Cabbage Ramen with Flavored Egg Topping for 900 yen. I arrived a little after 11 am on a weekday and I was the first customer. I waited for about 5 minutes before the ramen arrived. I took a sip of the soup first. The rich pork bone soy sauce soup was delicious as always, perfect for those who like strong flavors. I ordered thick noodles, which paired well with the rich pork bone soy sauce soup and had a nice firm texture. The flavored egg topping was well seasoned and very tasty, although I prefer the yolk to be a bit softer. The cabbage was crunchy and added a nice texture contrast. Rice was also included for free, and when rolled in nori and dipped in the soup, it was incredibly delicious. The cost performance was excellent. If you feel like having pork bone soy sauce ramen in Iidabashi, this place is a must-visit. I will definitely come back when I'm in the area again.

The name is cute. You can choose your order on a touch panel when buying a meal ticket. I chose the firm noodles with kikurage mushroom ramen. When handing over the ticket, they asked if I wanted rice, and I ordered it. There were surprisingly a lot of kikurage mushrooms in the ramen. It goes well with the broth, but maybe there were too many. The rice, along with the condiments on the table, added color to the meal, and it was delicious.

I felt like having some traditional ramen, so I came here. I had the Nori-Tama Ramen. The soup was a bit salty and personally, I felt it was too rich. But I think they can adjust it if you ask. The noodles were thick and delicious. Rice was all-you-can-eat (I only had one serving since I got a medium size). There were pickles on the table, so you could eat a lot with those.

I entered the restaurant around 11:30 PM. Most nearby shops were already closed, so I went to fill my stomach. I chose the ramen with seasoned egg from the ticket machine. It's nice that rice is free! The thick noodles were well coated with the rich soup. I didn't really feel any standout feature though~

I went to the highly rated IeIeIe Iidabashi store near Iidabashi around 7 pm and was able to get in easily. The normal ramen is 700 yen, and rice is free all day, which is a great deal. I ordered the noodles firm, but they were a bit softer than I expected. The soup had a good kick to it, but felt a bit lacking.

The restaurant Iaiyaiya in Iidabashi has a strong sense of tradition. I only go there when I feel like indulging in high-calorie food. I ordered the Ajitama Ramen with extra noodles, which cost 900 yen. The soup alone is too rich for me, but it goes well with the noodles and rice. Luckily, the rice is free. With the pickles and sesame seeds, the rice alone is also delicious. Thank you for the meal. It was tasty.

Ramen 700 yen visited for the second time. You can choose the firmness of the noodles, the richness of the flavor, and the thickness of the noodles, either medium or thick. You choose your preference at the ticket machine. In an industry where price hikes are common, a default ramen priced at 700 yen offers great value. Plus, rice is free. The taste is a well-balanced house style with no complaints! I will definitely go again. I visited the restaurant around 7 pm. It was full because a group was there. I purchased a meal ticket inside the restaurant first. It's great that you can choose the flavor, type of noodles, hardness, and amount of fat on a touch panel... it's better than telling it verbally, which can sometimes be difficult. After buying the ticket, I waited outside. However, I was seated quickly. Rice is free during the evening hours!! It seems like there are many young people because of this. I ordered thick noodles, strong flavor, hard texture, and extra fat, and waited a few minutes. The ramen was very light! But if you don't add spinach or cabbage, maybe you don't need it to be so strong. It was just right with vegetables added. Maybe those who order rice prefer a stronger flavor? After eating, I didn't have heartburn, it was a ramen that was kind to middle-aged people.

Menu eaten: Nori Tama Ramen
Located 3-5 minutes on foot from Iidabashi Station. I wanted to eat some authentic ramen, so I went there. When it comes to authentic ramen, you think of the sharp soy sauce flavor and mild pork bone broth. The combination of seaweed, spinach, and rice is excellent. The tender chashu and soft-boiled egg are also delicious. As far as I know, you can customize the firmness of the noodles, the richness of the flavor, and the amount of oil, which I think was originally unique to authentic ramen. It was very delicious. I will definitely go back. Thank you for reading until the end.

I wanted to go to a ramen shop in Ichigaya that I used to visit often, but it had already closed down and I couldn't make it in time. So I looked for a nearby place and found that everything was closing at 6pm on Sundays. I wasn't in the mood for a tonkotsu ramen, but I really wanted to have ramen, so I decided to visit this place! I love spinach, so I ordered extra and soaked it in the soup. It was a win-win situation. The soup was thick and delicious. It was already quite rich even without adding anything. The juicy chashu was just the right thickness. I imagined how great it would taste with rice and doubanjiang. I resisted eating rice while enjoying the meal.笑

After finishing work, I visited the restaurant. I had a highball that they don't usually have at Musashiya, and enjoyed ramen as a snack. It was a bit salty, so I should have asked for it to be less salty, but I will visit again on my way home for another snack.

Yah!!!! Mild balanced type of home-style ramen with good cost performance ◀ Introducing gourmet in Tokyo (Iidabashi) Noritama Ramen 900 yen Iidabashi Station Recommended for people like this: ✅ Want to eat home-style ramen ✅ Prefer places where rice is served for free ✅ Like ramen with not too strong smell ✅ Want to try ramen other than Sakai Seimenーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーー@ra__mental__ ◀ For more posts, click here Sharing gourmet that will make you want to go tomorrowーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーWhen you're tired, you want to eat home-style ramen! I was near Iidabashi Station, so I went to eat home-style ramen at Ka-Ka-Ka. By the way, it's pronounced "Ya-Ya-Ya," not "Ie-Ie-Ie." I went around 5 PM, and there were quite a few people. The fact that the smell inside the restaurant is not too strong is a nice point. It's recommended for women too.ーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーMild balanced soup The balance of tonkotsu and soy sauce is just right. It's not too salty, and dipping the seaweed in the soup and wrapping it with rice is the best. It has a good taste for when you're tired. It didn't make me feel heavy! I visited the restaurant around 12:30 AM on July 28th, a Friday. I entered without having to wait in line. They have a ticket machine for ordering, and they only accept cash. Rice is free and you can have seconds. I ordered the cabbage ramen for 800 yen, added mushrooms for 100 yen, and a flavored egg for 100 yen.

- I ordered the regular ramen for 750 yen and asked for less oil. In the summer, having less oil might be refreshing and enjoyable.
- You can get free rice refills, but the first serving is quite generous, so if you prefer a smaller portion, it's better to let them know in advance.
- There seemed to be more spinach than usual, so it might have been a lucky day.
- Compared to Kakekake in Ishigami, the flavor here is slightly stronger.
- You can choose between thick noodles and medium-thick noodles, thin noodles are not an option.

I visited around 15:00. The restaurant was about half full. I ordered the Jiro-style ramen (850 yen) with firm noodles, extra lard, a little garlic, and added toppings of white leeks (200 yen) using the touch panel ticket machine near the entrance. I also requested to have the bean sprouts removed. After waiting for about 5 minutes, my bowl arrived. The noodles were slightly thick curly noodles with a decent chewy texture. The portion of noodles was not particularly large, maybe around 200 grams. The soup seemed to be made with the same tonkotsu broth as regular ramen, but with a different seasoning. It had a slightly sweet soy sauce flavor with a creamy texture from the lard floating on top. There was no spiciness or acidity, but a subtle sweetness emerged towards the end. The toppings included chashu, garlic, lard, cabbage, and the added white leeks. Overall, the appearance matched my expectations. I wished the soup had a bit more sweet and salty flavor, and the chashu was thin and tough, leaving something to be desired. The soup lacked the typical richness of a Jiro-style ramen, and was quite salty, becoming more intense towards the end. Despite the saltiness, the flavor itself was not bad, and I enjoyed the creamy lard. The cabbage, which helped balance the saltiness and added a hint of sweetness, did a good job. Unfortunately, the option to add extra lard as a topping, which used to be available, was no longer offered. In conclusion, adding lard as a topping to regular ramen was actually more delicious than the Jiro-style ramen ===========

Visited on Saturday afternoon around 12:00. There was no wait and the restaurant was half full. I ordered the Ajitama Ramen with extra red onions topping for 1000 yen. I requested the noodles to be cooked firm. They offer free rice with unlimited refills, which is great. The ramen was served in just a few minutes. The amount of red onions was generous and I appreciated that. The combination of the onion sauce and the ramen soup created a slightly sweet and salty flavor that whet my appetite. I could taste the chicken oil flavor, but it wasn't too greasy and was easy to eat. It had a meaty taste and made me feel like I was eating a traditional ramen. It wasn't too heavy, which I personally liked. They also provide a variety of condiments on the table for you to customize your ramen. For health reasons, I didn't finish the soup, but pouring it over the rice was delicious! Thank you for the meal!

I went to Iidabashi today after work to try out the Ieieie Iidabashi ramen for ¥800. I had been curious about this chain with four locations in Tokyo. The name "Ieieie" reminds me of the famous duo, and the location is convenient, just a 3-minute walk from the station. The restaurant was a bit crowded, so I had to wait for a few minutes before being seated. I ordered the ramen with seasoned egg and free rice. The pickles on the table were good, and I was happy to see sesame seeds available. Despite the busy kitchen, the staff managed to serve my food in just 5 minutes. The soy sauce broth was rich and flavorful, with a good balance of pork bone flavor. The noodles were chewy and paired well with the soup. The chashu was tender and flavorful, and the seasoned egg was perfectly cooked. Overall, it was a delicious bowl of ramen with a rich and balanced flavor, and it was also a good value for the price. I would like to visit their other locations in the future.

To Kakeya-san, I had my first visit. It's great that rice is always free, right? Rice is essential for Kakeya ramen. I ordered Nori ramen and added spinach as a topping. In my opinion, choosing the firmness, thickness, and amount of toppings is a must in our Kakeya. The soup is on the rich side. It's delicious. The noodles are also to my liking. The balance is just right. It's delicious Kakeya ramen. The cost performance is good too. I might come back soon. Thank you for the meal!

It's about a 3-minute walk from Iidabashi Station East Exit. It's located on the first floor of Plano Mall next to the elevated tracks. Around noon on weekdays, the interior has only a counter with about 12 seats. It's a bit dimly lit and quite narrow, making it hard for people to move around. The staff are energetic and lively. First, you purchase a meal ticket and then take a seat. This time, I ordered the "Noritama Ramen" (900 yen). It arrived in about 5 minutes. When purchasing the meal ticket, you can choose the richness of the flavor. The dish came with 8 sheets of seaweed, seasoned egg, spinach, chashu, and medium-thick curly noodles in a soy sauce pork bone-based soup, which was delicious. The rich soup made me crave rice. It's free, but I hesitated and decided not to order it. As it says in the review, I should have ordered rice! Eating the seaweed soaked in the soup with rice would have been delicious. I regret not ordering rice. It was a tasty and reliable ramen. I will definitely go back. Thank you for the meal!

It's a mild-style ramen. I chose the seaweed ramen, and I was really torn because the marinated egg was so appealing. A free bowl of rice comes with the ramen. The name of the restaurant is written as "YAH YAH YA" at the entrance, and I'm curious about how to pronounce it.
