Birdki always has a long line. They love offal, so I chose nankotsu for 150 yen, hatsu for 180 yen x 2, and tan for 170 yen. There's no way the charcoal-grilled yakitori isn't delicious! There's a space right next to the restaurant where you can eat immediately after ordering. I wonder if the beer will come out with the order?

This is a shop that I often passed by but never tried before. One day, I decided to stop by when I saw a few people lining up. I bought several types of yakitori, karaage, and dashimaki tamago. Everything was delicious! Especially the liver yakitori was fresh and had no strong taste. The tsukune was also very tasty! The seseri could have used a bit more salt, but the meat was still good! The karaage had a strong chicken flavor and was absolutely delicious. From now on, whenever I pass by this shop, I will definitely stop by to buy some food!

I visited the restaurant after it had been open for a while. If you take the A2 exit from TX Asakusa Station and go straight, you will see the sign right away. Today, I bought 2 pieces each of liver, bonjiri, seseri, negima, tsukune, tataki, and tebasaki. The total came to 2,462 yen. I also bought some side dishes at the Life across the street and took the TX train back home because it was too hot to walk with the food. Even though the food had cooled down, it was still delicious and convenient to buy. It also came with sauce.

You can also customize your own yakitori bowl at home. I visited Asakusa Toriki on a weekday at 2:00 pm and ordered various items to eat at the on-site seating area. The total came to 690 yen for items like tsukune (meatballs), chicken skewers, and chicken skin. I requested all items to be served with sauce, and found the regular chicken skewers more delicious than the Hinata chicken skewers due to their distinct smoky flavor. The friendly owner is accommodating and I also took some items home, which I later customized with ingredients like shiso leaves, seaweed, and sesame seeds for a delicious homemade yakitori bowl.

Tonight, I was wandering around wondering what to drink, and I noticed that there was no one at Toriki, a place always crowded with customers! So, I decided to go for yakitori! I prefer salt seasoning, so I ordered one of each with salt seasoning: Hinata chicken yakitori (150 yen), chicken wings (180 yen), chicken cartilage (130 yen), gizzard (110 yen), and garlic (150 yen). Including consumption tax, the total came to 777 yen. Oh, triple seven! It made me happy (laughs). Now, I'm going to enjoy drinking at home! They packed the yakitori in a plastic container without a lid and a plastic bag, so I took them out and arranged them on a plate. They look so delicious. The yakitori was a bit tough, but the chicken cartilage was crunchy, and the gizzard had a great texture. And all of this for only 110 yen each! They were all fragrant, perfectly grilled, and delicious. I must try the liver and chicken wing dumplings next time. I will definitely come back. Located on Kokusai-dori. Just a 3-minute walk from Tsukuba EXP Asakusa Station, a 10-minute walk from Ginza Line Tawaramachi Station, a 12-minute walk from Asakusa Line Asakusa Station, and within an 11-minute walk from Sensoji Temple. Ryutaro, where you can get a draft beer for 100 yen and gyoza for 300 yen, is also nearby.

When I was little, there was a shop like this nearby. You can easily eat yakitori with your pocket money. Here, you can enjoy young chicken and brand chicken at a reasonable price. I ended up eating standing up after a long time! It was delicious. I want to stop by this shop again soon!

After watching a performance at the Toyo-kan, I casually visited a shop that had caught my eye before. No matter when I go, there are always customers. I bought 2 pieces of grilled chicken with salt, chicken skin, and chicken tongue with salt for 600 yen. Even when they cooled down, they were still delicious. This definitely goes well with beer. I have to come back again.

On my way back from Fruit Parlor Goto, I suddenly remembered there was a yakitori restaurant around here. I approached it by following a big sign. When I arrived, there were customers leaving and others waiting in line. Some items were already sold out. When it was my turn, I asked about the liver, but they said it would take some time to cook. Since I didn't have time to wait, I just ordered what was available. The tsukune, bonjiri, and yakitori were all slightly warm and delicious due to the quick turnover.

People have started calling me an old man at some point... Yakitori takeout. They sell yakitori for takeout, cooked in the kitchen. It's great to be able to enjoy this authentic yakitori taste at home. The saltiness of each skewer was perfect and delicious. It was a feast.

Asakusa Toriki. Located in Kita-Asakusa, just north of Asakusa Rokku. I happened to come across this delicious-looking yakitori restaurant on a street I passed by. I parked my car and went to buy some. I tried the negima (salt) for 150 yen and the liver for 110 yen. Both the negima and the liver were delicious. I also brought them home, so they were a bit cold by the time I ate them, but they were still delicious, so it's the real deal. I may not have many opportunities to buy them, but if I come to Kita-Asakusa again, I will definitely stop by. Thank you for the meal!

A takeout specialty yakitori restaurant. The cost performance is decent, the portions are generous, and the yakitori is delicious with a good grilling. The sauce is not too thick or too sweet, just the right balance. The brand chickens like Hinata-ji and Hinan-ji were also delicious. Asakusa is a city with many events, starting with festivals, and whenever there is an event, a large number of people gather at our house. In such times, we always rely on making a reservation by phone in advance. First of all, karaage! Both my husband and children love karaage, and they like Toriki so much! The prices are reasonable, and all we have to do is make a reservation by phone and pick it up! Just thinking about buying raw meat for a large group, marinating it in sauce, and frying it is tiring, but Toriki is definitely the best choice! I like salt yakitori. The children love the tsukune with sauce. Once, on a cold winter day, when I couldn't find chicken meatballs at the supermarket to make hot pot, I asked Toriki if they had any uncooked tsukune, and they kindly provided it. When we ate it in the hot pot, it was incredibly tender and delicious. It made for a luxurious hot pot.

Salted green onion, gizzard, tataki sauce, and green onion sauce for 680 yen. I bought beer at the Lawson across the street. There is a lunch break from 1:00 to 2:00.

Cheap and delicious. The staff are friendly. It's popular so the amount available for takeaway is limited, but they will cook more if you wait a bit. It's a good idea to take a walk around Senso-ji Temple while you wait.

After that, I bought eggs requested by my wife at Life, and thought about taking a taxi home, but Bird Joy was still open, so I decided to buy yakitori for my daughter to take home. I bought salt yakitori (180 yen), heart (110 yen), cartilage (130 yen), liver (110 yen), skin (110 yen), and fried chicken (300 yen). The skin and liver were in sauce, while the rest were salted. It was my first time buying fried chicken, but my daughter said it was quite delicious. She mentioned that the sauce on the skin was too strong.
