I visited around 4:30 pm on a regular day and was able to enter smoothly. This store also has vending machines installed outside, where you can purchase popular items. I bought the World's Top Five Whiskey Chocolate for 2991 yen. The chocolate with whiskey blended in has a perfect balance, allowing you to taste the distinctive features and deliciousness of both. There is a specialty store dedicated to white (blanc) chocolates by PaléoDoll in a building at the intersection of Aoyama 1-chome! It's refreshing to see them squeezing cocoa butter right there. I tried chocolates from different origins, and even though they all contain sugar, whole milk powder, and vanilla beans, the differences were noticeable, allowing you to truly appreciate the unique characteristics of cocoa.

For Valentine's present, I chose chocolates. They are small and cute, with a light taste. I was debating between regular chocolate bars, but decided to go with this type since it's a special occasion. The store interior is lovely and charming. There is also a vending machine outside. The chocolate cream is not too sweet and very delicious.

I visited the Paledor Blanc Aoyama store, located in the B1F of the Shin-Aoyama Building East Tower in Minami-Aoyama, Minato-ku, Tokyo. It is just a 1-minute walk from exit 4 of Aoyama-itchome Station on the Tokyo Metro Ginza Line, Hanzomon Line, and Toei Oedo Line, a 9-minute walk from exit 1 of Nogizaka Station on the Tokyo Metro Chiyoda Line, and a 9-minute walk from exit 4a of Gaienmae Station on the Tokyo Metro Ginza Line. The store has a stylish atmosphere and offers only take-out sales. The Cocoa Blanc (378 yen) is a baked confection with a soft and gentle texture made with homemade white chocolate that allows you to enjoy the aroma and richness of cocoa, with deliciously crispy hazelnuts added. The texture is fluffy, with a pleasantly mild sweetness, and it was delicious. Paledor is a popular chocolatier led by pastry chef Toshisuke Saegusa. After training under the late master confectioner Hisakazu Yasui at the prestigious Hotel Plaza in Osaka, he became independent in 1991 and expanded his patisserie. He met the master chocolatier Maurice Bernachon in Lyon, France, and opened the authentic chocolate specialty shop "Chocolatier Paledor" in Osaka in 2004 and in Tokyo in 2007. In 2014, he started the Bean to Bar workshop "Artisan Paledor Kiyosato," where they handle all processes from cocoa beans to chocolate in-house. In 2019, they opened the world's first white chocolate Bean to Bar brand, "Chocolatier Paledor Blanc," handling over 10 tons of chocolate annually and creating a completely original homemade chocolate from cocoa beans to bonbons. Their exquisite chocolates, made with a focus on the true taste and aroma of cocoa, are widely acclaimed domestically and internationally. I would love to visit again if I have the chance. The shop has a factory where you can feel the handmade and freshly made chocolate. Some products can also be purchased from vending machines. The stylish white chocolate is perfect for souvenirs. The packaging is also stylish. I bought it as a gift this time, so I couldn't eat it myself. I think they also sell individual pieces, so I should have bought some.

I frequently buy the Bean to Cocoa chocolate from the chocolatier Paledor. It's a white chocolate Bean to Bar. I don't usually eat white chocolate, but they also sell other varieties so I sometimes purchase them. You can see the chocolate-making process from outside, which is quite surprising. They also have cocoa-based baked goods, which come in handy as gifts. There is something called Aoyama Ichome Madeleine, which is like a hidden local souvenir (laughs).

Located in the basement of Aoyama Twin Towers East Building near Aoyama-itchome Station. Takeout only. Purchased items are Aoyama-itchome Madeleine Blanc and Noir, each priced at 324 yen. The plain and cocoa flavored madeleines are soft and fluffy with a rich flavor made with homemade cocoa butter. Also tried the Cocoa Blanc for 378 yen, a baked confection with a crispy outer layer and moist inside, with white chocolate and hazelnuts on top. The white chocolate's milky sweetness and richness are delicious. This is the world's first white chocolate bean-to-bar specialty store. The baked goods exclusive to the Aoyama store are all delicious and would make great gifts. Next time, I want to try the Palé d'Or Blanc with white chocolate.

"CHOCOLATIER PALET D'OR BLANC" located on the basement floor of the New Aoyama Building East Wing, directly connected to Aoyama-itchome Station. I couldn't resist going in because I had recently bought a cake at "Chocolatier Pale d'Ole Tokyo" in Marunouchi and loved it. Opened in October 2019, it is the first in Japan and the world to offer a Bean to Bar brand of white chocolate. Bean to Bar refers to a workshop that handles all processes from cocoa beans to chocolate in-house. [Ordered items] Takeout menu: - Soft Pale d'Ole Blanc 540 yen - Aoyama-itchome Madeleine Blanc 280 yen - Set of 2 for 760 yen (60 yen off) The Soft Pale d'Ole Blanc is a soft serve ice cream with a subtle cocoa flavor extracted from cocoa beans. It is very elegant and sophisticated. The Aoyama-itchome Madeleine Blanc is a local sweet made with cocoa butter squeezed in their own workshop, resulting in a nostalgic flavor. The location of the shop is quite hidden in the corner, and the building itself has a vintage feel. The shop is tucked away in the back near the restrooms and security room, which made me wonder if it's because of the workshop aspect. They also have a vending machine for high-end chocolates, which is quite interesting. In conclusion, I found that buying the white "Pale d'Ole Blanc" chocolate to take home brought me the most satisfaction. However, I hesitated a bit due to the high price of individual chocolates. It might be better to choose products with a rich cocoa or homemade chocolate flavor to truly experience the taste of Pale d'Ole's cocoa. If you're not sure about buying chocolates, I would recommend trying the cakes at "Chocolatier Pale d'Ole Tokyo" in a different location.

However, upon arrival, they found vending machines selling various chocolates like Cofret Blanc, Paledo All Blanc, White Tab, curry, madeleines, and more. Impressed by the city life, they entered the store, which sparkled and was quite different from the small booths at Salon du Chocolat. After browsing and purchasing a few tabs and madeleines, they discovered a takeout menu and decided to order soft-serve ice cream. They were pleasantly surprised by the thoughtfulness of the staff applying a set discount since they had bought madeleines. They enjoyed the soft Paledo All Blanc ice cream topped with cocoa powder, which had a white chocolate flavor with a refreshing sweetness. The waffle was also delicious with a rich chocolate taste. They ended up indulging in it with another person. They also bought tabs and madeleines, which they planned to enjoy later.

A must-try item here is the Paledor Blanc, a white chocolate version of their specialty "Paledor" chocolate, priced at 2376 yen. Made from homemade white chocolate produced from cocoa bean sorting, roasting, and cocoa butter extraction, this bonbon chocolate is truly delightful. While they currently only offer chocolates, it would be great if they also had petit gateaux made with white chocolate. Overall, a delicious experience at Paledor Blanc.

Located in Aoyama Ichome, Chocolatier Paledor All is a shop owned by the famous chocolatier Mr. Mitsueda, specializing in white chocolate bean-to-bar, which may be a first in Japan or even the world. The shop has a glass exterior, allowing customers to see the workshop and shop from outside. Inside, the shop mainly focuses on white chocolate, but also offers a few other chocolates found in other Paledor All stores. Today, I was particularly interested in white chocolate, so I purchased a few items. I also decided to try their "Bean-to-Cocoa" chocolate drink. The white chocolates I bought were Paledor Blanc, Paledor Blanc Ghana Tablet, and Paledor Blanc Trinidad Tablet. Paledor Blanc is a disc-shaped bonbon chocolate with gold leaf embellishments, which is said to represent the meaning of Paledor, a golden disc. It had a nice aroma, and I could definitely taste the difference. Trying the tablets further highlighted the distinction. The white chocolate had a strong cocoa aroma, unlike the milky ones I usually have. It was a learning experience about bean-to-bar chocolate. I saw Mr. Mitsueda featured on a TV special and was impressed by his passion for chocolate. He seemed like a gentle and kind person, which reflected in his chocolates. It was delicious. Received in February 2021. A gift. It's the "CHOCOLATIER PALET D'OR BLANC" that was bought for me, the "Truffe Waguri". I love chestnuts, so this is much appreciated. I enjoyed it at home right away. I thought there would be a whole chestnut inside, but instead, it had a texture that melted in my mouth. Inside, there seems to be a cream made with Japanese chestnuts and liqueur. Coated with homemade white chocolate and dusted with cocoa powder on the surface. I could faintly taste the Japanese chestnut flavor, and it seemed to have a hint of brown sugar. A truffle that I really liked. Thank you for the meal!
