"It's Ampakamatrontes, isn't it? Just like last time, it was delicious. Oh, that's not it. I have no idea where to cut it. In cases like this, people tend to try to solve it by relating it to words they know. Ampaka = ... Alpaca? Alpacas are creatures native to South America and belong to the camel family. Just to clarify, they have nothing to do with white wine. I looked it up on Wikipedia, so it's probably true. South America is known for its dangerous environment, similar to places like Suginami in Japan! I tried the chicken. The location was almost the same as last week. The seat was the same too. The chewy texture of the chicken was like eating fugu. But it was uniquely moist. My face is unique. Honestly, I've never tried fugu, but this is probably similar... a more upscale version from a high-end chicken restaurant! The recommended white wine was delicious, making the chicken tataki stand out! They brought vinegar and soy sauce-like sauce, but the yuzu pepper on the side was the best. I don't know much, but I think it was best to just eat it with the yuzu pepper. I can't be sure because I don't know much, but that's how I feel. Simple is best in all things, not necessarily, but in the case of this chicken dish, it seems to be the best. And of course, the highlight this time was the presence of white wine! Especially since I'm not used to drinking it, it paired perfectly with this chicken dish! I usually drink red wine at Saizeriya, but my bias against white wine disappeared instantly. Wine is compared because there are red and white wines, but they are actually completely different things, so I thought it was a bit different to categorize them as the same alcohol. The chicken had a chewy texture, and when you chewed it, the umami flavor oozed out, but I think it would have been even better if it had a bit of charcoal flavor. However, the chicken restaurant's style is unique, so it's pointless to compare it to others. I can't remember the name of the wine (laughs), but it wasn't bad, right?"
