Upon entering the restaurant with the flyer in hand, I received a complimentary Asahi draft beer. It was around 8:00 pm when I entered, and there were two regular customers at the counter and two people seated at a table. I handed them the flyer and ordered a mini-sized 120g US beef sirloin steak (Minits) as my main dish, along with some fried potatoes. The beer arrived first, followed by a complimentary appetizer of fried potatoes. I ordered a second serving of the potatoes while waiting for my sirloin steak. It seemed like it was taking a while, and I couldn't help but wonder if it was frozen. The regular customers at the counter were engaged in lively conversations. Finally, after about 50 minutes since entering, my US beef sirloin steak (Minits) was served. Unfortunately, it wasn't as good as I had hoped. It's time to move on to the next place.

After watching a movie and taking a leisurely stroll, I visited a unique beer bar near the nearest station. The bar is located underground, so you wouldn't notice it unless you regularly pass by and look at the sign. I ordered a German Leavenbroy (White Label) sirloin steak, Young Man size for 1100 yen. First, I toasted with German Leavenbroy White Label beer. The taste was subtly refreshing and went well with the snap peas appetizer in a sweet and sour sauce. After a few minutes of waiting, the sirloin steak arrived. It was seasoned with wine butter sauce, and the saltiness of the meat paired perfectly with the melted wine butter on top. The steak was cooked just right, juicy, and had a great texture that complemented the beer. Unfortunately, the beer I wanted to drink was sold out, so I plan to visit again!

When I got off at Shimokasuga Station, I saw the words "World Beer" near Book Off that had always caught my eye, so I finally decided to visit. The inside of the shop had a bar counter and table seats with a blue light theme. The age range of the people sitting there was wide, showing that the shop is loved by the local community. I ordered a Hoegaarden White draft beer and my companion ordered a Singapore Sling. They were both delicious. The appetizers were warm broccoli and salmon marinated in lemon. Both were tasty. The dishes I ordered were: - Tuna and avocado with wasabi (eaten on French bread) (★★★) - Potato cream gratin (★★★) - Spinach curry (eaten on a small naan bread) (★★★) - Fried chicken gizzards and ginkgo nuts (★★★★) The chicken gizzards were softer than those in yakitori.
