On this day, I went to Yangu 2nd with my drinking buddies. We sat at a table in the back. We started with a large bottle of Akaboshi for 760 yen each (tax included), and also ordered seat charges for two people, Dewar's highball for 490 yen, Heartland beer for 620 yen, Ginger highball for 510 yen, and Shitamachi highball for 490 yen each. We also had Anchovy Potato for 450 yen, which was delicious and a specialty of the owner's former restaurant. We couldn't stop eating it. We also ordered a mixed plate of Potato Salad and Macaroni Salad for 600 yen, which was quite creamy and easy on the stomach. We tried the Stuffed Lotus Root with Meat for 250 yen each, which was nicely grilled and had a good texture. It went well with the mustard. The Negi Mentaiko Mayo Pizza for 580 yen was also delicious, with a crispy texture from the leeks and mentaiko sauce, and the mayo was irresistible. We also had a Spinach Ohitashi for 290 yen, which was a refreshing dish. The Smoked Quail for 360 yen was a bit of a wild order from my friend, but it was nicely flavored. We also tried the Tsukune with Onsen Tamago Skewers for 360 yen each, which had cartilage inside for a crunchy texture and a creamy onsen tamago on top. Lastly, we ordered the Grilled Eel Skewer for 390 yen, another wild order from my friend. It was definitely eel with a generous amount of sauce. The taste made you crave for rice. It came with sansho pepper on the side. My friend went a bit overboard with the last order, and our stomachs were about to burst. Just like last time, we tried everything except for the grilled pork skewers and raw meat. The dishes were all satisfying, and the staff were all kind and friendly.

In a small alley off the bustling streets of Nakano, there is a hidden gem of a restaurant. I regret not taking more photos, as the dishes we ordered were not only delicious but also visually appealing, stimulating our appetites. The ham cutlet, skewers, and side dishes were all excellent. I will definitely be going back.

Includes: white meat, tongue, tongue with scallion, skirt steak, heart. Half portion of melty ham and cheese cutlet is 280 yen. Cheese-stuffed meatball is 700 yen. Pork skirt steak with grated ponzu sauce is 500 yen. Vice Sour cocktail is 510 yen. Liver is 300 yen. Pork fat is 300 yen. Ramune Sour cocktail is 510 yen. Potato gratin pizza is 580 yen. Sapporo Lager beer (large bottle) is 760 yen. Tantan sesame sauce grilled eggplant is 380 yen. Total is 8210 yen (4105 yen per person). Still delicious as always. It's nice that the total stays under 2000 yen with a large bottle and space brewing. I want to casually visit alone.

On Sunday night, I was able to visit a shop with many signs that is usually crowded! There were empty seats so we could go in! Every menu item was delicious, and we were very satisfied with our meal! The tsukune was especially fluffy and my favorite. It might be a good idea to make a reservation on weekends!

- Nakano Kita-guchi, the former Thai restaurant has been replaced by a yakitori restaurant called Yakiton Yangu Second Nakano. I was able to get in without a reservation, but it might have been because I arrived a little early. The restaurant quickly filled up. A yakitori restaurant located off Showa Shindo. The main store is in Itabashi, so this is the second location. The yakitori sauce has a strong garlic flavor, which is a unique feature. The motsu-nikomi is topped with plenty of green onions, and the tofu is hearty. The menu of appetizers is quite extensive. There are also many Instagram-worthy dishes like teppan monja and roast beef topped with an egg. Another great find. Thank you for the meal.

My friend who lives in Nakano recommended Yakiniku Yangu Second as a great place to drink in Nakano. We visited as the third stop for our Nakano drinking night. It was wonderful that they serve space beer! All the dishes were delicious, but among them, the quail skewers were irresistible with their half-cooked texture. Of course, everything else was also delicious!!

I went to the restaurant because my favorite YouTuber, Rioremon-chan, recommended it. The grilled pork was delicious and the drinks were good too! The atmosphere was lively and fun. Everything I ate was delicious. There was a girl working alone at the counter and a few other people. I also got to meet Rioremon-chan, who was so cute with a small face. I was so happy!

For our third stop on the Tokyo bar hopping tour, we chose this place that our child loves. It was pleasantly crowded, but we were able to sit at the counter and enjoy some reasonably priced snacks that filled us up. The master and the staff were all very friendly and worked together with a smile despite being busy, which made the atmosphere very pleasant even while sitting at the counter. To our surprise, they had a good selection of beers from Uchu Brewing, which we enjoyed to finish off our night. It was tucked away in a complex location, so we will definitely bring our child back with us when we visit again. Thank you for the wonderful meal!

Before finishing off with ramen, I decided to stop by Yakiton Yang Second for a quick bite. It's located a little off Showa Shindo Street down a side alley. I ordered a black Hoppy drink. The Harami steak with grated ponzu sauce was delicious, and even though the portions were small, the price of 500 yen was too cheap. The cheese tsukune, recommended by TikTokers, was incredibly tasty. I was a bit late to the shop so they had sold out of some skewers, but the pig's head, Harami, and eel skewers were amazing. The macaroni salad had a nice twist to it, and the daily pizza was fantastic. I was surprised by how everything I tried was delicious. It seems like the second branch of a popular restaurant in Itabashi. I will definitely be coming back here. I might be praising it too much, but the quality is really high. If this place was in Hoppy Street in Asakusa, it might be the best.

I visited Yakiton Yangu Second NAKANO in Nakano! We had Char Siu Egg Tower (half 480 yen), assorted yakiton skewers (630 yen for 5 skewers), Tsukune cheese skewer (310 yen), Harami steak (480 yen), etc... We toasted with bottled beer! Asahi Red Star is always reliable and my favorite bottled beer so far! This place is the second branch of the famous yakiton restaurant in Itabashi. I fell in love with their high hospitality and cost performance... Lately, I've been really into eating and drinking motsu-yaki! The Char Siu Egg Tower was so voluminous that you couldn't see the cabbage beneath the huge amount of char siu topped with a fried egg. This is the way to go... The assorted yakiton skewers included pork head, liver, and tongue... Each skewer was so juicy and delicious! The Tsukune cheese skewer was amazing too! The cheese was grilled with a burner, giving it a delicious smoky flavor! A must-order item. The Harami steak was also delicious. You can trust this restaurant. The garlic chips with grated daikon added great flavor! I was happy to see they had red pickled ginger as well. Towards the end, we kept ordering more and drank a lot! Drinking alcohol and eating yakiton in this wonderful restaurant was a great experience. Thank you for the meal! I will definitely be back!

This is a yakitori restaurant located in the back of the north exit of Nakano, a sacred place for bars. I entered the restaurant around 10 pm, aiming to have a full meal before closing time. The place was bustling with young customers, and the staff members were also young and energetic. We toasted with simmered dishes, assorted skewers, and the popular chashu egg. This restaurant's charm lies in its generous portions and great value for money. If this place were nearby, I would definitely become a regular customer. I will definitely visit again!

Today, I visited Yangu's 2nd store in Nakano. I knew they had opened a second store in Itabashi, but this was my first visit. When I entered the restaurant and told them the number of people in my party, we were seated at a table. The space was larger than the Itabashi store, which was nice. First, we toasted with some draft beer! The glasses were cute. For appetizers, we had: - Delicious potato salad with half-boiled egg, the yolk was runny and it was really tasty. - Tanmoto, which is not commonly served. It had a good texture and was delicious. - Shirodeka, which was flavorful without any unpleasant smell. - Harami steak, a signature dish of Yangu. It was cooked perfectly and very tasty. - Tsukune with egg yolk, even though it wasn't on the menu, they accommodated our request. It had cartilage mixed in and was deliciously chewy. - Cheese ham cutlet, crispy breading with juicy ham and melty cheese. - Low-temperature cooked liver sashimi, fresh and without any unpleasant smell. It was delicious dipped in garlic and sesame oil. We also enjoyed some Hoppy and Highball drinks. Overall, the food was all delicious. The restaurant manager, who used to work at the Itabashi and Katamari Yangu, was there and we greeted him. I really like the dishes he cooks. Thank you for the delicious meal.

The char siu egg tower (half) is huge and delicious, with tender meat that goes well with the cabbage, egg, and mayo. The pork harami steak is amazing for its price, perfectly cooked to a nice rare texture. I highly recommend these two dishes, they go great with alcohol. The avocado and other skewers were also tasty. I forgot to take a picture, but the anchovy potato was delicious too, perfect for pairing with drinks. It was almost full around 9 PM on weekdays, with a welcoming atmosphere for solo diners. All seats allow smoking, so be aware if you're sensitive to it. This is the second store of the popular yakiton restaurant Yangu in Itabashi. It is located in the former location of the popular Thai food stall 999, just off Showa Shindo Street. The menu mainly consists of yakiton, with a setting that feels like a neo-tavern. The Chashu Egg is served in a generous portion, even in the half size as shown in the photo. The liver is cooked with a low tone and is very fresh and firm. It offers a satisfying meal at a reasonable price. It's a cozy and easy-to-visit restaurant in Itabashi!

This month (October), Nakano Ward is holding a campaign called "Great Deals in Nakano Ward! Pay Pay Point Redemption Campaign". Nakano Ward is being generous by offering a 30% point redemption. After factoring in the PayPay 30% redemption at the first place, the bill came out to be only 1300 yen per person, which was a great deal. Feeling a bit tipsy, we walked through the neon streets of Nakano North Exit, checking out the stores with posters saying "30% cashback". Many stores had these posters displayed. Since the first place was a seafood restaurant, we decided to go for grilled pork at the second place! Upon arriving at the desired store with the "30% cashback" poster, we decided to dine there. Upon entering "Yakiton Yangu Second NAKANO", the place was bustling with a young crowd. When I asked the staff if it was okay for not being young, they kindly reassured me that it was fine. We each ordered our favorite drinks and raised a toast. The portions here were generous and satisfying. One member ordered the black sugar shochu "Mankoi", so I took a picture of the one-liter bottle. Unfortunately, the label got slightly skewed in the photo, missing the last "i" in "Mankoi". - Avocado Grilled - 220 yen - Chicken Karaage - 490 yen - Assorted Raw Meat (Liver, Tongue) - 680 yen The grilled avocado had a crispy exterior and a soft, buttery interior. The freshly fried chicken karaage had a flavorful and juicy meat. The chilled tongue was firm yet tender, creating a delightful texture. Since I was with a sake master, we decided to switch to sake after enjoying our Hoppy drinks. We started with the "Jokigen Junmai Ginjo" from Yamagata, which had a fruity aroma and a refreshing taste. After finishing that, we moved on to the "Natsu no Omoide Junmai Ginjo" from Miyagi, reminiscing about the fun memories of this past summer. Realizing it was getting late, we asked for the bill and paid with PayPay, enjoying a 30% discount, making it only 1560 yen per person. This system was truly convenient and appreciated. I would love to utilize the "National Travel Support" as well, but for now, let's support the "Nakano Ward Food and Beverage Support" campaign. [Current Affairs] Yoshimoto Shinkigeki's Yoshie Michi appeared live on TBS's "Love It!" with her husband Katsunori Uchiba, showcasing her explosive comedy and exciting the studio audience. I always look forward to watching Yoshimoto Shinkigeki every week for their classic gags. Each person has their own favorite gag, but here are some of my favorite gags: - Michi Yoshie: "Hey! You guys are so noisy! I'll split your heads open and suck your brains with a straw!" - Katsunori Uchiba: "Eh?" - Ikuno Medaka: "Let's stop here for today." - Yasushi Kawabata: The face he makes when he appears, resembling "Genta Kojima" from Detective Conan. - Sutchie Sato: "What's up?" - Sutchie: "Nun Nun?" - Sato: "I didn't say 'Te Te Re'!" - Sutchie: "Te Te Re Te Re Te Re Te Re!" - Kazunori Obata: "Excuse me!" - Aki: "It's okay!" - Hiroshi Yoshida: "Who's saying 'Makibao'?" - Akie Asaka: "So ugly." - Mariko Morita: Gorilla impersonation. Among these, my favorite is the gag by "Yasue-nee-san". The happy endings in Shinkigeki are always good. I hope to visit "Namba Grand Kagetsu" someday to enjoy some classic comedy, as it's always a fun time.
