I dropped by casually and the fruity craft beer and meat were excellent. I highly recommend the Komatsu Crispy Potato, thick-cut fried potatoes that were so crispy that I even considered trying to recreate them at home.

The izakaya has an open and spacious counter, tables, and even stand-up seats outside, making it suitable for the upcoming season. The kitchen is run by the owner alone, and the customers are mainly regulars and couples. Sitting at the counter and chatting with the owner while enjoying a drink alone seems like a good idea. [Order] - Avocado with salted kelp 418 yen - Komatsu crispy potato 638 yen - Salted fried chicken 748 yen - Aged cheese Bolognese (full portion) 1650 yen - Daruma highball 528 yen The trendy design glasses for drinks are cute! Many people take photos of their drinks. The avocado with salted kelp is a simple dish of avocado topped with salted kelp and white soy sauce, creating a smooth texture of avocado with the umami of salted kelp and white soy sauce. The Komatsu crispy potato is made from Hokkaido potatoes with coin-cut slices that are deep-fried, served with avocado mayo dip. The outside is crispy while the inside is fluffy, allowing the natural flavors of the ingredients to shine through. This dish is addictive (almost every table ordered it). The salted fried chicken has a crispy coating and a firm texture, served with a soy sauce-based sauce. The Bolognese comes with a generous amount of Parmigiano cheese on top. Today's craft beer on tap: Ramen Boy Komatsu Crispy Potato, Avocado Shio Kombu, Nara Tsukemono Kanda Store is the second time for the beer on tap today, Ramen Boy seems to be inspired by tonkotsu ramen? but it was easy to drink and delicious!! I had two glasses lol And, I also ordered the Crispy Potato that I was curious about. This is so delicious! It's definitely going on my must-order list alongside the Avocado Shio Kombu!! But the biggest charm of this place is how cozy it is. I definitely want to come back... Thank you for the meal!!

The pasta is delicious but feels like it's missing something. The sauce is rich but there might be a little too little sauce for the amount of pasta. Other snacks like crispy fried potatoes are very tasty. The daily craft beer is also recommended.

I used it for the third time. There are many regular customers late at night, but they are all really nice people and it has a fun atmosphere. It seems like a good place to drink alone! You can make friends easily too. The open space is looking really good for the upcoming season.

Craft beer, avocado with salted kelp, Nara's best pickles, wasabi edamame, bolognese, and more - I had been curious about this place for a while and finally had the chance to visit on my way back from a business trip to Fukuoka. The atmosphere at the Hakata station branch was great, very cozy! I tried the avocado with salted kelp, drank plenty of craft beer, and ended with the bolognese. The glasses have cute original illustrations, giving a trendy vibe. - Food: There are various appetizers that show attention to detail and creativity. We shared dishes like "Special Beef Tendon Stew," "Marinated Amberjack," "Avocado with Salted Kombu," "Crispy Chicken Skin Skewers," "Classic Potato Salad," "Kannon Pond Pork Minced Cutlet," "Salted Fried Chicken from Oita Prefecture," "Anchovy Fried Potatoes," "Grilled Dumplings," "Grilled Mackerel," and "Aged Cheese Bolognese." In the west side of Kanda Station's Nishiguchi shopping street, there is a restaurant called Komatsu Kanda that opened in May 2019. It is the first Tokyo store of the successful Hakata-based company, Komatsu Group, and has been featured in various media outlets. The restaurant offers Bolognese dishes during the day and transforms into a chic Western-style bar at night, now also serving ramen until 4:47 in the morning. The cozy interior has small tables and a standing counter, with a selection of Japanese sake available. During a visit around 10 pm, the master, with brown hair, served a delicious hot sake called "Yama no Jyu THE KAN Junmai Sake Yamadanishiki" and some tasty appetizers like wasabi edamame and deep-fried shrimp. The second sake was "Shin Tsuchida" from Gunma Prefecture, known for its simple and pure taste. Overall, it was a unique experience to enjoy Japanese sake in a stylish European-style bar.

We visited the restaurant for Sunday lunch just before 1 pm with two people. The small restaurant was empty with no customers. It seems that there aren't many people around here on Sundays. We sat at a table. Since we came by car, we couldn't drink, so we ordered two portions of aged cheese bolognese for 1650 yen each. They said they can't make a large portion on weekends. We were a bit disappointed as we were hungry. They provided us with water in large, original sour drink glasses. After waiting for about 10 minutes, one portion was brought to us. A few minutes later, the other portion arrived. The meaty bolognese with cheese had a rich flavor. It was delicious. The drinks and snacks looked delicious too, so I thought I'd like to come here for a drink if I'm in this area by train. Since we were hungry, we went to Ishiya Nihonbashi in Coredo Muromachi Terrace and had soft serve ice cream for dessert before heading home. It was a high-calorie day filled with sugar and fat.

Today, I stopped by the "Komatsu Kanda Nishiguchi Shotengai Natural Bolognese Stand" in Kanda for a quick drink. This is a chain store mainly found in Fukuoka, and I was surprised by the great value when I visited their store in Hakata Station. Cheers. First up, the "Mascarpone Black Bean" dish. It's a unique appetizer. Next, the "Crispy Chicken Skin Skewers". They are fried instead of grilled and go well with the sweet sauce. These are definitely worth trying. Then, the "Grilled Gyoza". They are small like those in Hakata and go well with alcohol. The "Corn Fritters" are perfect for summer. Lastly, I had the half portion of the "Aged Cheese Bolognese". It was delicious. Polonese specialty store @ Kanda Standing eating~ lol It seems to operate as a standing eating Bolognese specialty store for lunch. Since it's summer vacation, I ordered a beer but it seems they don't serve it. They are truly focused on their specialty. I had lunch with my wife at this original standing eating Bolognese specialty store. They use fresh noodles with a shelf life of 10 minutes, which makes them chewy. The mountain of cheese is also wonderful. With that, we enjoyed lunch in Kanda.

Comatsu-san, originally from Fukuoka in Kyushu, expanded to Tokyo a few years ago. Even when living near Fukuoka, he frequented a certain shop consistently. The location is about a 3-4 minute walk straight from JR Kanda Station's west exit shopping street (@comatsu.kanda on Instagram). It has a unique style of specializing in Bolognese during the day and serving as an izakaya at night. You can still order Bolognese at night! Despite the limited seating, it has a lively atmosphere with a good vibe that attracts mainly young people. The interior exudes a warm, homely atmosphere with the unique features of this shop being its three aspects: ① cuisine, ② drinks, and ③ service. ① Cuisine... There are numerous dishes representing various prefectures in Kyushu. You can enjoy a wide variety of dishes in one place, such as Fukuoka's sesame mackerel, Oita's toriten, Miyazaki's sumotsu, and more. A highly recommended dish is the Hakata specialty chicken skin skewer (145 yen each). It's not like yakitori but rather deep-fried and then generously topped with a special sauce and pepper, making it a perfect match for drinks. It's seriously delicious and crispy, a must-try menu item. By the way, you can order up to 100 skewers per person. (laughs) ② Drinks... With Kyushu's drinking culture, there is a wide selection of shochu, whiskey, cocktails, and more that will leave you astonished. Among them, be sure to try the lemon sour. It has a sweet taste different from the usual lemon sour, and you can easily have multiple glasses. Plus, the glass is cute and Instagram-worthy. ③ Service... The service is very homey, with many regular customers, but they also treat new customers equally. They engage in enjoyable conversations, making it welcoming for solo customers as well. I enjoyed eating Bolognese at "BIGOLI Kanda Jyu" in Kanda East Exit. The second time, I tried the Hokkaido limited edition ice cream from the royal family's Snow Brand, but it didn't impress me as much. Later, I found a Bolognese specialty store with a similar name to BIGOLI in the west exit of Kanda as the one in the east exit was temporarily closed. I visited the store the next day after going to Isehan opposite it around 11:00 on Wednesday. I planned to have the aged cheese Bolognese, and although there were a few menu options, it seemed like they only charged me ¥1000 for the aged cheese Bolognese. The Bolognese arrived after a short wait, and the fluffy cheese was delightful. The taste was also good, similar to the one at Jyu, but with slightly less meat. Overall, it was much better than the one I had in Shinagawa.

The Bolognese is served in about 10 minutes. It is topped with plenty of Parmigiano cheese. The pasta used is called Bigoli, which is chewy and has a firm elasticity. The rich Bolognese sauce has a deep flavor and is filled with large pieces of meat. It has a satisfying taste and is truly authentic Bolognese. It was delicious!

I visited a restaurant that had caught my eye for a while at lunchtime. The interior had several tables and a counter, all for standing. The menu had only one option, Bolognese. I paid in advance and the food arrived in 7-8 minutes. It was a delicious Bolognese with thick noodles and a large amount of hand-shaved cheese on top. It was really good!
