I visited "Ramen Naotsugu" this time, which only has 4 stores in Tokyo and Kanagawa. However, the same group's "Menya Naotsugu" has 11 stores in 6 prefectures including Tokyo, Kanagawa, Saitama, Chiba, Gunma, and Fukuoka. I visited the store in a twin tower in Aoyama Ichome around 12:30. The seats were almost full, but luckily I was seated promptly. I ordered the salt ramen (690 yen) and soboro rice (250 yen, 350 yen if ordered separately). The food arrived in less than 10 minutes. The salt ramen was simple but the soup had a rich flavor and was delicious. The noodles were straight, medium-thin, and soft. The menma was slightly sweet, which matched well with the soup and noodles. The chashu came in two types, thigh and loin, allowing for a variety of flavors to be enjoyed. The soboro rice had a generous amount of minced meat, but the flavor was a bit strong. Naotsugu originated in Kofu City, Yamanashi Prefecture in 1914. The original dish was "Chuka Soba". The menu had detailed descriptions, showing a strong commitment to quality ingredients. In a time when many ramen shops offer flashy and stimulating flavors, the simple taste and long history of Naotsugu's over 10 stores is a testament to its authenticity. I truly believe that. Next time, I will try the "Chuka Soba". It was delicious. Thank you for the meal.

Even though it was still hot and humid in Aoyama Ichome, I decided to quickly head to this place to avoid getting soaked in the rain. I chose the standard cold noodles with cold Chinese noodles for 980 yen. After waiting for about 5 minutes, the cold noodles arrived. It was topped with boiled chicken, char siu, shredded omelette, cucumber, seaweed, and tomato, with pickled ginger on top instead of red ginger. I added some spicy mustard and started eating. The chewy texture of the curly noodles was reliable, and the tangy sauce was refreshing and delicious. The light chicken char siu was also good. Surprisingly, the refreshing taste of the pickled ginger went well with it. I finished it quickly and it was a delicious meal. Cold noodles with pickled ginger is a good combination.

The only ramen shop in Aoyama Twin Towers. The salt ramen here is relatively cheap in the Aoyama area, so I use it occasionally. This day, I was in the mood for miso, so I ordered miso ramen, but the soup was lukewarm and not that great... It's usually not like this, but due to the temperature and the seasoning itself, it wasn't that delicious. I like the tantanmen and salt ramen here, but this one was a bit disappointing.

After finishing work, I was feeling hungry and guilty, but I decided to treat myself at a ramen shop conveniently located near the station. I had worked really hard today, so I indulged in a ramen with all the toppings. It was loaded with ingredients and very satisfying. I wish the ramen was a bit hotter though. I always pamper myself here! Thank you for the meal, I will definitely come back!

I suddenly felt like eating Direct Hisa's ramen after a long time. I arrived before 11:30 and there were only two customers, as expected. I wondered what ramen to choose as I touched the vending machine screen. Then, the recommended dish, cold noodles, appeared prominently. At that moment, I remembered that today's highest temperature was 34 degrees. Even though the underground was cool, the left brain information overrode the right brain information. Without hesitation, I chose the soy sauce-flavored cold noodles. As more customers entered, my dish arrived. It was quickly devoured with just the right amount of soy sauce and a strong mustard kick. I once again recognized the reason for Direct Hisa's popularity.

Long ago, when I was a child, I used to go to the nostalgic ramen shop called Naotsugu with my parents. I think it was located in the basement of a building in Ginza, and I remember having ramen for around 300 yen. Today, as an adult, I revisited Naotsugu after a long time. Upon tasting the ramen, it had a classic, authentic, retro, or basic feel to it, as it is an old-established shop that has been around since the Taisho era. It was not like the trendy ramen these days, but rather a ramen that tickles something deep inside your heart.

I visited around 7:00 PM on a regular day. I ordered a gyoza beer set for 1000 yen and a chicken salt ramen for 690 yen. It's nice to have a drink at a ramen shop - the beer was cold and refreshing. The 10 gyoza were quite filling on their own. I also had the chicken salt ramen, which was light and perfect for those with a smaller appetite.

It was already quite late for lunchtime, and many nearby restaurants had already finished serving lunch. After looking around, I decided to come to this place for lunch. The restaurant was not crowded, so I sat at the counter and checked the menu. I chose the fried rice this time. The delivery was quick, with fried rice, soup, and a small side dish on the tray. I started with the soup, which had seaweed and vegetables in it. The pickled vegetables on the side were a nice touch. The fried rice was flavorful and had ingredients like shrimp, green onions, char siu, and egg. I was so hungry that I ate it quickly. It was a satisfying meal.

After finishing rugby, we found a ramen shop near Gaienmae and decided to come here. The salt ramen for 680 yen was light with a gentle taste of chicken and a light soup. The gyoza and fried rice were neither good nor bad in taste. The customer service was so-so, but the point is that you can eat quickly.

I was looking for a place to eat on a holiday afternoon and ended up at a restaurant that was not crowded. They were serving Hiyashi Chuka, so I decided to try it for the first time! It was a basic Hiyashi Chuka and it was delicious! The Tsukune Ramen that my companion had also looked really good.

Mr. Naohisa has been here for a long time. I usually go for the "Rich Soy Sauce" when I visit, but today I decided to try the Soy Sauce Wonton Noodles. Hmm, overall it was just okay. The Rich Soy Sauce option has more character, so I think I'll go for that next time!

Fast. Cheap. Delicious. These are the three "i" of this place. 20% off for early customers on weekdays in the afternoon, with a ticket system for payment (various payment methods accepted). Infection prevention measures include wearing masks, hand sanitizing with alcohol, and keeping the entrance open. Amenities provided include paper napkins, toothpicks, and hooks for bags under the counter. Table condiments include pepper (mill), soy sauce, chili oil, vinegar, and ichimi. Background music is J-POP (USEN). The soy sauce ramen is 890 yen. It's cheap, fast, and somehow sweet. The soup is made with chicken (using the most famous Nagoya Cochin chicken) and pork with back fat. The noodles are soft and thin. The chashu pork is also soft, as well as the menma (bamboo shoots).

I had a delicious meal at Naohisa Shoyu Ramen in the New Aoyama Building West Wing B1F, directly connected to Aoyama-itchome Station on the Tokyo Metro. I visited on a weekday at 7:30 pm and ordered the basic Naohisa Shoyu Ramen. The nostalgic soy sauce-based soup was tasty, and the toppings of chashu, egg, menma, negi, and nori were satisfying.

I used to visit this place in Ginza after a long time, usually for lunch between watching movies. The location was convenient, making it easy to use. I discovered this place when I worked near Omotesando, and I would treat myself to a meal on my way to Aoyama-itchome Station. This time, I started exploring from a familiar place within the Twin Building where I now work. Although you can no longer choose the type of noodles like in the past, the traditional Japanese-style ramen is still delicious. Today, I tried the wonton ramen. It's a popular spot, so it was crowded during lunchtime, but I managed to get in this time. After that, it was always too busy, so I had to give up. I'm glad I got to eat here today! It was delicious! Thank you for the meal!

I'm weak when it comes to limited-time offers ☺️ I was happy with the half-boiled egg ✨ The ramen was light and easy to drink the soup, I almost finished it without any guilt. It was a guilt-free ramen! Order: Special soy sauce ramen with flying fish broth (¥980 including tax) Recommended points: * Light * Easy for a woman to dine alone * Fast turnover * Can be eaten quickly (from entering to leaving, it took 15 minutes) * There is a concern that you cannot relax Cons: You can't take your time. Use: Not available for lunch reservations on weekdays Atmosphere: Tables, counter seats Many office workers.

On the way back from Akasaka Library nearby, I enjoyed a meal while reading the books I borrowed. For some reason, I had been craving fried rice all day. The older sister who usually handles the register and serves was efficient and had a lovely smile, providing excellent customer service. There were various condiments available, allowing me to enjoy changing up the flavors. Thank you for the delicious meal.

I visited before 12:00 on a regular day. The restaurant was about 40% full. I chose this place because I was in a hurry and wanted to eat quickly, and it was really fast. LOL. It was convenient. The taste was neither good nor bad. Thank you for the meal.

I visited for the first time during the day, but due to its basic location, the taste was a bit on the expensive side. It had a typical town Chinese restaurant feel, especially the ramen which didn't have a special taste, just a regular soy sauce ramen. I ordered the large portion of noodles, but it felt like a normal serving size. The dumplings and fried rice were also of average, predictable taste. Overall, I recognized it as a shop with a focus on its location only.

I stopped by during the gap between my practice sessions (^_^) If there's nothing else after this, I thought Gyoubi would be a good choice, so I ordered a mini fried rice and 3 dumplings. I was also curious about the ramen, but I wanted to eat slowly, so I resisted. Later, I realized that they offered a set with ramen and dumplings. The restaurant was open until 10 pm, and it was bustling! Some of the set meals were sold out, showing how busy they were. About 6 years ago, a friend who is a chef recommended eating dumplings with vinegar and pepper, so I always eat them that way now. I also added soy sauce and chili oil for extra flavor. Next time, I want to try the dumplings with shiso leaves! The fried rice had a strong presence of ingredients, and the rice grains were nicely separated, making it delicious and easy to finish quickly. Thank you for the meal. Thank you very much (^_^)
