I was looking for a unique place online and found a really quirky bar, so I decided to check it out. The interior was just as unusual as the reviews said, and it was thriving. It might get loud when it's busy, but when I went it was empty, so my friend and I had a drink at a table and just chatted.

An old photo came up, so I'm posting it for record. 2013/12/29 2nd Avenue year-end party at Amaranth in Daikanyama. Happy birthday to Ed! With beloved friends like Gyuko, Babie, Yomogi, Madame Pirogane, and Amaranth's owner Regine. The show was so energetic and we all had a great laugh. I love Margarine so much! How is Regine's headpiece attached? Like a NuBra?笑

A deep bar with a dark interior and lots of customers. It seems like there are many regulars. They offer fortune-telling and sell accessories.

I heard or saw somewhere about the reputation of this restaurant and I wanted to visit. I had some free time on the weekend so I decided to go. The location is around the area uphill from Namikibashi to Daikanyama. It's on the 5th floor of a building that also houses the popular French restaurant ATA. The interior of the restaurant is decadent with a red color scheme and chandeliers and furniture. You can enjoy drinks at the bar while watching a show. This time, there was a sexy show by the dancers, a type of burlesque dance. Although the name of the restaurant is Burlesque, it's actually a general term meaning "a show that is sexual but not explicit." The owner is the drag queen Madame Regine, who has a unique personality that adds to the charm of the restaurant. The clientele includes both men and couples, making it enjoyable for anyone. However, it seems that there are many regular customers. Nevertheless, if you stay for a while, you can enjoy the cozy atmosphere of this place.

When you want to escape from the reality and experience a world of art, I recommend this place first. A paradise where you can feel the high sensitivity and height of art in everything.

The place where I can enjoy myself the most and forget about time is "Amaranth Lounge" in Namikibashi, Shibuya. While there are many bars and lounges in Tokyo, this place may be the only one with such a mysterious charm. When I first learned about this place, I was as impressed as Leonardo DiCaprio in the movie "The Beach" when he found the legendary paradise island. The charm of Amaranth Lounge, the paradise island. It is really difficult to express this charm in one word. But whenever you go there, it will stimulate my senses and desires to the fullest. It may be the world view created by the owner, Madam Regine. In the late night, music industry people and industry people gather, forget their work, and get drunk on Amaranth. The music played in the store is not stiff, but full of sense and well-selected. The threshold is not high, and every customer is warmly welcomed. Once you step into the store, everyone becomes part of the Amaranth family, creating such an atmosphere. I am not an adult who is used to playing. I still have to learn how adults play. However, this is a charming store where you can learn how adults play. Since various events are held on Saturdays, it may be good to start with events. The things in Amaranth, the old castle in Namikibashi, are the only things I need right now. It is a store that teaches me various things and I want to keep going with it!

On the 5th floor of a building near Daikanyama, rented out for a Halloween party. Inside the elevator, there was a sign that said "Welcome to the world of evil spirits!" The "Amaranth Lounge" had chandeliers filled with bats and a large spider hanging below. There was also a deer taxidermy on the wall, reminding me of Galaxy Express 999. The Halloween party began with three glasses of Super Dry beer. The party menu consisted mainly of pork cutlet sandwiches, which I enjoyed. The atmosphere was lively, with everyone in costumes while I felt a bit embarrassed in my suit. I was given a pirate hat by the organizer and even got handcuffed by a police officer, along with a bunny girl. The owner, Madame Regine, made a grand entrance, adding to the excitement. I had a strong Ballantine whiskey soda and lost count of how many I had. The party then transitioned into a drag queen show, with performers throwing fruits at me as they passed by. The male performers were a hit with the ladies as they stripped off multiple layers of pants. It was a fun night, although I couldn't stay until the end or make it to the second party. I ended the night with a beer, looking forward to the next Halloween party.

After having a meal in Daikanyama, I was looking for a place where I could relax and have a drink slowly, and a friend recommended this place to me. Sitting on the sofa, I could have a leisurely conversation with my friend, and time passed quickly, so be careful! It seems like they often host parties on weekends, so be aware of that. My criteria for choosing a restaurant are fun, casual, and good value for money. My reviews are just simple notes to myself. I apologize for my lack of writing skills. I don't take photos of the restaurant because I feel embarrassed, so please refer to other sources for pictures. I like udon restaurants, izakayas, and family restaurants, so if you have any good recommendations, please let me know.

At the foot of Namiki Bridge. Jazz live houses, stylish bars, etc. are located in a run-down mixed-use building. This is a shop on the 5th floor. When we visited, it seemed like they had just opened. The owner, who goes by the name of Regine, spoke in a unique manner that was slightly confusing. We sat on a purple velvet sofa in the front corner of the room. The walls of the room were red. There was a mirror ball next to the chandelier. The interior had a sparkling deer mount. The atmosphere was similar to a piano bar in Nonbei Yokocho. Although it was a little nerve-wracking at first, we were able to relax. We ordered a Hennessy soda and a gin and tonic. Pretzels, olives, and Korean seaweed were placed on the table as snacks. It cost 5,000 yen for two people. It seems that DJ events are also held on weekends. I wonder if Regine will dress up for those events. By the way, the music selection when we visited was cool and nice.
