I visited a popular ramen shop in Ekichika at Yotsuya-sanchome, which is open until around 1 am. The location is 30 seconds walk from Yotsuya-sanchome Station on the Tokyo Metro Marunouchi Line, 10 minutes walk from JR Chuo Line and Sobu Line Yotsuya Station, 10 minutes walk from JR Sobu Line Shinanomachi Station, and 10 minutes walk from Toei Shinjuku Line Akebonobashi Station. The opening hours are from 11 am to 28 pm, but it is certain that they are open until 1 am. There seems to be a possibility that they are open until around 2 am. I went alone around 8 pm on a weekday. This time, I knew that there was a limited-time ramen, so I visited. There is a ticket machine at the entrance, where you can place your order. The menu includes Chicken Pork Soba (820 yen), Chicken Salt Soba (820 yen), Ichigaku Soba (1,100 yen), Chicken Fish Tsuke Soba (920 yen), Spicy Soba (920 yen), Mix Soba (920 yen), and options for extra noodles or toppings such as seasoned egg, chashu, green onion, etc. I recommend the Chicken Pork Soba and Chicken Fish Tsuke Soba, which have a creamy soup similar to a cappuccino. This time, I tried the limited-time Taiwan RED (900 yen). The seating consists of about 10 counter seats only. I sat at the counter in front of the kitchen. When handing the food ticket to the staff, I chose the mild spiciness for the Taiwan RED. The appearance of the dish was not as red as expected, more like a typical Chinese-style tantanmen. It looked appetizing with bean sprouts as a topping. The taste was delicious, with the right level of spiciness for me. The spiciness, minced meat, and miso flavor blended well with the soup and bean sprouts. The thin straight noodles were tasty and matched perfectly with the soup, bean sprouts, and minced meat, making me want to order an extra serving. The portion of noodles was quite generous. It was a delightful meal.

To Ichigaku-san (^-^): I arrived shortly after the opening, so I was the second customer of the day. It operates on a ticket system, with a ticket machine on the left as you enter. This time, I ordered the chicken and fish dipping noodles! After sitting down, the noodles arrived in about 7-8 minutes. Ichigaku's dipping noodles feature both medium and thin noodles, topped with carefully cooked chicken and pork chashu, along with bamboo shoots, green onions, and seaweed. The soup is creamy, made from a blend of chicken bones and pork bones, giving it a unique flavor. I especially enjoyed dipping the noodles in the soup alternately and soaking the chashu in the creamy broth. Ichigaku offers a fresh and delicious dining experience. Thank you for the great meal! ✌︎('ω')✌︎

I came to Yotsuya-Sanchome for work and was drawn to a ramen shop at the intersection in front of the station for lunch. I decided to try the set menu with the catchphrase "Mild Chicken Pork Cappuccino" and a mini chashu bowl. It arrived in less than 5 minutes, and at first glance, the soup had a lot of foam and was creamy. The soup was light and easy to drink, with a flavor that was not too salty, just to my liking. They mix the soup before serving, which added an extra touch and made it delicious.

Located right at the corner of Yotsuya Sanchome intersection, this place offers a unique soup made from a blend of chicken and pork. I decided to give it a try and was immediately drawn to its creamy appearance. The soup had a nice foam on top and a smooth, mild flavor. The noodles were thin and straight, which paired well with the soup. Overall, a great combination!

Near Yotsuya-Sanchome Station, there is a ramen shop that specializes in chicken and pork ramen. I tried their chicken salt ramen as I was looking for something more classic, since their chicken and pork ramen was a cappuccino-style. The salt flavor was gentle and had a nice impression. The soup was delicious and I found myself wanting to finish every last drop. The chicken chashu was incredibly tender and tasty. The noodles were made with strong wheat flavor and cooked quite firm. This ramen might be guilt-free enough to eat every day. Thank you for the meal!

Just a 10-second walk from Yotsuya-Sanchome Station! This ramen shop has an incredible location. I tried the Chicken and Pork Soba (820 yen), which is their signature ramen. They cook chicken bones and pig trotters in a pressure cooker to create a collagen-rich creamy broth. It's smooth and has no strong flavors, making it very appealing to women. The toppings included green onions, shredded red pepper, fish powder, cabbage, seaweed, bamboo shoots, and two types of chashu (chicken and pork). The noodles were straight and thin. Mixing the broth with the sauce changes the flavor to a pork bone and seafood taste. The shop seems to have some significant capital based on its sign and interior, but I'm not sure if it's part of a chain or an independent store.

Visited a ramen shop that caught my eye nearby. It was empty so I got seated right away. The soup looked rich but surprisingly it wasn't too heavy, and it paired well with the noodles and was delicious. The toppings included rare-style chashu and chicken chashu, both tasty. Finished every drop of the soup. A ramen I would like to eat again.

It is located at the intersection of Yotsuya Sanchome. I have passed by it many times before, but I have never been drawn in and always just walked past. On this day, I saw a ramen sign a little further back and suddenly got into ramen mode, so I couldn't help but enter. There were various menu options, but I ordered the tsukemen. I asked for the second spiciest level, with a strong level of spiciness and numbing sensation. I waited a few minutes at the outward-facing counter. What arrived was a nicely red soup ramen. I took a sip of the soup first. It's good, the sesame fragrance is not very strong, but the ma-la flavor is well pronounced. The level of spiciness was higher than I expected, and it seems like I can look forward to trying other ramen dishes as well. I'll definitely go back again.

Foamy soup similar to a cappuccino. The meat was tender, and you can add low-carb noodles for an additional 100 yen. I asked for fewer low-carb noodles, but it seems they couldn't accommodate that. I chose the regular spiciness for the spicy ramen, but it turned out to be unexpectedly spicy! However, as I continued eating, the umami flavor also emerged and it was delicious.

I dropped in for lunch and had the salt ramen. It was a scorching 37 degrees, but the light taste made it easy to finish almost all of the soup. This ramen shop is recommended for summer. Today I had chicken, but I feel like coming back for the pork-based soup next time.

I discovered Ichigaku on my way home after drinking in Araki-cho. Without thinking too much, I decided to order the Chicken Salt Ramen for 820 yen, thinking something light would be good. However, it turns out their most famous dish is the Chicken and Pork Ramen with a cappuccino-like soup. The noodles arrived in about 5 minutes, and they were medium straight noodles with a firm texture. The citrus scent was strong, which might not be for everyone, but it went well with the clear chicken broth soup. I definitely want to try the Chicken and Pork Ramen next time (laughs). Chicken Pork Bone Ichigaku @ Yotsuya-Sanchome (Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo) Ichigaku Soba (Chicken Pork) ¥1,100Extra Noodles (1 serving) ¥150Rating: 3.9/5Noodles: Thin Hakata-style noodles, normal firmnessSoup: Pork bone foam with a mild chicken flavor. Although not mentioned in the restaurant's description, there was a subtle hint of seafood-like savory aroma. Chashu: Low-temperature cooked pork and chicken. The pork had a slightly firm outer layer but a tender and sweet inside, while the chicken was very tender without any dryness. It paired well with the soup. The flavored egg had a rich broth that could almost be a side dish with rice. The extra noodles in the second half were enhanced with the chili oil provided on the table for gyoza, adding an extra kick to the flavor.---Other Information---Available on Saturdays at 1:45 AM when it's not crowded. #ChickenPorkBoneIchigaku #YotsuyaSanchome #YotsuyaSanchomeGourmet

On a holiday around 9 pm, I visited a small restaurant with two friends after eating yakiniku. The interior of the restaurant had counter seats and high tables, and it was almost full with us. The restaurant operates on a food ticket system. I ordered the Salt Ramen with Chicken 750 yen and a Shochu Highball with Lemon 400 yen. The thin noodles with a light yet flavorful soup were excellent! Plus, you get to enjoy both chicken dumplings and chashu. I also tried a sip of my friend's Rich Chicken and Pork Ramen soup, which was creamy but not heavy, and easy to drink. If this restaurant was near my home, I would definitely become a regular customer. Thank you for the delicious meal!

*Right next to Yotsuya-Sanchome Station Exit 1* The shop's specialty is the "Chicken and Pork Ramen" with foam soup. Open until 4 a.m. so perfect for a late-night meal. [Recommended for] Solo lunch, ending with friends, etc. [Crowdedness] Around 10 p.m., it's almost full. Seems like more solo diners during the day, but pairs or groups at night.

I was curious about the Tori Buta Ramen with Chicken Rice for 950 yen. It was surprisingly refreshing, but had a strong chicken and pork broth flavor. It leaves your lips sticky with collagen. Both the chicken and pork chashu were tender and delicious! The menma and seaweed were also good quality. The chicken rice seemed to be cooked in a clear broth, and it was also delicious. I ended up finishing every last bit by pouring the soup over it. I definitely want to go back again.

I was looking for dinner around Yotsuya-Sanchome Station and found Ichigaku nearby, so I decided to try it out. I arrived before 8 pm and there were only a few people inside. I ordered the Chicken and Pork Ramen. I was unsure if it was chicken broth or pork bone broth, but it looked like chicken broth. The ramen arrived in about 10 minutes. It tasted like a pork bone ramen with a strong chicken flavor. The noodles were thin and slightly firm. The soup and noodles combined to create a delicious ramen dish.

I went to the popular ramen shop called Tori Tonkotsu Ichigaku in Yotsuya Sancho-me. I arrived before 7 o'clock and had to wait in line for a bit before getting in. Be aware that you need to buy a meal ticket before lining up. It's quite a relief to find a shop that stays open for long hours on a Sunday night, as many places near Yotsuya tend to close early. I ordered the Ichigaku Ramen with various toppings for 1100 yen, choosing the chicken and pork base. It had a rich and creamy foam, with a unique flavor that I haven't had before. It was rich but not too heavy, and very delicious. The soft-boiled egg and chicken meat were also very tasty. It was nice that you could choose between garlic and no garlic for the gyoza as well.

After work, I suddenly felt like eating ramen, so my senior colleague and I went to a late-night ramen shop. It was a normal place overall, but I was surprised to see a maid costume-wearing staff member serving customers. The shop was small, fitting only about 10 people, and there were around 6 people there when we visited. It might be a good place to stop by before or after work or drinks, especially around midnight. Thank you for the meal! (♡〰️♡)

The pork and chicken cappuccino ramen was a new sensation. The surface of the soup was covered in a meringue-like foam, creating a creamy soup. The flavor was more refreshing than rich. The noodles were thin and straight with a good texture. The chashu included both chicken and pork cooked at low temperatures, both with delicious flavors.

I hadn't been to my usual restaurant for a while, so I decided to go back and have a drink at Yotsuya-Sanchome. We had a fun time drinking as usual, and as we were walking back to the station, we heard someone say that the ramen shop near the station had closed down. But when we went to check, the shop was still open. It seemed like they had changed the layout a bit, with more seats along the wall. I didn't really remember the old layout, but it felt a bit cramped now (laughs). We looked at the menu and my friend asked me if I wanted to try the Taiwan RED ramen. I hadn't even noticed that they had it, but I decided to give it a try. We also added a flavored egg, but it cost an extra 150 yen, so I was short on change. I only had 30 yen left in my wallet, so I asked my friend for 100 yen and managed to buy it (laughs). The Taiwan RED ramen was a limited-time item, and it was really good. It was red in color, but the soup had more umami flavor than spiciness. It wasn't that spicy, so I probably should have asked for extra spice. I've had Taiwan-style mixed noodles before, but this was my first time trying Taiwan-style ramen. It was delicious. I also tried the Hakata ramen with thin noodles, which I hadn't had in a long time. The thin noodles were firm and tasty. As we were leaving, my friend noticed that they also had low-carb noodles on the menu. She's been on a low-carb diet and has lost a lot of weight, so she got excited about trying it next time we go to Yotsuya for drinks (laughs).

Location There is a shop at the corner of the main street intersection, with a large and easy-to-find sign. Interior The interior of the shop is quite small, making it difficult to eat in a relaxed manner. Food Ordered the chicken and pork ramen. The soup has a foamy texture and is very smooth. Perhaps due to the double soup, it is very easy to eat with no strong flavors. Customer Base There are many salarymen. Price It is cheap for the location in Yotsuya. Overall The ramen was undeniably delicious. There are several other main ramen dishes that I would like to try and conquer.
