This is a cafe & Italian restaurant located on the first floor of a building along the Denboin-dori in Asakusa, which opened 7 years and 2 months ago in May 2016. There are two sister stores: LaVASARA CAFE&GRILL Asakusa store, which opened in May 2016, and Lavasara Annex, which opened in August 2023. As of May 2023, there are 21 remaining stores after one store closed. The interior of the restaurant has a calm atmosphere with a dark brown color scheme. There are table seats lined up on the left side upon entering, with a total of 46 seats, making it relatively spacious. During the visit, about 20% of the seats were occupied. The customer base is 50% male and 50% female. The service is provided by one male staff and one female staff, both of whom are polite. The menu includes items such as rich Gateau Chocolat for 770 yen (tax included), today's gelato for 660 yen (tax included), Asakusa French Toast with Strawberry & Milk for 1320 yen (tax included), Asakusa French Toast with Chocolate & Banana for 1320 yen (tax included), Asakusa French Toast with Mont Blanc & Nougat for 1320 yen (tax included), Pistachio and 3 types of Lambolez for 1650 yen (tax included), Ripe Pineapple and Mascarpone Mousse for 1650 yen (tax included), today's fresh fish carpaccio for 1320 yen (tax included), domestic chicken liver mousse for 990 yen (tax included), Kadaif rolled with Shingen pork for 1430 yen (tax included), and Temple pepper fritters for 1100 yen (tax included). For cafe items, they offer coffee (Hot/Ice) for 660 yen (tax included) and Americano (Hot/Ice) for 660 yen (tax included). I ordered the Asakusa French Toast with Strawberry & Milk for 1320 yen. The French toast was served 9 minutes after ordering. It was topped with plenty of milk, whipped cream, strawberries, and vanilla ice cream on a large white round plate, with raspberry sauce and powdered sugar decorating the edges. The milk-soaked fluffy French toast, combined with whipped cream, strawberries, and vanilla ice cream, was delicious. The atmosphere inside the restaurant is calm with a dark brown color scheme. The service was very kind and polite. Orders are placed using a smartphone order style by scanning a QR code. Various cashless payments are accepted for the bill.
