The interior of the store is incredibly stylish! I was surprised to see the restroom door made of coffee beans, and all drinks were served in stylish bottles. The staff were all very friendly and energetic, providing detailed explanations of each dish and offering great service. Although I wanted to see the drinks being made, the large coffee maker blocked the view. I ordered a D-Works Latte and a New York Hot Dog, both of which were delicious. However, the hot dog was quite large, making it difficult for women to eat comfortably. The customer service was excellent! The interior of the store is designed to appeal to women. I would definitely like to visit again if given the chance!

On a Sunday afternoon, I was able to get in without waiting. The place was crowded with young couples and foreigners. It seemed like a popular spot for pancakes, but they said it would take 20 minutes to serve them. Hmm, I wasn't that hungry so I decided to order a cake displayed in the showcase. Although the drinks came quickly, it took a long time for the cake to be served. When I asked the staff, they said it would take around 30 minutes due to the busy crowd. Hmm, would it really take 30 minutes to serve a cake displayed in the showcase...? Everything from being seated, ordering, to paying took a long time, so they must be really busy. I recommend going when you have plenty of time. I ordered the lemon and lime cheesecake, but I couldn't really taste the lime... The acidity was decent though, which was good.

Ebisu has many cafes that seem to be expensive for the taste, but this place offers great value for money considering the atmosphere and taste. It's perfect for dates, girls' gatherings, and even men's drinking parties. There are people working on their laptops at the large counter in the middle. They are open until late at night and you can usually get in without waiting in line. The pancakes are topped with plenty of whipped cream, but they are light and won't make you feel heavy. I have also tried their lunch menu, and the food was delicious!

It was Sunday evening, so there were many people using the cafe, but I just ordered dinner menu. Thanks to that, the food arrived quickly! The pancakes are famous, but other menu items were also delicious. Especially the Shine Muscat and Mascarpone!

The drinks, especially the coffee selection, were diverse and delicious, living up to the name "Espresso" in the restaurant's name. The atmosphere inside the restaurant was lovely, and the restroom had an exciting surprise that everyone should ask the staff about. It's a great place for a luxurious cafe time. It was also forward-thinking that they only accepted cashless payments.

The entire restaurant is Instagram-worthy, with tastefully presented meals that match the marble-like tables perfectly. The seats at the central counter-like area had wooden tables. I'm not a big fan of pancakes, but I was pleasantly surprised by the delicious lunch menu pancakes. The sausages were tasty with a good salty flavor, and they came with fried eggs and cheese for added variety in flavors. The atmosphere of the staff was also great. The only downside was that the distance between the seats was extremely close, making it easy to overhear conversations. This is why I deducted one point. The restaurant was busy, we arrived just after 1 pm on a weekday, and 15 minutes later there was already a line forming. Even when we left, the line was still going strong, showing how popular the place is. The lunch prices were a bit high, but the delicious food makes me want to visit again.

In August 2023, I checked out a shop near Ebisu Station. It was easy to find, just a 5-minute walk from the station. The shop had a nice, spacious interior with both counter and table seating. I chose the peach pancake from the menu, which was soft, sweet, and delicious. Adding honey on top made it even better. The ice cream hidden inside was a nice surprise. I also enjoyed a unique and flavorful Brazilian iced coffee. The shop had a cool detox water box near the register, and the staff were friendly and easy to talk to. It was a great find!

There are few cafes with a nice atmosphere where you can enjoy sweets during dinner time, so I recommend it. Even though I was full, I couldn't resist the fluffy souffle pancakes here. The whipped cream is not too sweet and light, so even those who are not fond of sweets can enjoy it. They also have seasonal pancakes every month, but I recommend starting with the classic normal pancakes. There are many types of coffee available, including unique flavors. I will definitely go back.

The pancakes seemed like too much to finish, so I didn't order the fluffy pancakes that were mistakenly reserved for me. The Nutella Dutch Baby was delicious, not too sweet. It had lots of whipped cream, Nutella, and butter, which made it tasty. I also recommend the Royal Milk Tea. It had a foamy top, making it very smooth to drink. I might come back to try the seasonal pancakes.

Each dish is delicious. I had pancakes on this day, and I thought the balance was well calculated. The cafe latte with latte art was a nice touch. The atmosphere inside the restaurant is also lovely, so I think you can't go wrong here! Reservations are probably necessary on weekends.
