The "Premium Tokyo" dressing had a burnt soy sauce flavor that was delicious. The individual dishes, such as the light and fluffy salad risotto and the crispy sweet potato chips, were also tasty. For the main course, I had pizza and my wife had a fish dish. The pizza oven was visible in the restaurant, and the smell of the freshly baked pizza filled the air. I ordered a Margherita and a half-and-half with shrimp Americana. The Americana sauce was rich and delicious. The grilled cod in tomato sauce was also flavorful and delicious. The soup of the day was exceptional, made with salmon bouillon and only salmon, shredded onions, and carrots. The texture was creamy, and I ended up drinking three bowls, despite not being a big soup drinker. The hamburger steak was delicious with a good thickness and tasty demi-glace sauce. The mashed potatoes on the side were also very tasty.
