I visited the restaurant around 6pm on a regular day. It is located a little off the main street, so there was only one other customer. I ordered the soy sauce ramen with flavored egg. You can choose between straight or curly noodles, and I chose straight. It took about 7-8 minutes for the ramen to arrive on a silver tray. The soup had a mild soy sauce flavor with a slightly burnt taste. The noodles were medium thickness and slightly soft. The flavored egg had a light seasoning, but the vinegar flavor was too strong for my liking. The chashu was small but had a good balance of flavor and fat without being dry. Midway through the meal, I was asked if I could handle spicy food, and if I wanted some spicy mustard greens. I decided to try it, and it turned out to be very spicy! I'm glad I didn't taste it directly. Overall, I enjoyed the change in flavor with the mustard greens. Thank you for the meal. [My Rating Criteria] ☆5... Definitely want to go again! Would love to bring important people with me. ☆4... Want to go again and would recommend to others. ☆3... Would consider as an option if in the neighborhood. ☆2... No reason to go, would consider if invited. ☆1... Absolutely not going back.

Soy sauce ramen with half-cooked egg for 970 yen. Today, I was at an event for tax accountants in Hamamatsucho, helping out. I snuck out during lunchtime and dashed off for some noodles. It was my second time visiting Tokyo Ramen Tower in 3 years. It's a place I don't see much on social media, but I really like the unique taste of their soup. I arrived at 11:54 and just managed to grab the last seat at the counter. The small shop was packed the whole time. While waiting for my ramen, they served a complimentary rice ball. The ramen arrived in just 8 minutes! It had been so long since I last visited. The soup was just as I remembered - a soy sauce base with a strong bonito flavor, sweet yet rich. The hot oil added a nice touch. I chose straight noodles this time and slurped them down eagerly. The charred chashu was delicious, and eating it with the rice ball made me happy. I thought adding some onions on top would make it even better. I saved the flavored egg for last, savoring it with the remaining soup-soaked rice ball for a creamy, sweet, and flavorful finish. It was so good. As I left, I saw a line forming outside, realizing how popular the place is. When I first visited, it was pouring rain at 11 am, so I was the only customer. Despite planning for a 30-minute break, I spent 30 minutes at the restaurant, so I had to dash back to the event venue under the scorching 37°C heat. Whew, it was hot.

During a regular lunchtime visit around 11:30, the restaurant was 80% full. I had to wait for about 20 minutes from ordering to receiving my bowl of noodles. I ordered the regular size of tsukemen with straight noodles. The noodles were too soft, almost like eating cold noodles. It seemed like most customers preferred soft noodles as no one requested firm noodles. The soup was quite oily, making my lips shiny, so I added some sudachi to change the flavor. Halfway through, I received free spicy negi to further enhance the taste. The lunch set included a complimentary onigiri and the portion of noodles was 1.5 times larger than other ramen places, so I left feeling satisfied. I finished the meal with a soup-wari. I might revisit this place when I crave it again.

Salt or soy sauce, both are delicious. The Tokyo Ramen Tower lunch comes with onigiri service. The taste is oily yet refreshing, with a rich and deep but not overpowering soup. The flavorful soup is also amazing when the onigiri is turned into ochazuke. I come to Hamamatsucho just to eat ramen here. It's the best. Thank you for the meal. #SatisfiedBelly

During a regular lunchtime visit just before 12 o'clock, I revisited a restaurant where the seating inside was 90% full. I purchased a meal ticket at the ticket machine and was promptly seated at a table. It took about 10 minutes for my order to arrive, which was the thin noodle tsukemen for 950 yen. The pale yellow noodles had a chewy texture and were slightly soft, similar to thin udon noodles. The portion of noodles was 1.5 times larger than the ramen at the same restaurant. The dipping broth was a combination of animal and seafood soup, with a hint of chicken fat on the surface. The soy sauce-based broth was a bit thin, leaving a slight feeling of dissatisfaction, but it was quite salty, making me crave water as I ate. It was my first visit in a while, and I was pleased to receive a complimentary onigiri amidst the current trend of price increases. It may be difficult to revisit during the summer, but I would definitely return if given the chance.

I was looking forward to this summer's limited menu again this year. I chose the reliable straight noodles with added egg. The dish is filled with plenty of tender meat and crispy seaweed. I wonder how many times I can eat it this year. Thank you for the delicious meal.

I feel that the ratings for ramen shops in the Hamamatsucho area, including Tokyo Ramen Tower, are low. But the conclusion is that it is delicious! I had the salt ramen, which was topped with finely cut leeks, chopped yuzu, and char siu. I finished it without getting tired of it. The interior of the shop is a bit of a shame with partitions due to the influence of the coronavirus. The owner seemed intimidating at first, but when I talked to him, he turned out to be a very friendly person.

[Tokyo Ramen Tower] "Soy Sauce Ramen (850 yen)" *Visited for the first time around 5:00 pm on a weekday near Hamamatsucho Station after a meeting. The evening shift had just started, so there were no other customers in the restaurant yet. You can order using a ticket machine. You can choose between straight noodles and curly noodles on the machine. *I specified the firmness of the noodles when handing over the ticket. The restaurant only has counter seats. Each seat has a sign for free Wi-Fi. I tried the "Soy Sauce Ramen" that was served, and first took a sip of the soup. The slightly sweet soy sauce flavor with a hint of dried bonito and the hot soup, along with the occasional yuzu flavor, were a perfect match! The slightly thick curly noodles were well coated with the soup and were quite delicious. I was recommended to try adding "karashi negi" for a change in taste, so I made a small ramen in the spoon and added the "karashi negi." The spiciness and richness combined well, creating a great taste! I added black pepper and white pepper provided on the table, which enhanced the flavor of the soup. And most importantly, the charred chashu served just before eating was incredibly delicious. The soup, which stayed hot until the end, made me feel the owner's dedication to lard. No single ingredient overpowered the taste, but it was a well-balanced and very delicious ramen overall. It was really delicious. Thank you for the meal!

I arrived at around 12:15. The restaurant was full, but I think there was a wait for 2-3 people. *I was told to wait outside, but even when a table opened up, they didn't call us in from outside. Be aware that you may lose time if you don't enter the restaurant yourself! It's about a 5-minute walk from Hamamatsucho Station. When seated, they serve a complimentary tuna onigiri! I ordered the recommended seared thick pork chashu ramen with a half-boiled egg! It had a soy sauce base, slightly thick, and gave me the impression of Chinese restaurant ramen. It was light and very elegant in taste!! Delicious! The wait time was short, it's in a good location, and you can enjoy delicious ramen, so personally, I recommend it!! (It seems they don't have heavy ramen)

Char siu ramen with thickly sliced char siu and seasoned half-boiled egg (straight noodles) curry rice is located in an area near Daimon Station. The restaurant has a strong Taisho retro atmosphere with its storefront and sign, making it feel like a facility in a theme park. The interior of the restaurant is surprisingly compact with a tightly packed counter in a U-shape. The operation runs smoothly, showcasing the quality of Daimon/Hamamatsucho. The soy sauce ramen has a classic soy sauce soup base with a strong dried fish flavor. It has a slightly rich taste with a soft texture and a hint of sweetness in the aftertaste, thanks to the umami of the pork-based soup. The transparent medium-thin noodles have a slight curl and a nice chewy texture, offering a standard yet delicious taste. The thickly sliced char siu is surprisingly tender and flavorful, with a sexy melt-in-your-mouth fatty part that enhances the overall taste. The scattered yuzu peel and plenty of mitsuba serve as accents, creating a lovely balance in the dish. The curry rice stands out with its pudding-like texture, complemented by the delicious curry roux, ramen toppings like flavorful menma, and char siu. The lunch service onigiri with seared char siu is fragrant and delicious, with a great harmony between the soup and rice.

I decided to have lunch in the Odem area. When I arrived at the intended restaurant, there were already several people waiting outside. Hmm, let's compromise and try a different place. I entered a nearby restaurant and it was already full. I ordered the dipping noodles. First, a complimentary rice ball was served. Then came the dipping noodles. I took a few bites and realized that I had underestimated this place. It was delicious! I should apologize for thinking of it as a compromise restaurant. It turns out it's a popular spot. Delicious!! Thank you for the meal.

You can choose between soy sauce or salt, straight or curly noodles. I ordered soy sauce curly noodles (850 yen). It came with a complimentary onigiri for lunch. The soup had a thin layer of lard with a hint of bonito flavor, and the soy sauce had a slight sweetness which was delicious. The two slices of pork belly chashu, mitsuba, and yuzu added a nice touch, making it a bowl of ramen that you can feel the attention to detail.

Today's lunch in Hamamatsucho series. After seeing a long line at the ramen shop I originally wanted to go to, I decided to have lunch at this ramen shop instead. I ordered a regular soy sauce ramen. The hot soup with an oily coating on the surface was still delicious. The double soup made from seafood and animal broth was also great. And the first rice ball that comes with the ramen was a nice touch. The slightly sweet flavor of the soup made this ramen enjoyable. This is definitely one of the well-established and renowned shops in Hamamatsucho.

I ordered the limited-time kettle-cooked dipping noodles for lunch. You can choose between medium thick noodles and curly noodles. The complimentary onigiri served at the beginning tastes delicious when paired with the separately ordered spicy miso. The dipping noodles that come later have a subtle yuzu aroma in the soup and chewy curly noodles, which were very tasty. I was quite hungry, so I ate the onigiri first, but it might be nice to try adding rice when finishing the soup.

Today, I had work in Odaiba and decided to have lunch at "Tokyo Ramen Tower" before heading back. I arrived at the restaurant around 1:00 PM and there were about 3 customers already seated. The friendly staff guided me to my preferred seat. I ordered the seared thick-sliced chashu ramen with seasoned soft-boiled egg. You can choose between medium-thick straight noodles or curly noodles, and I chose the curly noodles. The soup had a strong aroma of dried sardines and had a sweet soy sauce flavor with a rich pork bone base. The toppings of yuzu and trefoil matched well with the soup, enhancing the Japanese flavor. The curly noodles were chewy and went well with the soup. The thick-sliced chashu had a tender texture and a sweet taste. This ramen is recommended for those who enjoy Japanese-style ramen. It is cooked with lard to retain heat until the last bite, which is another recommended point. Thank you for the meal.

Salt ramen, arrived at 11:40, no customers. Located in the heart of Tokyo, in Hamamatsucho, the restaurant was surprisingly quiet. Only two customers arrived by the time we finished eating. The taste was good, but the high price was disappointing. The service onigiri was cold and hard, reminiscent of a Buddhist altar offering. I don't plan on revisiting this place. The ramen was delicious though.

I went to a shop located less than a 10-minute walk from Hamamatsucho after work. I ordered the recommended soy sauce ramen for 850 yen. The soup had a strong flavor of sardine broth, with a layer of oil on top and piping hot. The thick chashu inside was very good. I was satisfied. There are many ramen shops in this area, so I might try exploring more.

This is a winter limited edition miso ramen. I'm not a big fan of miso ramen, but this one has a sweet miso flavor which is different from the usual miso ramen and it was delicious. I got a bit tired of it towards the end, but I ended up going back for more another day, so it's addictive. Thank you for the meal.

Limited to the winter season, the thick straight noodles in black vinegar dipping soup come with plenty of chunky chashu. There is always a long line during lunchtime, but the operation is flawless. You need to purchase a meal ticket before entering the shop. The seats near the entrance are practically outside due to the door being left open. The dipping soup has a slightly sour taste that is unique and not commonly found elsewhere.

I used to pass by this restaurant occasionally, but I never went in because the pictures of ramen displayed outside didn't appeal to me. However, I decided to give it a try. I ordered a simple soy sauce ramen with curly noodles. The ramen was delicious, with a hot broth covered in oil. The chashu was also very tasty. The soup had a unique flavor that seemed to come from artificial seasoning or sweetener, but I couldn't quite pinpoint what it was.
