I went to the restaurant before 8:00 p.m. on Sunday. The restaurant was crowded. It operates on a ticket system. I ordered the Pacific saury ramen (1100 yen) with mixed noodles (300 yen). The restaurant had a small counter with about 10 seats, and it was run by 2 staff members. The noodles were boiled in a pot and the soup was cooked in a small pot. It arrived in about 10 minutes, served on a wooden tray. The tray had ramen, seared pork, seaweed, shichimi spice blend, seared green onions, chopped onions, and lotus root. The noodles were medium-thin and straight, with a good texture and easy to slurp. The soup had a layer of oil on top, keeping it warm for longer. It was cloudy and had a hint of Pacific saury flavor, making it easy to drink. The pork was tender, the chopped onions were crunchy, and the seaweed added flavor. The seared green onions were fragrant and slightly sweet, but some may find the texture too soft. The mixed noodles had sauce at the bottom, topped with fish powder, chopped onions, chopped pork, and seared green onions. It can be enjoyed like a dry ramen dish.

Chuka soba Okurindo Saba Spicy Plus for 1000 yen on weekdays. If you enter at 11:30, it won't be crowded. Just like last time, I added spiciness to the saba. It becomes quite spicy, but it pairs well with the rich saba soup. I really like the noodles here. They go well with the rich soup. Also, they sear the green onions and chashu in front of you with a burner, so you can enjoy the live cooking experience. The aftertaste is a bit of a concern, but I like the feeling of pushing the boundaries. I'm starting to get hooked on this place.

I decided to visit this restaurant again after two years, even though it is located nearby. When I arrived around 1 pm on a holiday, there was a wait for 3-4 people, so I decided to come back later due to the heat. When I returned at 2 pm, there were 5 seats available. I ordered the charcoal-grilled rich Chinese soba set with mackerel for 1,100 yen and a truffle poached egg. The taste of the soup was as expected based on reviews I had read, with a strong aroma of slightly burnt mackerel in the soup, which I enjoyed as a fan of grilled mackerel. The straight noodles had a good firmness, and overall it was a nice combination. The soup was served hot to maintain its heat, but the ingredients were served separately. Regardless, I soaked the other ingredients in the soup to absorb the flavor of the mackerel. The truffle poached egg was delicious on its own, but even better when dipped in the soup. The soup, with its strong mackerel flavor, was delicious and to my liking. I believe this soup would taste good with any ingredient added to it. Next time, I'll try it with saury or salmon. Also, the staff at the restaurant were very friendly and welcoming!

It's really delicious. It's packed with seafood flavors, yet has a thick, rich broth that is half gone by the time you finish eating. Honestly, I wish they would offer it without the chashu and with truffle eggs instead. It's a ramen that you can enjoy anytime, morning, noon, or night.

I visited the restaurant on a weekday night after 7 pm. I was able to enter the shop right away. They use a system where you buy a food ticket upon entering. This time, I ordered the salmon dish!! The soup had a strong salmon flavor and was incredibly delicious! I would like to try other items on the menu as well!

I revisited during Sunday dinner time. This time, I chose mackerel as the base for the soup. Within minutes, a tray with Chinese noodles, char siu, grilled green onions, onions, and seaweed was served. The presentation was beautiful. The noodles were medium-thin and had a good firmness. The soup had a condensed mackerel flavor and was delicious. However, unlike soups with horse mackerel or saury bases, there were no finely crushed bones as accents, which was surprising. The tender char siu, grilled green onions, and the contrast in texture between the diced raw onions showed creativity in the toppings.

I visited before 2 PM on a regular day. It was not crowded and I could enter without waiting. There were plenty of empty seats inside. I ordered the mackerel set meal for 1100 yen. The ramen toppings were served separately on different plates. I think it's to keep them from getting cold and for a better presentation, but personally, I find it a bit troublesome, so I prefer to have them all in the bowl. I think the warm toppings like chashu are tastier. I like the strong flavor of the ramen broth. It's delicious. The noodles also complement the soup well. The onions also go well with the soup. I left some rice uneaten.

I chose the mackerel and truffle simmered egg. The mackerel ramen is unique and delicious. I will definitely come back for more. The soup is smooth and gentle, with a hint of mackerel aroma. The truffle simmered egg is a must-try with its rich truffle flavor. The toppings are served separately to keep the soup hot, but the presentation is beautiful and makes you feel well taken care of. I will choose mackerel again next time, but I also want to try options like saury and chestnut.

Today, I worked at The Prince Park Tower Tokyo. After work, I went straight to a ramen shop I wanted to try for a while! I had a ramen with a punchy horse mackerel soup! It was so delicious that I almost licked the bowl at the end! Next time, I'll try the saury soup! Thank you very much!

I came to this restaurant because my first choice had closed down. I had visited the main branch in Shinbashi before, but it closed due to redevelopment. This was my first time here. I ordered the mackerel set meal. Just by tasting the soup, I could tell it was mackerel. It had a rich mackerel aroma and was delicious. I also ordered the mixed noodles. The soup was so tasty that I enjoyed it like tsukemen style. Thank you for the meal.

Okinomichi Saba Ramen for 950 yen is a ramen shop where you can choose from various seafood options. The presentation is beautiful, with the toppings served separately from the soup. The toppings include lightly seared chashu, charred green onions, and finely chopped onions. The seafood you choose is added to the base seafood soup, creating a delicious combination. I ordered the saba (mackerel) ramen and it was delicious when combined with the base soup. The Chinese-style noodles were also excellent, with a strong wheat flavor that paired well with the soup. Some people may not enjoy seafood soup, but personally I only stick to saba. Thank you for the meal.

◎A popular restaurant that opened in 2021, serving a unique bowl that combines charcoal-grilled flavors with ramen. ✨
◎The soup has a strong, slightly bitter mackerel flavor, with a mild aftertaste that becomes addictive. ✨
◎The medium-thin straight noodles made by Mikawa-ya Seimen have a firm texture that enhances the experience of "eating" together with the soup. ✨
◎Toppings are served separately to prevent the soup from cooling down, allowing you to fully appreciate the flavors of each ingredient and the dedication to charcoal grilling. ✨

Saba (mackerel) ramen costs around 950 yen. I was torn between choosing this place and Izuru, which specializes in dried fish ramen. However, I don't particularly love dried fish ramen, so I decided to go to this place instead. The soup here has the perfect balance of richness and seafood flavor. It's delicious without being too strong, with a distinct taste. The aroma is strong and the noodles are thin whole wheat noodles. The noodles and soup didn't seem to blend well together. It's a shame because they lack harmony. The fragrance is wonderful, and the grilled green onions are a nice touch.

After work on Sunday, I decided to stop by at Hamamatsucho and treat myself to a meal. I was happy to find a seat right away, so I decided to splurge a little! However, the menu was so unique that I had no idea what the flavors would be like. The only thing I had tried before was the Saba Ramen, so I played it safe and ordered that. They served the toppings separately, showing care for the soba flavor. I ordered chopped onions just in case, but after tasting the soup, I realized I might not have needed them! The soup had a great flavor, with no fishy taste and a rich, toasted sesame aroma that made it smooth and almost creamy. If I were to judge it as a plain ramen, it would definitely win! The separate toppings make it feel luxurious, even though it's a reasonably priced ramen. I appreciated the attention to detail in making it look fancy, so I thought it was a good choice.

This is my first visit. After much deliberation, I chose the horse mackerel ramen! The rich umami of the seafood is condensed, and even though it's rich, the soup goes down easily. The truffle eggs also had an amazing aroma and were delicious. The mixed noodles are a must-try. Next time, I think I'll try the mushroom ramen.

Hello, this is Gourmet Actor. I had a sudden craving for rich ramen and decided to visit Okurindo. In one word, it was incredibly delicious. It seems like they put a lot of time into preparing the soup. The rich flavor, of course, was delicious with the fish broth. The restaurant has a clean and upscale atmosphere with a long counter seat. I love dirty ramen shops as well, but I also love authentic places like Okurindo. Sometimes you just crave rich ramen. This time I had the mackerel, so next time I want to try the saury. Here are the menu options: - Charcoal-grilled Rich Chinese Soba with Mackerel: 850 yen / Set meal: 1,000 yen - Charcoal-grilled Rich Chinese Soba with Saury: 950 yen / Set meal: 1,100 yen - Charcoal-grilled Rich Chinese Soba with Chestnut: 950 yen / Set meal: 1,100 yen * Chinese soba comes with "chopped green onions," "charcoal-grilled leeks," "board seaweed," "chashu" * The set meal includes "white rice," "seaweed tsukudani," "miso cucumbers" Address: 1F GS Heim Shibadaimon, 2-1-18 Shibadaimon, Minato-ku, Tokyo Phone: 03-3438-0188 Business hours: Mon-Fri 11:30-23:00, Sat-Sun-Holidays 11:30-23:00 *Due to the spread of the new coronavirus, business hours and regular holidays may differ. Mr. Okurando, who creates soups based on various types of fish that he has relied on several times, seems to choose the soup base depending on the type of fish, such as mackerel or Pacific saury. The soup seems to have become a bit thicker than before. Additionally, the topping of flavored egg is a unique truffle-flavored egg, which is not something you would normally expect at a ramen shop. I prefer a slightly lighter soup and a regular flavored egg instead of truffle.

I ordered the recommended mackerel ramen at a shop I visited during a business trip. The soup was thick and the mackerel was flavorful, making it a delicious ramen. I liked that the toppings were served separately, allowing me to customize the flavors at my own pace. It may create more dishes to wash, but I thought it was a great idea.

I heard that the store opens at 11:00, so I arrived a little early and found that it was already open with 90% of the counter seats occupied. I decided to sit down without waiting in line. The menu was lined with a variety of seafood names that you wouldn't normally expect at a ramen shop, but I had already checked the reviews and chose the mackerel and boiled egg. Toppings like grilled seaweed, onions, boiled eggs, and grilled green onions were served separately. I first tried a spoonful of the soup, and the savory flavor of the grilled mackerel spread throughout. The thin, slightly chewy noodles had a nice texture. I added the toppings little by little while eating, and the rich soup coated the noodles perfectly. As I enjoyed my meal, a small line started to form, but the staff managed to serve the first customers efficiently. I would like to visit again to try different flavors. I noticed that younger customers were ordering mixed noodles and dipping them in the leftover soup like dipping noodles, but it seemed like a large portion so I decided to pass on that this time.

This ramen shop has a wide variety of interesting menu options. I went there a little before lunchtime on a weekday and only had to wait a little bit to get in! However, by around 12:30, a pretty long line had formed and it was quite crowded. As you can see in the picture, there are many different fish flavors available, as well as chestnut and mushrooms. I had a hard time deciding, but since it was my first time, I ordered the classic mackerel ramen with extra chashu topping for 1300 yen. The way it was served was interesting, with all the toppings in separate dishes! The soup was a rich, opaque mackerel broth that was flavorful but not too salty. The noodles were medium thickness and paired well with the thick soup. The chashu was tender with a firm texture, and it went perfectly with the mackerel soup. However, if you want to fully enjoy the delicious mackerel broth, you might not need the chashu. If they offered a chashu bowl, that might be a better option. This ramen was so delicious that it made me want to savor the flavor of the soup and noodles! It was an amazing bowl of ramen.

There was no line before noon on a weekday, but the restaurant was almost full. The smell of fish filled the air like a market, and I purchased a meal ticket from the vending machine. I ordered the mackerel set meal. I didn't have to wait long before it was served in the form of a set meal as shown in the picture. I added condiments and chashu to the ramen myself and ate it. The soup had a significantly strong mackerel flavor compared to other seafood ramen, and it was delicious with a thick texture. The noodles were slightly thin but had a strong texture and mixed well with the soup. Next time, I'll try the mackerel.
