After quickly finishing a Zero Second Meeting at Night Owl near Ebisu Station East Exit, I challenged myself to try Kaki Tsubata, a newly opened restaurant just a short walk from the West Exit. The restaurant is known for its wide selection of Japanese sake and fresh oysters, so I made a reservation and visited. It was a Tuesday night after a long weekend, so the restaurant wasn't too crowded, and I started my drinking session at a table. Of course, I started by trying out a significant number of Japanese sake varieties. Since they serve one glass at a time (480 yen + tax), I got carried away and ended up doing a sake tasting with labels like "Chououroku," "Sawayamamamoto," "Juukyu," "Hidakami," "Shirobakuren," "Akabu," and "Shinomine." Thanks to the helpful female staff, I also tried some recommended labels and ones that caught my eye in the fridge. As for food, I started with a 3-kind assortment of fresh oysters and added grilled dishes like "Grilled Silver Cod in Saikyo Miso" and "Pork Belly & Vegetable Rolls." Everything was freshly grilled and juicy, and I ended the meal with croquettes and rolled omelette. After about 4 hours of leisurely eating and drinking, and ordering quite a variety of dishes, the bill came out to about 7000 yen per person. It was a bit pricey, but I was very satisfied with the fresh oyster tasting and the rich selection of Japanese sake for tasting, so I would rate it 3.8 stars in total!

[Recommended for People Who] - Are looking for an oyster bar around Ebisu Station - Are looking for an izakaya around Ebisu Station - Are looking for a good date spot around Ebisu Station - Are looking for an izakaya with a variety of sake [Overview] Oyster bar "Oyster Tsuhana" offers over 12 types of oysters from all over Japan and over 30 types of local sake. The sake lineup includes premium options and even hard-to-find local sake at reasonable prices. Oysters are sourced directly from producers nationwide, from Hokkaido to Kyushu, that can be eaten raw. Conveniently located near the station, the restaurant has a cozy atmosphere with counter seats, making it suitable for various occasions from drinking with friends to casual dates! [Review] - Assorted raw oysters (3 types) ¥1,280 Today's lineup included: 1. Mie's Yata "Ise-Shima Premium Oyster" 2. Hokkaido Akkeshi "Maruemon" 3. Miyagi "Onagawa" With 5 types of sauces (1. Cocktail sauce, 2. White wine vinegar, 3. Sesame oil, 4. Ponzu, 5. Tororo kelp), we enjoyed the oysters. The first oyster was small but packed with a milky flavor as expected. Overall, the tasting was interesting, and the Miyagi "Onagawa" oyster was my favorite! - Assorted sashimi (3 types) ¥980 Featuring medium fatty tuna, red snapper, and whelk, the freshness was outstanding. I made a reservation for a visit on a regular weekday night and the restaurant was about 60% full! I really wanted to eat fresh oysters that day, so I searched around Ebisu and decided to try this place because the reviews were good. They offered oysters in sets of 3 or 6, or you could also order them individually. The taste was delicious, but the oysters were a bit lukewarm. They had a variety of condiments for the oysters, which was nice, but the lukewarm temperature bothered me a bit. I also ordered grilled vegetables and an aioli dish, which were both very tasty and satisfying. Besides oysters, they also had a wide selection of skewers, appetizers, and meat dishes, making it a casual place for those who are not fans of oysters. The service was prompt and the staff were friendly overall!

You can enjoy delicious oysters here. There are many different types of oysters, so it's fun to find your favorite. In addition to oysters, the sashimi is also very delicious, and the vegetable skewers are also very tasty. Everything you order is delicious, so I want to go back several times and try different dishes.

There were more types of alcohol than I expected. There was only one type of glass wine, but it was delicious. The atmosphere was more like a lively izakaya. It felt like a slightly upscale izakaya that focuses on oysters, including the prices. There is only one shared restroom for both men and women.

I chose this restaurant because I really wanted to eat oyster fry. It was a hot day at the Ebisu festival, but inside the restaurant was cool and refreshing. The menu had a variety of options besides oysters, like seasonal corn tempura and steamed clams. I forgot to take a picture of the oyster fry, but it was delicious. I couldn't resist trying the Aioi's rock oysters, which were creamy and not fishy. I also had some Japanese sake from Saga to go with the oysters. After dinner, we went out to explore the streets of Ebisu.

It was a course full of oysters! Everything was delicious! I was very satisfied being able to compare and enjoy each oyster. Even the porridge at the end was so delicious that I was already full but still ate it all! I definitely want to visit again.

Three of us visited the restaurant and ordered a variety of dishes. We wanted to compare different types of fresh oysters, so I ordered a set of three for comparison. We also ordered sashimi, but I was able to request a substitution to remove sea urchin. Since sea urchin was not available as a separate dish, substitution was the only option. Everything we ordered was really delicious, and we had a great experience.

I visited the restaurant on a Saturday night without a reservation. As it got past 6 pm, the seats started filling up quickly, so it's better to make a reservation. I ordered the oyster namero and grilled oyster set. The namero in particular was delicious! The appetizer cost around 300 yen per person, and we were served mozuku seaweed. There was only one restroom inside the restaurant. Payment with PayPay is also possible.

Around 9pm on Sunday night, I ordered a platter of 6 types of oysters for about 3000 yen. The Noto rock oysters were delicious, but when I added more, they served me some that were really bad, which was disappointing. They have a variety of rare Japanese sake, but it's expensive. The grilled vegetables were really good though. The staff's attitude was not great, so I might not visit again.

An izakaya located about 3 minutes from Ebisu Station where you can compare different types of oysters. The restaurant has a beautiful interior and seems like a good place for a date. What we had: - Parsley sour cocktail - Ume shochu - 6 kinds of raw oysters for comparison - 5 kinds of sashimi - Grilled wagyu harami - Oyster porridge. The food was so delicious that I forgot to take photos because I was too busy eating.

I visited the restaurant on a weekday night. My friend had made a reservation for us, so we were able to get in easily, but it was fully booked! Surprising for a weekday. We ordered... - Assorted 6 types of fresh oysters - Assorted 3 types of vegetable-wrapped skewers - Potato salad - Smashed cucumbers - Two additional types of oysters that we picked ourselves - Grilled beef tongue I was super excited to have fresh oysters after a long time!!! They were incredibly delicious♪ They also had the trendy vegetable-wrapped skewers, which I thought was great. All the dishes we ordered were delicious, so I am very satisfied☺︎ For smokers, it seems like you can smoke outside by taking the ashtray near the entrance.

I occasionally visit this restaurant, and all the appetizers are delicious. I ordered sake to go with the fresh oysters, and the one recommended by the waitress was really tasty♪ The waitress had a badge shining on her chest, a sake sommelier! Thank you for taking care of us!

I made a reservation for the evening and visited the restaurant. Most of the customers seemed to have reservations. I ordered oyster fry, lettuce wraps, and seared mentaiko, which were delicious. However, the lettuce wrap was too salty. I will visit again during the season when fresh oysters are tasty.

I found this restaurant while looking for a place to eat oysters with an acquaintance. They offer a variety of oysters to compare and you can enjoy them with different sauces like cocktail sauce or sesame oil. They also have a wide selection of Japanese sake, so it's nice to enjoy oysters while having a drink in the evening.

I really wanted to eat oysters, so I visited the restaurant. I ended up working late and inconveniencing my partner, I'm sorry. I ordered the usual 6 types of fresh oysters and enjoyed them. Kakie Mon and Hamamichi are delicious, but maybe the timing was a bit off? There wasn't as much milky flavor as I expected. I guess oysters really depend on the timing.

Ebisu Nishiguchi, a 3-minute walk from Ebisu Station, up the hill across from Family Mart is "Kakitubata." This is my second time visiting this restaurant, and it's still delicious! The oysters are fresh, and dishes like scallop butteryaki and potato salad are all too tasty! You can enjoy the fresh oysters with a squeeze of lemon, kimchi sauce, or wine vinegar for a different taste. With 5 different seasonings, you won't get tired of eating here. I highly recommend trying the oyster tasting platter, scallop miso yaki, and potato salad. The oyster tasting platter is a must! This place has been featured on TV and is always busy, even on a Monday night. Make sure to make a reservation even on weekdays. Thank you for the delicious meal! "Visit time" Tuesday at 6pm. "Reason for visit" I was craving oysters. "Impression after using" The restaurant located underground had a calm atmosphere. There were counter seats and comfortable sofa seats. The food was amazing, especially the oysters. They were so delicious. It was fun to choose from 5 different sauces to drizzle on them. It had been a while since I had a meal where I could compare different types of oysters, and each one was so different and impressive. Considering the location in Ebisu, the cost performance was quite good. I definitely want to go back to this recommended restaurant!"

I visited because I wanted to eat fresh oysters. I ordered a plate with 6 different types of oysters. It was nice to have a variety of oysters to choose from, but I only found one type that I thought was delicious. I guess that's just the nature of raw oysters. The other dishes were tasty as well. The prices were higher than I expected. I was happy to be able to use Go to Eat Tokyo.

I first visited this famous restaurant in Ebisu three years ago and I have been hooked ever since. The staff are friendly and welcoming when you enter. Reservations are a must for dinner on Fridays and Saturdays. If you go later, you might find it less crowded. The menu is all about oysters! Of course, the sashimi and other dishes are also delicious. They have a wide variety of sake, making it a perfect place for sake lovers! I will definitely be going back. Thank you for the wonderful meal! The photo is a bit old...

[Tengenji Team 3rd Meeting! 2/3] This is a gathering of the "Tengenji Team," a group of friends near the workplace who have recently started holding regular meetings. "Big Brother who loves eating out" and "Lonely Female Gourmet" thank you for the second place as well. Since we had trouble finding a place for the second meeting last time, after making a reservation at the first yakitori restaurant, I secretly made a reservation in advance for this "Kaki Tsuhana" as well! (Was the plan for the second meeting from the beginning!?) When this restaurant first opened, it was not very well known and was always empty when I visited, so I used it several times. However, when I visited today after a long time, the reservation time of 20:15 was almost full! Looking at the menu, I ordered the following: [Menu for this time] - Overflowing Sparkling x3: 580 yen each - Super Strong Carbonated Highball x2: 480 yen each - Quite Soda x1: 580 yen - Dabada Fire Shake x1: 580 yen - Appetizer x1: 380 yen - Assorted Raw Oysters x3: 1,280 yen each - Oyster Namero x1: 880 yen - Oyster Crab Miso Yaki x3: 680 yen each What to pair with oysters!? We toasted with sparkling wine recommended by Lonely Female Gourmet! The refreshing taste is great♪ The appetizer of seaweed vinegar with myoga, cucumber, and green onions is very light and delicious. Even at this time, it's still hot outside, so this kind of dish is the most soothing. [Assorted Raw Oysters] - "Mie Takayari": The sweetness and saltiness of oysters are felt the same, a very good taste! - "Hyogo Aioi": The texture is crispy! I can feel the oyster meat. Really feel the freshness. - "Miyagi Chichikoi Oysters": Rich flavor, the oyster itself. Delicious! [Oyster Namero] - Oysters removed from the shell and pounded, with a light miso flavor, but the strong taste of ginger and sesame comes through! A unique flavor! [Oyster Crab Miso Yaki] - Grilled with crab miso on top of oysters, with crab meat as a topping! The happiness of oysters and crab merging in the mouth, a first experience♪ [Editor's Note] - In terms of individual price, 3 for 1,280 yen is a good deal! - Elaborate dishes, combination dishes, bringing out the deliciousness of oysters in various ways. - However, oysters are expensive ingredients... [Ratings] Overall: 3.7 Taste: 5 Service: 3.5 Atmosphere: 2.5 Value for money: 3 Drinks: 3 Thank you for the delicious oysters. It was a feast. Where to next time?

Swallow flower. Iris. Kikyobata. The language of flowers includes "good luck," "nobility," and "yearning." It seems like that (laughs). Now, onto the second party! Can you believe they already made a reservation for the second party! I'm grateful for my drinking buddies!ヽ(´▽`)/ Oysters go well with bubbly Japanese sake. Hehehe~. (laughs) Actually, what did we drink? I don't remember at allヽ(´▽`)/ As long as it's fun! Thank you for the meal!
