them before a meeting.

After a drinking party, I visited around 11 o'clock for a late-night meal. Despite the late hour, the restaurant was still bustling. I ordered the seafood and tonkotsu ramen. It arrived fairly quickly. The first bite was rich and the noodles were firm. By mixing in the spicy miso, the flavor became even deeper. The ramen was so delicious that I could finish the soup completely. The spicy bean sprouts provided were seriously spicy. Haha.

The ramen shop offers a variety of options to choose from based on your mood - Good Tonkotsu, Shoyu, and Charred XX, all with generous toppings. I was intrigued by the restaurant Ombutsuki in front of me, but it had a long line and I was really hungry, so I decided to go to this shop instead. I ordered the seafood tonkotsu ramen, iron plate chewy dumplings, and pork rice. The side dishes were as expected - not particularly delicious but still good. The service lacked friendliness and consideration, and I noticed some interactions between the staff that were a bit off-putting. The atmosphere was nicely designed and seemed appealing to foreigners, with a wide variety of drink and side dish options. I might consider visiting again.

The location of Ginza Corridor is very good, just off the main street. They have a good selection of drinks, so you can use it more like an izakaya than just a ramen shop at night. There are usually groups of 4 to 6 people dining, enjoying drinks like they are at an izakaya. The ramen isn't too rich or heavy, with a balanced flavor that is just right after drinking. The chashu is thinly sliced and easy to eat. The gyoza is very traditional. They are open for lunch but it seems to be less crowded during that time. It might be a bit underwhelming for lunch, but I recommend it for dinner!

The ladder was on a break, and I couldn't make it to the one with two people (I heard later that it had closed a while ago). So, I came to this place around 2 o'clock. It was quite crowded even though it was a strange time, and I sat at the counter (of course, alone). When I asked for a recommendation, they suggested the soy sauce ramen, so I ordered that. The staff was friendly. The noodles were delicious, and the chopped onions were tasty too. I remember it being delicious (although my memory is a bit hazy since I was drinking). However, when I asked around later, some people said it was not that great. I want to go back when I'm sober to taste it again! Thank you for the meal.

I often use this restaurant for lunch in Ginza. There are many ramen shops nearby, but I always manage to get in without waiting too long. The interior is clean and it has become my favorite spot. The ramen is a light soy sauce-based broth with a delicious flavor of dashi. Thank you for the meal.

This was my first visit. I was planning to go to a different restaurant, but there was a long line, so I decided to go to this one nearby to avoid waiting in the scorching sun. It seems like this restaurant is produced by Nogata Hope. I used to love Nogata Hope in the past. They have a ramen with a similar back fat style to Nogata Hope, but I ordered the main white soy sauce ramen. I also wanted to order the shiso gyoza, so I asked the staff if it contained garlic, but they didn't know and had to check, and it turned out it did have garlic, so I decided not to order it. When the ramen was served and I took the first bite, I felt that the taste was a bit weak and lacked the delicious broth flavor. I felt like the taste was mediocre. I should have tried the soy sauce tonkotsu ramen similar to Nogata Hope instead. They accept payment through PayPay, which is convenient. It seems like they also accept cards, but not QUICPay. Thank you for the meal.

I visited this restaurant for dinner after watching the Takarazuka show that started at 6:00 PM. It was a weekday and already past 9:00 PM, but the restaurant was almost full! There were many young women around me who seemed to be enjoying the tonkotsu ramen, so I hesitated a bit, but I ended up ordering the Ooedo Black Soy Sauce Ramen for 980 yen. I was pleasantly surprised to find half a boiled egg topping included at no extra charge! The spicy bean sprouts on the table were also delicious, and I ended up getting multiple refills. I want to try other items on the menu as well, so I might visit again after watching another show.

I stopped by on a whim and it was delicious. The restaurant was crowded with all seats taken. Personally, I prefer thinner noodles. I wanted to try another restaurant but there was a long line outside, and I didn't have the energy to wait in this heat...

I visited "Ginza Soryu," located about a 3-minute walk from Ginza Station, around 2 pm on a holiday afternoon. The restaurant was full, so I had to wait for about 10 minutes. The savory aroma of burnt soy sauce whetted my appetite. Personally, I found the eggs to be particularly soft and delicious. [Menu item eaten: Edo-style burnt soy sauce ramen]

I was struggling to decide where to go in the competitive ramen street of Shinbashi for my first visit, but I ended up here, which had high ratings. I recommend the soy sauce ramen and this week's lunch set for 1360 yen. The bowl was from Nogata Hope, so I wonder if it's in the same group. The portion was generous and I left feeling satisfied! I didn't expect to get gyoza with it, so that was an extra treat! Thank you for the meal! The spicy bean sprouts on the table were delicious!

I visited this restaurant for the first time alone on a weekday afternoon. It is located very close to Ginza Station, which is a great location. Since nearby famous shops were closing at 3 pm, I decided to enter this restaurant right in front of me. It's great that they are open all day in this location. Although there were quite a few customers, I was able to enter without waiting. In August, they were having a special sale where drinks were only 100 yen during weekday afternoons, so I ordered a draft beer which was a great deal. On that day, I ordered the classic Oedo Shiro Shoyu Ramen for 980 yen. It uses two types of white soy sauce, giving it a refreshing taste with depth. The noodles were also delicious with a good soup base. I am interested in trying other menu items such as burnt soy sauce and tsukemen, so I would like to visit again.

At Nogata Hope Produce, you can enjoy a higher level of ramen produced by Nogata Hope. They use Tokyo-exclusive Kikkougo soy sauce and Edonana ingredients. They are open until 3:00 am on certain days, making it convenient to stop by after work. I ordered the "Oedo Charred Soy Sauce" ramen and the "Marumochi Steamed Gyoza." The Oedo Charred Soy Sauce ramen has a unique flavor with a hint of bitterness and sweetness in the black soup. It was much tastier than regular soy sauce ramen. The Marumochi Steamed Gyoza was round and chewy, unlike regular gyoza.

I had some errands around Ginza and decided to stop by this restaurant. I ordered the Oedo Black Soy Sauce ramen (980 yen). Since it was lunchtime, rice was also free, so I naturally asked for it. My first impression of the food was that the soy sauce flavor was very strong. Not salty, but the soy sauce was very prominent and had a strong aroma. It's not exactly my preference, but it made me think that this kind of flavor is also interesting. The interior of the restaurant was very stylish and had a calm atmosphere for enjoying a meal.

I visited "Souryu" in Ginza for a second round after a drinking party. The nearby Higoshi-san seemed to be unusually closed. I had ramen, which had a light and traditional flavor with a hint of onion. The clear soup was also delicious. There were two types of chashu, one thin and one thick. I also had gyoza, but I forgot to take a picture. Too bad. Thank you for the meal.

I usually don't eat ramen much, but when I'm drunk with my partner, I eat it. (I get drunk often lol) I had gyoza and both charred black soy sauce and tonkotsu ramen.

I ordered the Edo-style burnt soy sauce ramen and dumplings. I was happy to receive complimentary spicy bean sprouts. The ramen had a black soup with a delicious burnt soy sauce aroma. The dumplings were small and easy to eat, so I recommend getting the 8-piece set. The atmosphere of the restaurant is stylish and welcoming for both solo diners and groups.

The customer base felt like it was about half Japanese and half foreigners! The flying fish roe topping was strong, and I thought it was more suitable for a meal than as a way to finish off drinking! #Ginza #Yurakucho #Hibiya #Ramen #Edo-style black soy sauce #Toppings #Chicken #Edo vegetables #Soft-boiled egg #Lemon sour
