This is a nostalgic restaurant located along the railway tracks, south of Oimachi Station, where I used to visit frequently. They offer only one type of ramen, with options for toppings, beer, and a special ramen for women. They also serve breakfast, with morning ramen starting at 500 yen, making it quite affordable. The menu I ordered this time is as follows: - Special Ramen (Regular) 880 yen The soup is very rich with a strong pork bone flavor, but it also has a good balance of seasoning. The noodles, made by Sakai Seimen, are thick and chewy, perfect for slurping. Opting for the special version adds more toppings like seaweed, chashu pork, cabbage, and an egg. The chashu pork slices were large and satisfying. - Rice (Medium) Free When handing in the meal ticket, they ask if you want rice as a side. I chose the medium size. The rich soup has a sharp flavor, so eating it with rice and seaweed wrapped around it is amazing. They used to offer unlimited rice refills in the past, but unfortunately, that policy seems to have ended, so I savored every bite of my one serving. I suddenly had a strong craving for ramen, so I decided to surprise attack the ramen shop at 10 am on a weekday haha. They offer morning ramen for only 500 yen, which is a great deal. I added some seaweed and cabbage toppings to my ramen, making it a total of 700 yen. You can choose between a small (100g) or medium (200g) portion of rice, and I went with the small size. I like my ramen firm and with extra noodles. First, I took a sip of the soup. It was delicious! The rich and slightly sweet soup really hit the spot for my sleepy morning self. I'm not a fan of overly salty flavors, but this soup was just right. The cabbage was perfectly cooked and went well with the rich soup. I like to dip it in the soup before eating. The noodles were firmer than I expected, almost too firm haha. The short noodles typical of this style of ramen were easy to eat and didn't splash soup everywhere, which was great. I also enjoy making nori rice balls by soaking the seaweed in the soup. Lately, I've been adding a little bit of doubanjiang for some extra flavor. Doubanjiang is quite salty for me, so just a tiny bit is enough. It was so delicious that I finished it all in no time! Eating ramen when you're craving it so badly is truly the best haha. Ah, it was so tasty! Now I'm ready to tackle the rest of the day at work! Thank you for the meal.

On this day, I had planned to go to a certain Chinese restaurant, but when I arrived, it was full and I couldn't get a table. While walking, I decided to visit this place that I had been to a few times in the past. I first ordered my ramen at the ticket machine at the back of the restaurant. When I handed the ticket to the staff, I requested for rice and asked for the noodles to be firm with less oil. In about 3 minutes, my ramen arrived. It had been a while since I had this soy sauce pork bone soup, and after taking the first bite, I found it delicious and my appetite was stimulated. The noodles were chewy and it was a satisfying house-style ramen. It was delicious. Thank you for the meal.

I thought Tokyo was full of family-run ramen shops, and when I felt like eating it, I decided to stop by. The taste and cost performance were better than the family-run ramen I eat in Kansai. Even though it was 11 PM, there were many people, and it was nice that rice was free. Since it's a place I often go to, I want to visit again.

I arrived a little after 3 o'clock at a time that was hard to describe. The staff were very friendly and the service was excellent. I ordered the special ramen with extra green onions for exactly 1000 yen. Even with extra toppings, it was great that it all came out to this price. Since it was my first time, I chose everything to be normal. The ramen arrived quickly and when I took a sip of the soup, it was rich and bold with a mild taste of both pork bone and soy sauce. It was strong but also something I could eat every day, so if this place was in my neighborhood, I would be happy. Perhaps due to too many toppings, the soup cooled down quickly, which was a bit disappointing. They also offered free rice, which was cooked perfectly, so overall, the quality was high. It's not a place I visit often, but it was a great restaurant.

Visited after 23:00. The restaurant was empty. I purchased ramen and added Kujyo negi topping at the ticket machine. I requested firm noodles. After waiting for about 5 minutes, I was served the dish in the photo. The noodles were medium thick curly noodles, with a decent chew but a bit short and difficult to slurp. The soup was a not-too-salty pork bone soy sauce, typical of a house-style ramen. It had a good sweetness and the saltiness was just right. The soup was relatively smooth. The toppings included chashu, seaweed, spinach, and green onions. Overall, the soup was delicious with a good balance of flavors. The short noodles were a bit disappointing, but overall it was decent. Since they are open late, I might visit again depending on the situation. I always thought it was called "Bujutsu" every time I passed by, but after actually going in, I realized it's called "Bujustu."

During my stay in Tokyo, I had lunch at a martial artist's restaurant near my hotel. You purchase a food ticket and place your order. The seating is limited, but I was able to get in quickly due to the short wait time. The staff provided excellent service. This time, I ordered ramen with a strong flavor and extra oil. The rich and oily broth was fantastic, especially with the cabbage topping that complemented the soup perfectly. It was delicious!

During my Tokyo trip over the Obon holiday, I ended up at a ramen shop for a drink. I like tonkotsu shoyu ramen, but I might not visit home-style ramen shops as often. The first bowl is always incredibly delicious, but the aftertaste is always lacking. Not that the ramen at this shop was bad! In fact, it was delicious, even among home-style ramen shops! I wonder when I can visit Yoshimura-ya again.

Every store seems to be struggling with price increases. The toppings on the special ramen also seem to be getting smaller little by little. A regular customer or someone who seemed like a family member was bringing ice cream and drinks as a treat, but it seemed like they were given the ramen without buying a meal ticket in exchange. It's fine if there is a relationship involved, but I wish they wouldn't do it so discreetly, at least not in a way that customers can't see.

Just a short walk from Oimachi Station towards Hankyu line, this place has a unique style of customer service that I really liked. They offer free rice, which is a pleasant surprise. Just a 2-minute walk from Oimachi Station, this place serves authentic "Iekei ramen" made with pork bone and water only, which is great for those who like it late. A bowl of ramen costs ¥700, and you can add nori for ¥100. You buy a food ticket and specify the soup thickness, oil amount, and noodle firmness, which is a classic style. The fact that white rice is complimentary is a nice touch. The noodles are from Sakai Seimen, known for their Iekei style, with a short cut and slightly firm texture. Adding garlic and doubanjiang deepens the flavor. I recommend adding nori to the soup and rolling the white rice in it. Despite the name "Martial Arts Shop," the staff are friendly and not your typical Iekei style, creating a gentle atmosphere. They also have many limited-time menu items, so I plan to revisit. TBS announcer Shinohara was seen enjoying a meal here on a TV show ^^ I visited for lunch this time. The smell of Tokyo-style tonkotsu ramen wafts outside the shop! [Order] Special Ramen (medium size) + Half Rice Order using the ticket machine. Take a seat at the counter. You can choose the firmness of the noodles, richness of the flavor, and amount of oil to your liking, which is unique to Tokyo-style ramen. I was looking for a ramen shop to replenish my salt levels, but many places had closed after the lunch rush around 2:00 PM. However, I was relieved to find this restaurant that was open all day. Arrived in 4 minutes, on a weekday at 2:12 PM, no line. - The restaurant is known for its rich soup, which is a specialty of the Musashi family. They also offer morning ramen with simple noodles for only 550 yen. Rice is free up to 200g! - The staff can come off a bit pushy when asking about preferences. - Today's ramen had delicious noodles from Sakai Seimen, slightly firm with a nice texture. The soup was quite strong even in the default option, so be careful if it's your first time. The unique placement of the roasted pork on top of the seaweed was a nice touch. Thank you for the meal!"

Oh, Oimachi has high-level house-style ramen everywhere! The tonkotsu soup gives it a bit of a junky feel, but at the same time, the soup is smooth and delicious! The special ramen comes with plenty of vegetables and ingredients, so you can get your nutrients and it's very satisfying to eat!

Arrived late on a business trip. Ate dinner quickly, took a bath, and went to bed. Not many open restaurants nearby, getting a little tired of Musashikya, so visited this place for the first time. The staff's greeting is nice. I had the Special Ramen in medium size. Since it was my first time, I ordered everything normal. It was very well prepared and delicious, but I think it might be better to add favorite toppings instead of getting the special. Thank you for the meal!

Visited at 12:45 on Friday. There were 4 people waiting in line outside. You have to buy a meal ticket before lining up. Once you have your ticket, you can enter the restaurant quickly. I had some business at the Shinagawa Ward Office today, so I came here. The special ramen costs 880 yen. Rice is served as a side, and you can choose between a small or regular portion. The small portion was quite small. The pork bone broth was incredibly rich and flavorful, with a subtle saltiness and chicken oil. Some not-so-tasty ramen shops have a weak pork bone soup, but the deliciousness of a ramen shop often comes from the richness of the soup. The soy sauce and chicken oil were subtle, making it easy to eat without becoming too heavy. The ramen came with seaweed, half-boiled egg, chashu, spinach, and a generous amount of cabbage. Cabbage, green onions, and white rice all go well with rich soup. It seems you can have this ramen for only 500 yen in the morning. It was a wonderful dish that I am grateful for, but I worry about the profitability.

If you enter before 11:00, it's morning ramen mode so most of the ticket machines are sold out. The morning ramen seems like plain ramen, so I ended up choosing regular ramen. I've been eating here for years, and the taste hasn't changed much, which is great.
