I found this place on Instagram and had been wanting to visit for a while. Finally, I had the chance to go today. They are usually open on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays, but they were also open today, a public holiday. There are three tables inside, so I recommend making a reservation if you plan to eat in. I ordered the "Yokubari Plate" (scone sandwich, lemon cake, tart) and a cafe latte. The cafe latte was so cute that I almost didn't want to drink it. The scone sandwich had Shine Muscat, Kyoho grapes, and mascarpone cream, which was not too sweet and allowed the fruit flavors to shine. It was delicious.

I visited a cafe in Akasaka with a peach dessert that I saw on the shop's Instagram. I ordered a Darjeeling tea (550 yen), a peach cup shortcake (800 yen), and a Shine Muscat tart (850 yen). I had made a reservation for Sunday at 11:00, so when I arrived at the shop at 11:00, there were no other customers yet. It seemed like I was the only one with a reservation at that time. From the opening time, there were many customers coming in for takeout. By 12:00, all three tables inside the shop, including mine, were full. The peach cup shortcake was a special treat with fluffy sponge cake, custard-filled cream, almond cream, and chunky peaches. Even after eating the cute peach on top, scooping the inside of the cup revealed more peaches inside, which was delightful. The cream was not just whipped cream, which was great for me as I'm not a fan of whipped cream. The Shine Muscat tart had a crispy tart crust filled with plenty of homemade blueberry jam, custard cream, and Muscat grapes. The addition of cream cheese and lemon zest added a refreshing touch, making the tart delicious as well. The atmosphere of the shop was lovely, with a small number of seats allowing for a calm and enjoyable dessert experience. Being able to make reservations online made it easy and reassuring to visit even on weekends, so I look forward to visiting again soon. I had a delicious time on this day as well. Thank you for the meal.

A calm shop located down a side street after a short walk from Akasaka-dori shopping street. This shop is open only on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays! They offer cute and delicious baked goods and cakes that make great gifts. Since the seating is limited, it is recommended to check in advance! Among them, the banana cake was incredibly delicious. You can also relax with their homemade drinks and animal-shaped cookies. Fruit roll cake ¥650, Vanilla banana cheesecake ¥650, Cookie canelé ¥400, Cafe latte ¥630, Lemonade ¥650

A cozy café and pastry shop in Akasaka. This is a Western confectionery shop located in the "Akebonobashi Street Shopping District". It is open only on Fridays to Sundays, offering take-out sweets and a café space where you can relax. I visited in the evening and enjoyed some lovely pastries. I tried the Fruit Roll Cake, Gateau Chocolat, and Earl Grey Tea Ice Cream. When you order a cake from the showcase, they serve it on a cute plate with decorations. The cream was delicious and the cakes were simple yet tasty. The staff were very kind and made the café time enjoyable. Thank you for the delicious treats.

I purchased cakes from a shop called "Living with Cafe and Sweets" located about a 5-minute walk from Akebonobashi Station. It is situated in a small alley off the Akebonobashi shopping street. This area around Akebonobashi and Sumiyoshi-cho used to be called "Tanimachi" because it is at the bottom of a valley and has many slopes. I bought Basque cheesecake, banana cheesecake, and gateau chocolat. They also had a variety of baked goods like cookies and canelés. When I tried the Basque cheesecake at home, it was delicious! It was a shop where you could feel their dedication to quality.

Located in a side street off the small shopping street of Akasaka, away from the hustle and bustle, this shop is situated next to a staircase with a weathered wooden door that adds to its charming atmosphere.
- Order:
Banana and Cheesecake (650 yen)
This cheesecake is incredibly rich, with a taste of both cheese and banana. The gentle sweetness of the banana blends well with the creamy cheese. It's delicious! The creamy texture of the cheese and the banana complement each other perfectly, creating a harmonious combination.
- Notes:
The shop is open only on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. The staff are friendly and welcoming. There are small tables inside where a few people can sit and enjoy their treats. The lovely wallpaper and overall ambiance make it a recommended spot for a visit.

I finally had the chance to visit a cute little shop that I had been wanting to go to since it opened last year. Located in a small alley off the shopping street in Akebonobashi, the shop has a cozy eat-in area, but it was full on the day I went, so I opted for takeout. I purchased the Special Melon Cup Shortcake for 800 yen and the Lemon Cake for 380 yen. The Special Melon Cup Shortcake was incredibly fresh and juicy, with a light cream that complemented the sweetness of the melon. The Lemon Cake, in its familiar shape, was adorable! The moistness of the butter and the refreshing taste of the lemon were perfectly balanced. The staff at the shop were very friendly, and I definitely want to visit again. I also want to try dining in next time.

I visited with a friend and made a reservation because I really wanted to eat there. I later found out that you can also reserve the desserts. I unknowingly only reserved a table, but I was happy to be able to eat the fruit cake I wanted, as it was the last one available. The fruits used in the cake change with the seasons, and in May it was strawberries. It was a small shop, but it was crowded with people. The owner was also calm and the atmosphere was lovely. If I lived nearby, I would want to get takeout.

I wanted to visit a cake shop and a confectionery shop! The small shop had 3 seats inside and was full when I visited on a holiday afternoon, so I had to wait outside in the rain. They said they would call when a seat became available. After a short wait, I was able to enter. Inside, there were many baked sweets. The showcase had three tiers with various cakes lined up. The sparkling strawberry tart caught my eye. I also noticed the Swiss roll that I had seen in the photos, so I chose both. With a one-drink minimum, I ordered a hot caffè latte. My friend ordered a yuzu soda. When we enjoyed our treats inside, they gave us a cute cookie on a plate, either a cat or a hedgehog. The hedgehog cookie was adorable! The cookie was firm and delicious. The strawberry tart had a good balance of acidity and sweetness with plenty of strawberries on top. The tart crust was just right in terms of texture, and the cream, made with two types of cream, was deliciously sweet. The Swiss roll had a dense and chewy texture, with various fruits inside for a delightful experience. The café latte was beautifully decorated with latte art and tasted rich and delicious. I also purchased a lemon cake for takeout. The shop also offers takeout options with a variety of items that would make great gifts. The shop has limited seating, so it may be difficult to relax and stay for a long time, but it is a cute and cozy place. Thank you for the meal.

A popular cafe and pastry shop open only on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. They offer a wide variety of sweets and drinks, allowing you to create your own customized dessert plate. Of course, you can also order items individually or for takeout. I made a reservation for this visit. While they do have seats available on the day, it's a popular spot, so I recommend making a reservation even on weekdays. It is said to be part of the same group as "movecafe," "cotocafe," and "cafe wall" in Shinjuku, and indeed, it was a wonderful cafe space.
For this visit, my choices were a mandarin orange roll cake that caught my eye, a mango tart, and a cookie canelé, paired with a pineapple cream soda. The roll cake, boldly wrapped in slices of mandarin oranges with fresh cream and sponge, had a refreshing taste of sweet fruits and a subtle egg aroma in a fluffy cake. The tart featured a creamy mango filling on a crispy and light tart crust. It was generously sized and satisfying to eat. The cream soda had a mild sweetness and a crisp soda texture that paired perfectly with the desserts. I would like to try other sweets such as cheesecake, so I plan to visit again soon.

A cafe located a few minutes' walk from Akasaka Bridge. It is only open on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. I made a reservation for Sunday lunch. Reservations can be made a few days in advance as it is not too crowded. It is recommended to make a reservation before going. You can also request to hold items, but there were no items that had run out. After being seated, you can order while looking at the showcase, pay, and then have your order brought to your table. Everything looked delicious, so it was hard to choose, but I ended up getting the fruit roll cake, strawberry tart, Basque cheesecake, and canelé. They were all delicious with gentle flavors. The roll cake was fluffy, the tart had a delicious crust, the cheesecake was very creamy, and the canelé was moist. There are also scones filled with fresh fruit or compote that I would like to try next time. The baked goods also look delicious, so it's worth getting some for takeout as well.

〈Features〉Located a 3-minute walk from Akasaka-mitsuke Station, this patisserie is open only on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. Originally selling baked goods only through an online shop, they opened a physical store in Akasaka-mitsuke on May 20, 2022. They offer eat-in options and accept reservations for pick-up orders. 〈Menu〉・Fruit Roll Cake (650 yen)・Abundant Strawberry and Berry Tart (750 yen)・Cookie Cannele (400 yen)・Basque Cheesecake (650 yen)・Elderflower Soda (650 yen)・[Ryukyu Tea] Royal Milk Tea (600 yen)I visited this place after my friend made a reservation in advance. The sweets displayed in the showcase and the baked goods next to the register were all so tempting that I wanted to try everything. Everything I tried was delicious, but my favorite was the Basque Cheesecake. Its moist and creamy texture was just irresistible!! When dining in, the staff beautifully plate the sweets you order. However, with only three tables for 2 to 4 people, seating is limited, so reservations are a must for dining in. The staff was very kind and thoughtful, which was lovely. I would love to try other sweets, so I definitely want to visit again. Thank you for the wonderful meal.

I wanted to meet that cute cake, so I went to a cafe near Akasaka-mitsuke Station with a pastry shop. I ordered a Sakura Whole Strawberry Tart (750 yen), a Berry Tart with plenty of strawberries (750 yen), and a Cafe Latte (600 yen). I visited at the end of April and was able to enjoy the last cherry blossom sweets. I had actually made a reservation a while ago, but I had to cancel it that day due to feeling unwell, so this time was my revenge! I had a reservation for 12:30 on Sunday, and during this time, out of the 3 seats available, 2 were reserved and 1 was available for walk-ins. I was torn between choosing the cherry blossom or strawberry tart, but since the cherry blossom season was almost over, I decided to have both! The strawberry tart had delicious custard, berries in the tart crust, and the strawberries themselves were full of flavor. The Sakura Mont Blanc had a cream with a spread of cherry blossom flavor, pink powder sprinkled with powdered sugar, and the taste of pickled cherry blossoms. The tart crust also had matcha and sweet red bean paste, allowing me to enjoy a Japanese-style tart. In addition to strawberries on top, there was a whole strawberry inside as a delightful surprise. The cute latte art on the Cafe Latte was very soothing. The staff were kind and provided attentive service. In popular restaurants, when the inside gets crowded and customers are waiting outside, you might feel pressured to finish quickly and leave, but this place allows you to reserve a seat, so it's nice to be able to take your time and enjoy your tea at your own pace during that time. I would definitely like to visit again. I enjoyed my meal on this day as well. Thank you for the delicious food.

At a visit to a sweets shop in Akebonobashi, following the original strawberry daifuku at "Daikakudama-ya," I arrived at "Cafe no aru Kurashi to Okashi no Omise." Located on Akebonobashi Street near Akebonobashi Station, the shop is nestled in a small alley off the main road. There was a small line of customers waiting outside the shop, so I joined them. If there are already three customers at the register, they kindly ask you to wait outside. The staff came out to ask if I wanted to dine in or take out. I opted for takeout this time. After a short wait, I was ushered inside the charming shop, which had limited seating and a cozy cafe area. I thought I'd like to visit the cafe someday. The shop offered a variety of cute baked goods and tempting cakes, but having already purchased sweets from other shops, I restrained myself and only bought three items: a scone for 300 yen (I chose plain over chocolate chip), a chocolate terrine for 400 yen (smooth and rich with a delightful nutty flavor), and a butter sablé for 350 yen (which I have yet to try, but it looks promising). The scone was delicious with a crispy yet fluffy texture and a simple, flavorful taste. I'm sure the chocolate chip version would be just as tasty. The chocolate terrine had a silky, melt-in-your-mouth texture and a rich chocolate flavor with a hint of nuts. Although small in size, it was satisfying. I haven't tried the butter sablé yet, but it looks delicious. I enjoyed the scone and chocolate terrine, and I look forward to trying more of their sweets. The staff were friendly, and I would love to visit the cafe in the future.

Strawberry crumble cheesecake for 650 yen, payable with PAYPAY. This shop is only open on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays in the shopping street. They have many cute foods. The cheesecake had sweet and sour strawberries, which were delicious. The leaves on top seemed to be for flavoring but were difficult to eat.

A 3-minute walk from the A2 exit of Shinjuku Line Arayabashi Station. The black window frames and antique British door give the place a stylish and fairy-tale-like cute appearance. The eat-in space has 2 table seats and box seats. The Sakura Strawberry Tart (750 yen) features a matcha tart with sweet red beans, whole strawberries, and plenty of sakura bean cream. The sakura bean cream has a scent similar to sakura mochi, with a hint of sakura sweetness and saltiness. The thick sakura cream is balanced out by the acidity of the strawberries and raspberry sauce. The Sakura Bean Butter Scone Sandwich (650 yen) is a limited edition item only available in-store. It can be reserved for takeout. The scone is assembled with sakura bean, strawberries, salted butter, whipped cream, and strawberry jam upon ordering. It is topped with a sakura-shaped chocolate. The scone is crispy on the outside, moist on the inside, and has a satisfying texture. The combination of the sweetness of the sakura bean and the saltiness of the thick butter is irresistible.

I made a reservation and revisited the cafe. When I ordered a cafe latte, it came with cute latte art! The cakes had also changed since my last visit. However, I was surprised to find out that I could only stay for an hour and a half, and was suddenly told that I only had 10 minutes left. I hurried to finish my drink.

There were only 3 seats available so I made a reservation in advance, which was a great decision! It seemed to be a very popular place as customers kept coming in and leaving without a reservation. The caramel milk here is really delicious! I will definitely go back for it. I also made a reservation for the sweets in advance.

An online shop that sells cookies and baked goods has opened a physical store in a shopping street. It is located a 3-minute walk from exit A2 of Toei Shinjuku Line's Akebonobashi Station. The shop has a stylish and cute appearance with black window frames and an antique door that looks like it came out of a fairy tale. The eat-in space has 2 table seats and box seats. When I ordered a fruit roll cake and a scone sandwich, they served it on one plate along with a hedgehog cookie. The eat-in option is one drink per person. The fruit roll cake (650 yen) is colorful with strawberries, kiwi, and oranges. The sponge cake is soft and fluffy with plenty of cream and large fruit pieces. The combination of the sweet cream and the acidity of the strawberries and oranges is perfect. The kiwi is sweet and firm. The scone sandwich (650 yen) - only available for dine-in, not takeout - features fresh strawberries, raspberry jam, and mascarpone cream, with strawberries available from mid-November. The sliced strawberries, berries, and cream on the scone look cute. The scone has a fragrant wheat aroma and a crunchy texture. The cream is not too sweet, allowing the sweet and sour flavors of the strawberries and berries to stand out. Around 12:30 on a weekday, there was one group of customers dining in, and by the same time, there were 10 groups waiting to dine in and 2 groups for takeout. The eat-in area was full by 12:30. Reservations and phone-in orders are accepted. The shop is busy with takeout customers, so it may be difficult to stay for a long time.
