Good morning. This is Private Tsuchinoko. I felt like having ramen, so I came to Fuji Soba @ Akihabara Denki Gai Store. Today, I am having solo lunch again. I arrived at 11 o'clock. I found out on Fuji Soba's Twitter that the "Back Fat Rich Ramen," a store-limited menu, is being sold at the "Akihabara Denki Gai Store"! I thought I have to try it, so I came to Akihabara. I have passed by the Akihabara Denki Gai Store many times, but this is my first time entering. There are food samples displayed at the storefront. In the morning, there is a cost-effective menu called "Morning Soba." This menu seems to come with curry for 590 yen, so it looks like a good deal! The menu I was looking for was also listed! There are two ticket machines installed in front of the store. I pressed the button for the "Back Fat Rich Ramen." This is a digital ticket machine that also accepts PayPay payments. I have never seen this type of ticket machine at any other store. I wonder if it is introduced in other stores as well. There is also one ticket machine installed on the left side inside the store! This might be the first time I have seen a store with three ticket machines. There were many people inside the store. It is located in a prime location, so the foot traffic is amazing. I received my bowl in about 1 minute! There are many toppings on the ramen. Let's take a look at the toppings. [Naruto] [Menma] [Green onions] [Wakame seaweed] [Half-boiled egg] [Nori seaweed] [Chashu (1 slice)] The chashu was hidden in the soup. The soup has "back fat" floating on top, just like the name of the product. When I took a sip... it was quite rich. After eating a bit, I realized that the sauce in the soup was not mixed well. Since the sauce was on the noodles, I mixed it myself with chopsticks (laughs). Once I mixed the sauce properly, the richness increased. The taste is quite salty. It might be better if it's diluted a bit. The noodles were well-made despite being boiled for a short time. They were cooked "soft." Let's try the ramen toppings. 1. Naruto - a normal Naruto, nothing special. 2. Wakame seaweed - there was a good amount of Wakame, and it went well with the rich soup. 3. Green onions - there was a decent amount of green onions. 4. Nori seaweed - two large sheets of Nori were included, and the aroma of the Nori was good! 5. Menma - it was a firm-textured and lightly flavored Menma. It was the type of Menma I like! 6. Half-boiled egg - it was a half-sized boiled egg, and it was nice to have a boiled egg. It provided protein. 7. Chashu - there was a thin slice of Chashu. The meat flavor was light, but for 550 yen, it was sufficient. There is pepper on the table. I sprinkled it on the noodles. The pepper added a nice touch and allowed for flavor variation. The soup is from a retort pack, but it's nice to be able to eat "ramen" at Fuji Soba. You can also add toppings like "tempura" and "spring onion tempura" that are not possible at regular ramen shops, and you can customize your ramen to your liking! Store-limited menus are really fun! It was delicious! I would like to come back again (´∀`) Thank you to everyone who always reads my reviews. Although my writing is not the best, I hope it can be somewhat helpful as a reference for evaluating food. I also post reviews on Twitter in 140 characters, so if you follow me, it would be very encouraging. I will try to follow back as much as possible, so thank you in advance!
