I chose the pasture-raised Jersey milk (fiori di latte) and pistachio. The basic fiori di latte is subtly sweet with a refreshing milk flavor. The pistachio flavor is high quality and both are incredibly smooth. It tastes similar to gelato I had in Italy! However, the price is a bit high at 400 yen for milk and 500 yen for pistachio, totaling 900 yen. Compared to my usual gelato shop in Ebisu where I can get 3 flavors for 500 yen... I feel like my acceptable price for gelato is 800 yen for 2 flavors. It's delicious, but a bit pricey. Also, they only accept cashless payments.
