The restaurant quickly served us even though it was crowded with foreign tourists. The ramen soup had one slice of chashu in it. There was a generous amount of green onions. The bonito powder was individually packaged, which was convenient. We also ordered a lime for 100 yen, which allowed us to enjoy different flavors.

Since my student days, I have been a huge fan of ramen and tsukemen. Whenever I travel abroad, the first thing I crave is authentic ramen and tsukemen. To satisfy this craving, I always arrive at the airport 30 minutes early. There is always a long line at the main store of Rokurinsha in Tokyo Station. I will charge up with some Japanese ingredients and give it my best shot this time as well.

ConsaPo Kawasaki expedition. The expedition is not over until you get home. I visited Rokurinsha at Haneda Airport, which I wanted to eat at. I arrived at 10:30 in the morning, so I was able to enter without waiting at all. I ordered a simple Mori Soba for starters. In Hokkaido, the tsukemen is more fish powder flavored, but here I could enjoy it lightly without feeling that. It was delicious. Thank you for the meal.

Ramen rankings are always dominated by this popular ramen shop at Tokyo Station, where it's common to wait for an hour. Haneda Airport International Terminal is a place where people leaving the country gather. Beyond the "departure gate" at the terminal, you need a boarding pass. Once you pass through the departure gate, you are in a place where only people going abroad can enter. Alongside the famous "Tomita" is the super popular ramen shop, Rokurinsha. Surprisingly, Rokurinsha was located in the international terminal, and on the floor with the duty-free shops after the departure procedures. Rokurinsha is known for having such long lines that they couldn't operate. There is also a Rokurinsha at Tokyo Station's basement, always with a long line. It's like how Matsudo has "Tomita," and Tokyo has "Rokurinsha." Both are normal, but... I got full before leaving the country. Thank you for the meal. Good luck.

I can't remember the number, but there is a famous ramen shop next to the boarding gate, which was amazing! I wish they had one before departure~ (on the 4th floor in the restaurant area!) The prices are not that different from outside, which is great! The taste is consistently delicious, but it's better to secure a seat before purchasing.

The restaurant in front of the security inspection area, except for the ramen shop (Setagaya), closes at 9 pm. As a result, there was a long line at Setagaya. Thinking that I wouldn't make it in time for the security check, I reluctantly left the line. When I passed through the security inspection area and turned left, there was a food court. It was open even at 10 pm. They had tempura, hamburgers, and more, but since I wanted to eat Japanese food before my trip to France, I visited the food court. It was quite crowded. Also, it was difficult to find a seat as they were all taken. (I felt a little sad seeing only foreigners, and few Japanese people heading overseas). I had tsukemen. The noodles were chewy and delicious. The soup was not too heavy and had no distinct flavor, so it wasn't amazing, but it was still tasty. It's airport prices, so it's not cheap, but since I'm leaving the country, I'll consider it as the high cost of living abroad.

The long opening hours are much appreciated. The food was delicious. It's a shop located in the food court, and it was quite crowded here. You can also order noodles with less quantity. The shredded simmered pork was very tasty. I also liked the white part of the boiled egg.

Before the flight, I decided to go to Rokurinsha instead of the lounge for a meal. When I arrived, there was a long line of foreigners, and it took over 40 minutes for about 20 people to place their orders. The taste was quite similar to the main Rokurinsha branch and delicious, but I was exhausted from waiting in line.

Before going through the immigration process, I wanted to try the tsukemen at Rokurinsha, but couldn't find the restaurant and time was running out, so I gave up and proceeded to go abroad. It was just 1 hour until boarding. Carrying a heavy bag with 2 laptops, I walked relentlessly towards the boarding gate, and there it was! Oh! Rokurinsha in such a place. I never expected to find it after going through immigration. Of course, I had to eat it! The counter had a line of customers, including foreigners, but I still had 1 hour left! It's okay. I ordered the tsukemen for 940 yen, which was cheap! Even after going abroad, it was a reassuring price. By the way, the salad, water, and Budweiser I had after arriving in Chicago cost $35, about 5000 yen. This tsukemen is a great deal for foreigners. Eating tsukemen while looking at the airplanes gave me a strange feeling. The firm texture and deep flavor of the wheat noodles. Dip them in the sticky seafood broth and your fatigue will melt away. Enjoying the refreshing taste with yuzu powder while munching on it made me feel happy. Thank you for the meal.

Before going overseas, I felt like eating tsukemen, so I ordered it. I wanted to know if they could serve it hot. I wish they could bring vinegar and other condiments to the table. The taste is the same as Rokurinsha, but somehow it feels lacking. Maybe it's because it's at the airport. But regardless, I'll probably eat it again.

After a long period of pandemic, I finally went on a trip abroad. I visited Rokurinsha Haneda Airport store, located on the floor with duty-free shops at Haneda Airport, after completing the departure procedures. I have used this shop almost every time I use Haneda Airport for international flights, so I may have visited it nearly 10 times already. There are several other dining options on the floor after the departure procedures, but I don't have a good impression of any of them, so I always grab a bite at Rokurinsha. The system is to purchase a meal ticket from the ticket machine, hand it to the staff, and receive a calling bell like a food court, but I had to wait 20 minutes to hand over the meal ticket. Huh? I understand waiting after handing over the meal ticket, but why do I have to wait 20 minutes to hand it over? I don't understand. Despite feeling dissatisfied, I handed over the meal ticket and was called to pick up my tsukemen in 15 minutes. This time, I ordered the Special Tsukemen for 1140 yen and 6 pieces of Gyoza. The soup is a rich and thick seafood and pork bone soup with a velvety texture. It has the typical taste of rich tsukemen and is delicious as always. The noodles are thick and firm, with a sharp edge, thoroughly enjoying the wheat flavor that doesn't lose to the rich dipping sauce. The gyoza, ordered with high expectations because it's from Rokurinsha, was just average. Nevertheless, amidst many shops with poor cost performance in the area, it's really appreciated to be able to enjoy such high-quality tsukemen at this price. *However, the middle-aged lady staff was very unfriendly, so I felt a little sad to think that this tsukemen would be my last meal in Japan, with foreign visitors returning to their countries. Thank you for the meal. I will visit again.

It's a branch of a popular restaurant. I sometimes use it when using Haneda Airport. Their traditional tsukemen was delicious, but with many new tsukemen shops opening due to the tsukemen boom, I felt that while the taste remains unchanged, there may not be a particular need for this place. However, the cost performance at Haneda Airport is excellent, and the quality is universally appealing, so I was satisfied enough.

When it comes to international flights, Rokurinsha is a classic menu option. However, due to its operating hours, I hadn't been in years. Finally, during the Golden Week period, they were open from 4 AM, which was very much appreciated. I waited patiently in line for about 30 minutes, but I was shocked by how salty the ramen was. The Chinese customers nearby were pouring soup over their noodles, which ended up diluting the saltiness. It was disappointing to finally have Rokurinsha after so long.

Today, I visited the Rokurinsha Haneda Airport store located next to the international boarding gates after customs at the third terminal of Haneda Airport in Ota-ku, Tokyo. I departed Japan on February 3rd. As per the receipt, the third terminal at Haneda has become quite crowded, especially after passing through customs. The store is known for its tsukemen (dipping noodles) and ramen, with reasonable prices. This time, I decided to try their ramen. The tonkotsu ramen was priced at 790 yen, with a large serving for 890 yen, including tax. The prices have only increased by 40 yen since the opening, which is impressive. In Japan, this might be normal, but it's unbelievably cheap at just 6 euros. You place your order face-to-face with the staff, receive a buzzer, and wait for it to buzz before picking up your order at the counter. Unlike their city stores, there was no line, and I received my noodles in about 6 minutes. The broth, based on tonkotsu and enhanced with a subtle seafood aroma, was well-balanced. The thick and chewy noodles perfectly complemented the flavorful broth. While not as rich as their tsukemen, this ramen is a must-try flagship dish at Haneda, Japan's largest airport and self-proclaimed international hub. It doesn't lean too heavily on dried fish or animal smells, and the unique thick noodles will satisfy your stomach. I will definitely visit again. Thank you very much.

Visit on Monday at 11:35. No lining up. If I can experience the miracle of not having to wait in line at Rokurinsha, then it's a definite visit for me. By the way, this shop is located inside the security area of Haneda Airport's international terminal, so it's not easy to visit regularly. I ordered the Namachiri Ramen with seasoned seven spices, ajitama (flavored boiled egg), and a beer. I was so excited that I forgot to upgrade to a larger size (lol). The beer was a 350ml can of Asahi Super Dry. It was a bottle last time, but this time it's a can. The food, being from Rokurinsha, was of course delicious. They also have soup refills. The style is where you scoop it yourself at the counter. Thank you for the meal!

I visited the famous ramen shop Rokurinsha that everyone has probably heard of at least once. I ordered the Special Tsukemen, large size, for 1,080 yen plus 100 yen for extra toppings (flavored egg and shredded pork). First of all, the rich and flavorful soup that Rokurinsha is known for is absolutely delicious. The soup is cooked for a long time with a large amount of ingredients, resulting in a satisfying richness and umami flavor. The soup base is made from pork bones, chicken bones, and also includes flavors from dried fish like dried sardines and mackerel, offering a deep and enjoyable taste. The noodles for the tsukemen are smooth on the surface yet have a strong chewiness, providing a satisfying texture. The wheat aroma of the noodles is also prominent, enhancing the overall experience of the delicious tsukemen. After finishing the meal, I was able to enjoy a soup refilling called "soup wari," which is a fish-based broth with added yuzu citrus that seeps into your body after eating, leaving a fully satisfying taste until the very end.

This Ramen shop at Haneda Airport International Terminal is located inside the security area. Perhaps due to this, or for some other reason, there was no line at all. Surprising. I visited in the early morning (around 10:20), so that might be why. As I started eating, a few customers began to trickle in. But the line didn't get too long, maybe around 5 people at most. Definitely a hidden gem as a Ramen shop, but being inside the security area makes it difficult for regular visits (lol). I ordered the "Ajitama Tsukemen Large (tax included 1140 yen)" and a "Bottled Beer (tax included 500 yen)". The size of the bottled beer was a small bottle (334ml). There were many foreign customers, and there was even a brave soul who only ordered "gyoza" (lol). Well, it's their choice. Compared to the Rokurinsha at Tokyo Station, I felt that the noodles were a bit chewier, but still delicious. Thank you for the meal!

Instagram Tokyo Rocks Due to the influence of the coronavirus, this place is currently closed. I actually visited over a year ago, but since I had a draft review saved, I'm posting it now. I've been here a couple of times and this time I just had a craving for ramen. I've been to their other branches as well, but honestly, it's not really my cup of tea. However, it's been popular for years so it's really just a matter of personal preference. I had it before leaving the country this time, and it was delicious. Thank you for the meal.

One great thing about having ramen at Rokurinsha before a flight is their long opening hours, which provides a sense of security. You can fill up on their consistent and delicious tsukemen before boarding the plane, which is pure happiness. The taste is always reliable, and the soup split is also delicious. The tsukemen here is perfect.
