【Store Name】Northwest Ramen Sea Bay Ramen ★4.5 【Date of Visit】December 2022 【Payment Method】Cash / PayPay 【Ordered Menu】 - Beef Noodle Special 1000 yen This is the shop's signature menu. It is a soupless noodle dish, but the noodles tend to stick together, so you need to use homemade chili oil, vinegar, garlic oil, etc., to eat it crisply. It was a new and delicious experience. You can enjoy eating it heartily, and it was very tasty. Since there are plenty of condiments, it is recommended to mix them well at the beginning. 【Experience】 Northwest Ramen is a restaurant located in Nihonbashi, Tokyo. I had read an article on the internet that the owner had trained in the home country and opened this shop, so I was very curious. It lived up to my expectations in terms of taste, and I am very satisfied. The interior of the shop has only counter seats, and there is no parking lot.

Why, oh why did I not know about this sooner! News of the closure at the end of September spread everywhere, reaching me as well. A shop that I liked so much was within walking distance! I was shocked by my lack of awareness. Gathering my thoughts, I hurried to visit the shop! I ordered the beef noodles large, with extra sauce and cilantro, along with grilled chicken and a highball! I started with the beef noodles! The aroma, richness, and thick noodles were a perfect match! Adding chili oil and garlic gave it an extra punch, and the highball was the perfect accompaniment. The grilled chicken took about 15 minutes, as they had informed me in advance, and when it arrived, it was cooked just right with Sichuan pepper adding a unique touch. I was tempted to order another highball, but I had over 20 friends waiting for me, so I sadly bid farewell. It's a shame to part ways so soon after just meeting, but I look forward to the day we can meet again! Thank you for the meal!

On my day off, I was browsing through Tabelog to decide where to have lunch, and I came across a comment mentioning that this place will be closing at the end of the month! I had saved it for a while, so I decided to visit for the first time. I arrived right at 11:00, but there was already a line! It seems like everyone wants to have one last meal here, so I ordered the shrimp yakisoba and black fried rice with soup. I added plenty of chili oil, garlic oil, and vinegar from the condiments on the table and finished it in no time! Ah, I really want to go back one more time before the end of the month.

Beef noodles (large serving, thick noodles) with flavored egg @ [Seihokura Men] near Suitengu-mae. I have visited this place several times, but finally had my first experience with flat noodles. About 4 or 5 years ago, I tried a dish with Chinese Fujian Province Xiamen's medicinal soup made by authentic chefs. Both the noodles and soup were a perfect match! Thanks to this soup at this restaurant, I even started to like cilantro. It's such a shame that this restaurant is closing down... I can understand the reasons for the closure, as the owner has clear intentions, but it's still disappointing. There's only a little time left until the closure... and there are still many menu items I haven't tried. I wonder how many more times I can visit. I want to remember the taste in my brain...

I went two days in a row because I loved it so much. On the first day, I ordered the soupless ramen. It was indescribably delicious! The flavor was just right, not too strong, and very easy to eat. It had a complex taste with various seasonings, making it addictive. Adding the table chili oil and vinegar created a whole new delicious taste that impressed me. The next day, I ordered the beef bone broth ramen. It was so delicious that I couldn't help but exclaim "Delicious!" after taking a sip of the soup, even though I was dining alone. I ended up drinking it all up. I ordered the noodles in regular thickness, but as I ate, they gradually softened and became even more delicious. There was no greasiness, just a gentle and delicious broth flavor with the presence of cilantro (which can be omitted), a taste that women would love! Many women dined alone, and the female staff members were efficient and provided excellent customer service with the best smiles. It's a shame that it's ending at the end of September. If it were nearby, I would definitely be a regular customer!

Sui Ten Gu "Seihoku Ramen" Beef Mixed Noodles with Boiled Egg 980 yen. There are 12 seats at the counter of this Fujian cuisine restaurant. The mixed noodles are like Mazesoba, so make sure to mix it well. The noodles are firm, so mix it first and then season with vinegar and chili oil according to your taste. The restaurant is closing at the end of September, so if you haven't been yet, you should go. It's right by Suiten-gu Station. #SeihokuRamen #SuitenGu #FujianCuisine #BeefMixedNoodles

Recommended restaurant near Suitengu Shrine (2-3 minutes walk) with delicious food. The female manager (?) provides a pleasant and welcoming service. The restaurant is known for its tasty noodles and often has a line, but it is easy to find as it is located along the main street. Despite the line, the service is quick and customers are seated promptly. The manager's warm and cheerful demeanor enhances the dining experience. The menu suggestions on the wall are helpful, and the manager is happy to assist with recommendations. The atmosphere created by the manager adds to the overall enjoyment of the meal. The tantanmen noodles with extra sauce topping are recommended, and the side soup is also delicious. If you are in the area of Suitengu Shrine, I recommend giving this place a try. It was a delightful dining experience.

Visited around 1:15 PM on Saturday. Waited for four people, but the turnover is high so you can get in quickly. There are counter seats, so it's safe even for a solo diner. Order by ticket. I ordered 1.5 times the lamb mixed noodles and diced beef topping. The soup that comes out first is delicious! The beef topping is also delicious even when added to the soup. Mix the mixed noodles well and quickly. Mixing well is delicious! They now use a noodle-making machine, but I was reassured by the unchanged deliciousness. It's a unique deliciousness that you can't get anywhere else!

Nishihoku Ramen near Suitengu Shrine in Nihonbashi is a ramen shop that has evolved its own unique style of Chinese herbal cuisine from Fujian Province. They offer both soup and soupless ramen, with a variety of toppings including beef, chicken, and lamb. The Ebi Banmen (large serving, 880 yen including tax) with extra sauce (70 yen) features homemade noodles with a chewy texture, topped with plenty of shrimp sauce and herbs for a delicious balance of flavors. By adding extra sauce, you can enjoy plenty of plump shrimp. The herbal soup that comes with it is also a nice touch. The Gyudon Black Fried Rice (half portion, 480 yen) is a fried rice dish with tender beef that is flavorful without being too salty. When I visited on a Friday evening after 6 pm, the shop was almost full but I was able to enjoy my meal smoothly. Thank you for the delicious meal.

The Northwestern Pulled Noodles is a noodle dish that originated in Xiamen, Fujian Province, China, despite its name suggesting it's from the northwestern part of China. I had planned to visit Xiamen with a friend who is knowledgeable about China, but our trip got canceled due to a typhoon. Recently, I saw on Twitter that the chef had returned from a trip back to Fujian Province after four years and reopened the restaurant, so I decided to finally try the noodles. I opted for the shrimp pulled noodles without cilantro, as I'm not a fan of cilantro and prefer to avoid the strong smell of beef. The dish cost 880 yen, including soup and was PayPay-friendly. The noodles were round and white, and when mixed, had a light and delicious flavor typical of Fujian Province. I also tried their homemade chili oil, which added a nice kick without being too spicy. They recommended adding vinegar, which was decent but might be better suited for the beef version. Perhaps opting for a larger portion or adding another dish would be a good idea for men. The restaurant was busy with a few people waiting in line, indicating its popularity. Overall, it was a great meal, and I look forward to trying something else next time.

I visited this place around 12 o'clock on a regular day, and it was always crowded with full seats. The cost performance is great, and you can experience the feeling of a trip to Taiwan. I went at 11:30 thinking there would be plenty of time, but there were already 2 groups waiting as it is popular. Due to the heat, I ordered the soupless ramen. I also ordered the garlic chive pie, which was beautifully arranged and tasted delicious when mixed with chili oil. It was also delicious to eat the leftover meat with the pie. I didn't have the complimentary rice for lunch. By the time I left after 12, there was a line forming. About 80% of the customers were women. This is proof that the food is delicious.

I made it in time! Today I went to have my favorite cold noodles at Nishihokuramen, who will be on break from July 20th to August 25th. I regret not going yesterday when there was a long line, but today I was lucky to find no line right after they opened at 11am. It was my third attempt, but finally I got to eat it. It was delicious as always, fruity and refreshing. The noodles were excellent and the coriander was a bonus for coriander lovers like me. I have tried various cold noodles before, but this one is my favorite. I would like to try their thin noodles when they come back from their break. Chef, enjoy your well-deserved break and your reunion with your family. I will definitely visit again after your break. Thank you for the meal! #noodlelover

Beef noodles without soup @ 850 yen. I purchased a food ticket and it arrived in 5 minutes. It comes with herbal soup. When mixed together, it is easy to eat with not too much spiciness. You can change the flavor with the fragrant chili oil. The coriander adds a nice touch, which I personally enjoy. The herbal soup has a mild and easy-to-eat flavor.

I had been curious about this restaurant for a while, so today I decided to go and try their Chinese noodles rather than ramen. I was torn between getting it with soup or without, but I ended up ordering the popular soup-less beef noodles in a large portion! It was nice that the regular and large portions were the same price (*´ω`*) The manager gave me a thorough explanation on how to eat it, so I mixed up the beef noodles! The green onions and cilantro added a nice touch, and the spices were flavorful but not overpowering at all! I also tried adding chili oil, vinegar, garlic, and other toppings for some flavor variations, and they were all delicious ( ᵔ⤚ᵔ ) There are so many different options to try, so I'm looking forward to my next visit!

I go to this restaurant irregularly. Today, I tried the shrimp noodles, which were delicious, but I think I prefer the meat dish. I also had water dumplings and dried tofu salad. I enjoyed changing the flavors with the chili and vinegar on the table. The chef is going back to China for summer vacation soon, so the restaurant will be closed. I'm glad I got to go before they closed!

I arrived before noon and was happy to be able to enter without waiting in line. I was torn between the soupless noodles and the ramen, but ended up choosing the ramen. I ordered the large serving of Beef Bone Medicinal Ramen for 950 yen. You can choose whether or not to have cilantro and the thickness of the noodles. The soup is light and refreshing, making it easy to slurp down. You can drink the soup easily. I love the flavor of the meat. The fact that the large serving is the same price as the regular serving is a pleasant surprise. The chili oil is not very spicy, so even if you add a lot, it won't be too hot. The vinegar lacks acidity and doesn't make much of an impact. I had to pass on the raw garlic since I was at work. Unfortunately, the free toppings didn't really change the flavor. They have a good selection of snacks and alcohol, so I would like to come back next time for a night out.

I am addicted to this place, it's my favorite type of restaurant, so delicious!! You select your menu at the ticket machine inside the restaurant, then take a seat at the long counter and hand your ticket to the staff. The staff are all very friendly!! Signature dishes include: - Beef noodles with minced beef, cilantro, and bok choy on top of chewy noodles, it's a soup-less dish. It's best to mix it quickly while it's hot for the best taste. - Beef bone herbal noodle soup, with various Chinese herbs and spices in a clear and light broth, topped with diced beef and cilantro. The staff always ask, "Are you okay with cilantro?" Other menu items include beef tomato noodles, fried rice, beef dumplings, and spicy lamb noodles, all of which are delicious. The restaurant uses different spices and herbs compared to other Chinese hand-pulled noodle places, making it unique. They close when they run out of soup, and you can check their Twitter for updates on soup availability. Recently, there has been a surge in popularity of Chinese hand-pulled noodles.

Located near Suitengumae Station on the Tokyo Metro Hanzomon Line. This is a street-front shop nestled among famous places like Suitengu Shrine and the Royal Park Hotel. It's a counter-only shop, so there may be a small wait depending on the time of day. The mixed noodles are delicious, of course, but they also offer healthy small dishes, making it a great spot for solo dining and casual drinks. There are many noodle shops in this area, but this one is quite good too. I will definitely be coming back for more! (^ω^)

I went for the first time last Saturday afternoon and found out they were unexpectedly closed! They had announced it on social media, so I made sure to check in advance today (lol) Finally got it!! Lamb Meat Noodles ¥950 Lamb minced meat and aromatic vegetables on homemade noodles. The noodles stick together, so eat quickly. It has a mellow scent and flavor like Genghis Khan mixed with udon. I used to dislike cilantro, but now I'm fine with it, so I enjoy Asian cuisine. You can also change the flavor with chili oil and vinegar. It's a dish from Xiamen's Islamic culture, with the original local recipe without any Japanese twist. It was a really good noodle dish that I want to eat 100 more times with different noodle thickness options!

Located near Suitengu Shrine in Nihonbashi, "Seiho La-men" is a ramen shop that has evolved its own unique style of medicinal herb-infused ramen, originating from Fujian Province. Their menu includes both soup and soupless options, with a variety of ingredients such as beef, chicken, and lamb. On this day, I tried the "Shenyang Spicy Beef Sauce Cold Noodles" in a large portion for 1,100 yen including tax. I had it last month and it was delicious, so I decided to have it again. This dish consists of chilled homemade noodles paired with a unique medicinal herb-infused cold soup made from several fruits and vegetables. It is topped with spicy beef sauce, green onions, kimchi, cilantro, and more. The cold soup itself is very tasty and the spiciness stimulates the appetite, making it a perfect choice for a hot day. When I visited around noon on a Monday, the shop was almost full, but I was able to enjoy my meal smoothly. Thank you for the delicious meal.
