In 2014, Brazil hosted the World Cup, and in 2016, the Olympics. Now, the authentic Brazilian BBQ 'Churrasco' is hot in Japan! Following the Shibuya branch, a new branch will open in Ikebukuro on September 21st. Ikebukuro Churrasco GOCCHIBATTA is conveniently located just a 1-minute walk from Ikebukuro West Exit, with a spacious floor for 150 seats. Every Monday and Thursday are Samba days, and coincidentally, the day I visited was a Thursday! The Churrasco, a Brazilian cuisine where meat skewers are grilled with rock salt and served at the table, is the highlight with a variety of 15 types available for all-you-can-eat. Not only meat but also cheese and pineapple are included! The drink menu offers 100 types of all-you-can-drink options, including rare Brazilian and German beers. The beer bar is self-service, allowing you to enjoy a wide selection of beers. The buffet table with fresh vegetables and dishes offers all-you-can-eat options. Various Brazilian vegetables and dishes like 'Pon de Queijo' and 'Feijoada' are available among the 30 items. The popular meat item is Picanha, the most famous meat in Churrasco. Grilled pineapple is also delicious! The staff will bring freshly grilled Churrasco to your table continuously. You can skip any ingredients you don't like. The showtime features lively Samba music and beautiful dancers, creating a festive atmosphere. The second showtime showcases different costumes and choreography, offering an enjoyable experience. The dancers' beauty and grace captivate the audience. Overall, the restaurant offers great value with its show, all-you-can-drink, and all-you-can-eat options. Ikebukuro Churrasco GOCCHIBATTA is located at 1-23-1 Nishi-Ikebukuro, Toshima-ku, Tokyo, in the Elcruise 8-9F building. Contact them at 050-7302-4779. They are open for lunch from 12:00 to 15:00 (last order at 14:00) and for dinner from 17:00 to 23:00 (last order at 22:00). They have irregular holidays. Access is easy, just a 1-minute walk from JR Ikebukuro Station West Exit, and close to various subway lines.

I was able to enjoy delicious meat and plenty of alcohol (and sweets) that never seemed to end. It was great that I could choose from 5-7 types of beers like ale, premium beer, and Budweiser. The presence of a good-looking waiter made the experience even better. 😊

Customers wanted to eat meat, so instead of just grilling it, we tried serving churrasco! Everyone was excited to try churrasco for the first time and really enjoyed it! We opened right on time, so all the meat was freshly grilled and delicious. There were a variety of beers to choose from, which everyone loved. We had a great time and would love to visit again.

This is a restaurant located right near Ikebukuro West Exit where you can enjoy all-you-can-eat Brazilian BBQ. The main tables are for 6 people and 8 people, arranged in 8 rows vertically and 3 rows horizontally. We made a reservation for 12 people and were allowed to use two tables side by side. We chose the all-you-can-drink course, so we could pour and drink alcohol such as beer ourselves. There were about 7 types of alcoholic drinks and 6 types of non-alcoholic drinks available at the drink bar, including draft beer, craft beer, and lemon sour. Salad, side dishes, and small desserts were also included in the all-you-can-eat menu. The staff brought the meat to us for the Brazilian BBQ and sliced it right at our table. In addition to meat, there were also cheese and pineapple available. There are private rooms available, but the main hall has a lively atmosphere, making it a great choice for those who enjoy a lively atmosphere and all-you-can-eat and all-you-can-drink options.

I visited during the early discount period. The price was great for the variety of buffet dishes and unlimited drinks. It was really worth the cost. What's more, even though I hadn't mentioned anything in advance, when I told the staff member serving me that it was my birthday, they surprised me with a cake. It was a truly memorable experience, and I am grateful for the excellent service at the restaurant!

I went to the Gochibatta Shibuya store last time, but the staff didn't come around much and I left feeling unsatisfied. This time, I went to the Ikebukuro store, but again the staff didn't come around much. I couldn't get a reservation at Bar◯occo last time or this time, so I went to Gochibatta instead. But next time I want to eat churrasco, I'll try to schedule it on a day when I can get a reservation at Barba◯oa.

The second visit to the restaurant. Last time, I felt the cost performance was very good, but this time, during the 90-minute all-you-can-eat period, the meat only came around 4 times. (Of course, the table card was set to YES (meaning "please bring food"). Even if you received one piece of meat each time, paying 5,000 to 6,000 yen for 4 pieces of meat and a salad bar is definitely not worth it. It may be due to the level of crowding, but since they are using the churrasco system, I would like them to respond more carefully.

It was delicious to have Sherasco after a long time! The salad bar was included, allowing me to enter the unlimited Sherasco mode by alternating between meat and vegetables. The final chocolate fondue was also amazing, including its visual impact!

I used it for the first time. There were about 10 types of churrasco (?) that came around frequently and were very delicious because they brought freshly grilled ones. The variety of drinks was abundant, and it was nice to be able to adjust the strength to my liking by making it myself. I would like to visit again if I have the opportunity.

I wanted to eat churrasco, so I visited for the second time. The 3-hour all-you-can-eat and drink for 6,500 yen (on Saturdays) seemed cheap, so I decided to go. All the meat was delicious. The alcohol is self-serve, but you can choose your favorite beer brand from the beer server, which was fun.

I made a reservation at 5:30 pm. Since it was an early time, I felt like they brought me meat several times at the churrasco. At the last order, they asked me what 3 types I would like, so I requested ribeye, grilled vegetables (leeks), and pineapple. The ribeye was the most delicious. The variety of salads at the buffet was also enjoyable.

"Gochibatta" is a place where you can enjoy a wide variety of meats being cut right in front of you in a lively manner, guaranteed to boost your excitement. They offer a self-service drink bar with a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. There is also a salad bar and fruit bar, all-you-can-eat and drink, ensuring you leave with a full stomach. If you can't eat anymore, just flip over the sign on your table to stop. It seems they also provide special arrangements for those celebrating special occasions. It's a perfect place to have a fun time with friends and enjoy a lively atmosphere.

Gocchibatta Ikebukuro Station, 4 minutes walk, dinner plan for 90 minutes at 5,500 yen (tax included). A meat paradise with all-you-can-drink options! Came here to eat meat because it's summer! There are many drink options, including plenty of beer, so I was very satisfied.
- Picanha: A delicious part that is grilled to a nice crisp! The best quality meat among the thigh cuts! The meat is firm and full of flavor as you chew.
- Rump: A lean cut of meat packed with flavor, not much fat, just the essence of the meat. It's not a tender meat, but it has a strong flavor and satisfying texture.
- Linguica Brazilian Sausage: When you cut it, the meat juice really splatters, so be careful. The fat is delicious, and it was the only item besides beef that I went for seconds.

I visited seeking for churrasco and beer. The salad, churrasco, and beer are all-you-can-eat and have great value for money, highly recommended. There are about 6-7 types of beer and around 10 types of churrasco, which was very satisfying. It might be a service, but the excessively thick cuts didn't taste as good.

I went to a Brazilian BBQ restaurant where you could eat as much as you want and drink alcohol for 4400 yen. The meat had a lot of fat, so I got full pretty quickly. However, it was impressive to see the staff bring big chunks of meat to the table and cut it in front of us. The taste was delicious. The alcohol was self-serve, which I liked because I could pour it to my preferred strength. I always end up eating curry when I go to all-you-can-eat restaurants, and this time was no exception. The curry here was rich and tasty.

I'm sorry for the dirty photo. It was my first time using it, and I found it enjoyable overall. The quality of the meat varied by cut, with the Ichibo, chicken, heart, and spare ribs being delicious. The jalapenos as a side added a nice flavor. I didn't try the curry or sweets, so I can't comment on those.

We used the early bird discount on a regular day. We arrived right when the restaurant opened, so there were only about 3 other groups besides us. The salad bar had a wide variety of options and the vegetables were fresh and crunchy, very delicious. In addition to salads, they also had chocolate fondue and curry. The churrasco was not greasy and easy to eat. The atmosphere inside the restaurant was very nice and the staff's service was polite, making us want to visit again.

Craft beer on tap was all-you-can-drink, but on this day there were only about 5 types of Asahi beer. It was a bit disappointing, but with the discount for entering before 6:30 PM, the cost performance is quite good with all-you-can-drink draft beer + churrasco. There are various side dishes besides beer, making it a great place to hang out with friends or colleagues. However, it might be a bit difficult to use for a date. The churrasco meat is not top quality, but the cooking is quite careful and delicious. (However, there are parts like Ichibo that may have a slight odor, so it's good to try all the parts once and find today's good parts.) It is of course a step below high-end restaurants like Barbacoa or Rio Grande Grill in terms of service and taste, but I think it has a good price system with excellent cost performance.

I went to Gocchi Batta Ikebukuro for the Shurasco & Beer Bar all-you-can-eat and drink 90-minute course! The restaurant has a spacious interior with a party-like atmosphere. The rule for the 90-minute course is to start when you flip the YES card on the table. Salad, drinks, and dessert are all self-service. There were 7 types of beer available, including Asahi draft beer, black beer, and other less common beers. I chose a gin and tonic, even though it's a beer bar. Whenever I go to a buffet-style restaurant, I always end up eating curry. Does anyone else do the same? The Picanha they brought first was delicious, with a good salty flavor. Next came rump, harami, sausage, chicken heart, beef spare ribs, pork shoulder loin, grilled cheese, grilled vegetables, and grilled pineapple. My personal favorites were the lean rump and grilled cheese. Meat lovers will really enjoy this place. We only managed to go around once, but I wish I had a bigger stomach. Definitely check it out! Second visit. A recommended place for enjoying lots of meat and beer at a good cost performance. You can enjoy several types of draft beer, cocktails, highballs, including craft beer. If you keep refusing fatty meat, the staff may stop serving you, so it's better to actively communicate what you want to eat. They seem to accommodate surprises like birthdays, so it's good for celebrations.

Shurasco all-you-can-eat with 120 minutes of all-you-can-drink alcohol for 4980 yen (tax included)
- Frango (chicken): A juicy chicken marinated in special herbs and cooked for a long time. It's large in size and the special herb seasoning is slightly spicy and delicious. The chicken is tender and juicy.
- Linguica (sausage): Brazilian sausage that is thick and juicy. Sausages always seem more delicious and luxurious when they are thick.
- Costela de Porco (pork spare ribs): Juicy pork spare ribs that are flavorful and tender. The crispy surface is fragrant, and the meat is enjoyed on its own.
- Picanha (beef sirloin): The best quality part of beef sirloin that is rich in flavor and tender. It's a favorite cut for its tenderness and delicious taste.
- Costela de Boi (beef spare ribs): Juicy beef spare ribs that are sweet and delicious. Each type of meat at a shurasco restaurant has a distinct taste and texture, making it enjoyable.
- Fraldinha (beef hump): A tender and flavorful lean beef cut. It's a favorite choice at shurasco for its rich flavor without being too fatty.
- Abacaxi (grilled pineapple): Grilled pineapple at a shurasco is very sweet and popular. It's a refreshing break between meat servings and complements the meal well.
