"Ikura Don Namino" is a place that ikura lovers will absolutely adore. You can enjoy various types of ikura dishes here, and they also offer a unique selection of sake for those who want to pair ikura with Japanese sake. I told the staff about my preferences, and they recommended a wonderful sake called "Juyondai" to accompany my meal. The main dish, the ikura bowl, was a luxurious six-color bowl. The lineup includes silver salmon ikura, red salmon ikura, golden ikura, and trout ikura. Each type of ikura had a different texture and freshness, and they were all delicious. I couldn't help but think about coming back for more while I was eating. I even ended up ordering extra rice and additional toppings. The quality of the toppings, like thick-cut raw salmon and shrimp, was exceptional. I also ordered a tamago kake gohan (rice with raw egg) to finish off my meal, and the staff kindly made a small portion for me. They have two types of eggs to choose from, each with a unique flavor. Overall, the cost performance, taste, and service were all excellent, and I will definitely be returning to this restaurant in Jiyugaoka if I can't decide where to eat.

A small restaurant that is popular on Instagram for its salmon and ikura donburi. The first floor has a few counter seats, and there are more seats on the second floor. I ordered the salmon and ikura parent-child donburi, with a large portion of salmon for an additional 300 yen. The donburi was beautifully presented, with the rice cooked to a firm texture and a simple yet delicious taste. You can also get a large portion of rice if you want. After finishing the meal, they served a delicious ochazuke. The rice was delicious, and the senbero set was interesting - you can play a game and win 4-7 sticks to use as vouchers. It's a great deal. There's nothing special about the appetizer, but it's included in the price, which is even more worth it. In the end, the bill came out to 3100 yen. It's a place where even dining alone can be enjoyable. I will definitely visit again.

Visited alone around 12:00 on Sunday. It's a bit difficult to get to because it's in the direction of Shin Minami-guchi. But it's a very popular restaurant, so it's worth checking out. I was prepared to wait a long time, but surprisingly I was able to get in without waiting. I sat at the counter on the first floor. The staff were polite and friendly. The staff were foreigners, and there was a strange atmosphere with retro music playing. I heard some unfamiliar minor songs, but then a song by SPEED came on, so I wondered if it was a song from the Heisei era? I ordered the limited menu Salmon Yukke Don. It looked appetizing and the ikura was small but tasty. It was so delicious, I finished it in no time. The tea rice service is generous, where they flatten the bowl after you finish and then add more salmon on top. It felt like I ordered two dishes, although that might be an exaggeration, but it felt like a great deal. Go there on an empty stomach. I thought it was a bit pricey, but considering the tea rice service, it's good value. When I left the restaurant, there was a line forming. I guess I was lucky to have gone at the right time.

I found a restaurant on Instagram that I was interested in. I ordered the salmon and ikura yukke bowl. The combination of salmon and ikura on slightly firm rice, mixed with yukke sauce, created a truly blissful lunch. After finishing the meal, they also served tea with pickles, which was delicious as well. I was satisfied until the very end. Please note that they only accept cash payments.

I visited "Nami Shibuya Higashi Store" a 10-minute walk from Shibuya Station around 6 pm on a weekday, and there was no wait. I was able to enter smoothly. I ordered the serious parent and child bowl specializing in salmon for 1,700 yen. It was so delicious that it is limited in quantity according to the menu. It comes with ochazuke. A small bowl was served in about 5 minutes. The parent and child bowl consists of chopped salmon, ikura, and a yolk in the middle. The salmon and ikura are fresh and delicious. I started to crush the yolk and mix it in, creating a delicious salmon and ikura over rice dish. When I was about 70% done, I ordered the ochazuke, and they said they would serve it after I finish everything. The bowl was small at first, but it seems they ensure volume by serving the ochazuke in a separate dish with rice included. The ochazuke had a slightly cloudy salmon broth with a little salmon and seaweed. It was a satisfying finish to the meal! I enjoyed it until the end.

I had a salmon yukke bowl. The salmon roe was very fresh and popping. The bowl size was perfect for a woman to finish, and I didn't feel uncomfortable after eating. They also had a menu where you could compare different types of salmon roe. I would like to go back again. The stairs to the second floor were very narrow, but the bowl was very delicious.

I went to eat at Tamazushi for lunch, but they were closed. My friend suggested going to a nearby beach with waves and we passed through a shrine to get there. We decided to try the famous bowl that is popular on social media. The bowl was smaller than expected, so the price of 1700 yen seemed a bit high. However, after finishing the meal, they served complimentary ochazuke which filled us up. I recommend going for drinks after 5 pm for a good deal!

It's a popular seafood bowl restaurant a short walk from Shibuya Station. Sometimes there's a brief moment when the line clears up. I've taken the opportunity to eat here a few times. I ordered the Salmon Yukke Bowl. It comes with a mountain of salmon marinated in a special sauce, topped with ikura and egg yolk, which looks great in photos. It comes in a small bowl but it's very filling. You can turn it into ochazuke halfway through. You can add more rice, but I can't finish it all, so I switch to ochazuke when there's less than a third of rice left. Both the Salmon Yukke Bowl and ochazuke were delicious. Thank you for the meal.

Popular seafood bowl restaurant in Shibuya! Last time I tried to go, the line was too long so I gave up... But this time, on a rainy weekday night, I took the chance and was able to get in without waiting. The salmon, marinated in a special sauce, was plentiful and delicious. The ikura and egg yolk sparkled, making it visually stunning. The rich sweetness of the egg yolk paired perfectly with the salmon and ikura. The freshness of the seafood was also excellent. About 2/3 of the way through, you can turn it into ochazuke! You can also add extra rice if you want. It's a bit on the smaller side for a donburi, so those looking for a large portion might find it lacking, but I was pleasantly surprised. The ochazuke with chopped seaweed was also incredibly delicious. Satisfied with both the taste and presentation! Thank you for the meal!

Located between Shibuya Station and Ebisu Station, this salmon seafood bowl specialty restaurant is marked by a white curtain. I arrived at 13:30 and was able to enter without waiting, but there was a waiting lane set up in front of the shop, so it seems like there may be a line during peak hours. The restaurant is two stories high, and the stairs are quite steep, so be careful. I ordered the serious parent and child bowl, and the bowl was brought to me in about 5 minutes. It seemed a little smaller than in the photos, but when I tried it, it was quite satisfying (laughs). The sliced salmon and grainy salmon roe go well together! After finishing the meal, there was also a complimentary ochazuke service, which was nice. I think it's a restaurant that is easy to visit even for one person! For seafood bowl lovers, this is definitely a recommended restaurant. ◎

■ Usage sceneVisited on a Sunday afternoon.■ Order・Serious Oyakodon (Chicken and Egg Rice Bowl) Price: 1,700 yen including tax■ ImpressionI visited during a break from taking a qualification exam in Shibuya. When I started lining up around 11:00, there were only about 2 people ahead of me, but by the 11:30 opening time, there were about 15 people in line. Although there is a second floor, it can get quite crowded, so I recommend lining up with some extra time. I ordered the limited quantity Oyakodon as it caught my eye on the menu. I was torn between that and the Yukke-don (raw beef bowl), but I ended up choosing the Oyakodon because I was craving salmon. The egg yolk in the middle was a delightful touch, and when mixed with the salmon, it was absolutely delicious. I was also happy to be able to enjoy it as ochazuke (rice with tea poured over it) after finishing the meal! Next time I visit, I want to challenge myself with the Yukke-don.■ Location・AccessA 10-minute walk from Shibuya Station.

The taste is good. The salmon and ikura are delicious, but the size of the restaurant, the unfriendliness of the staff is a bit noticeable. The chairs and tables are high, and the aisles are narrow. The stairs are steep. It seems they have a cheap drink menu at night, but with this interior, it's hard to relax and enjoy a drink. However, the food is delicious, and the last ochazuke is satisfying.

This is a delicious seafood bowl with salmon located a little further back from Namiki Bridge. When the bowl arrived at the table, I immediately thought, "This is definitely going to be delicious!" The visual appeal in the photo was also amazing! The taste was also delicious! Lastly, a tea-soaked rice dish was included as a service, and extra salmon was added. The cost performance, deliciousness, and photogenic quality were all just right! I will definitely go back!

The title of this review should be "A Mysterious Seafood Bowl Shop". I had planned to go to a popular restaurant but seeing the long line, I decided to try my second option, which I had researched beforehand. The shop looked small from the outside, and indeed, it had only 3 or 4 counter seats inside. The owner seemed to be from Southeast Asia, which made me a bit skeptical about their Japanese seafood bowl. The menu was a bit pricey, starting from 1000 yen, clearly targeting tourists rather than business people for lunch. I ordered the cheapest option, the "Umi no Don (plum)" for 1000 yen. The restroom was on the second floor, and the owner warned me about the steep stairs. The bowl arrived, with salmon and negitoro topping. I hesitated a bit due to the preconception that it was made by a non-Japanese person, but it turned out to be delicious. The rice was cooked on the harder side, which I liked, but it might not suit those who prefer softer, glossy rice. The waitresses were also from Southeast Asia, working cheerfully and energetically. Although the menu mentioned a complimentary ochazuke after the meal, I decided to skip it. Despite the shop's unique atmosphere and staff, I would go back again for the tasty food. Next time, I'll try the ochazuke option. On my way back, I visited the lush Hikawa Shrine, feeling refreshed after a long time.

A regular-sized deep tea bowl filled with a bowl! 3 slices of seared salmon, salmon tataki, trout roe, and raw egg on top. After finishing, it becomes delicious ochazuke, enjoying it twice in one meal! Is seafood bowl always a hit? It's nice to be able to enjoy it twice by making ochazuke!

I lined up from around 12:30 on Sunday, didn't have to wait too long to get in. I had oyakodon, ochazuke, and a highball. It was extremely delicious!! The salmon roe was popping and had a unique texture compared to regular ones! The complimentary ochazuke was also rich in flavor and very satisfying. I definitely want to go again ☺️

Because it is a popular restaurant, there may be a line at lunchtime, but it was worth waiting for the delicious salmon and ikura rice bowl. The texture of the ikura was amazing, with each individual egg bursting in your mouth. Eating it together with the salmon made it even more delicious. The tea-soaked rice served as the finishing touch was so good that I ended up ordering a large portion despite feeling full. The broth matched perfectly with the salmon. Another plus point is that the staff seemed to be enjoying their work!

I went to "Nami no" in East Shibuya. I attended the Mercury Witch event in Shibuya at 10:00 with my partner, where we enjoyed taking lots of pictures of a large Gunpla. We had some time to spare before our next appointment, so we decided to visit this restaurant that we had been wanting to go to. The restaurant opens at 11:30, and when we arrived at 11:00, we thought there wouldn't be any people waiting in line... but there were already two groups ahead of us, and soon a long line formed! Luckily, we arrived early, so we didn't have to wait too long. I ordered the salmon and ikura bowl, while my partner ordered the bowl with uni. When it comes to seafood, the rice always comes quickly! We were served right away! This made us very happy. My first impression was that the bowls were on the smaller side, but the freshness of the salmon and ikura was excellent! It was very delicious. Interestingly, I ordered raw salmon while my partner ordered seared salmon, but they got mixed up, so we shared and enjoyed both. As a finishing touch, we were served salmon ochazuke as a bonus! You can choose the amount of rice, and I opted for a small size. The rice in the bowls was surprisingly generous! The ochazuke was also delicious with a flavorful broth. Ochazuke goes surprisingly well with beer. We finished the meal by enjoying the remaining beer. Despite the smaller size, we had a great dining experience. After paying the bill and stepping outside, we saw a line of about 40 people! If you plan to go, either be there 30 minutes before opening or be prepared to wait in line. But it's definitely worth it for a delicious meal like this. Thank you, "Nami no"! #ShibuyaEats #NamiNo #TokyoEats #TokyoFoodie #SeafoodBowl #FoodiesUnite

I was planning to have the "Special Wave" for 2,000 yen, but I chose this instead. It was very delicious and I couldn't stop smiling. You can adjust the amount of rice in the ochazuke. I had it on the second floor, and the stairs were very scary. But I thought it added to the charm. The interior is also very nice. Next time, I will come to eat the yukke.

The yellow salmon roe was very attractive and I went to try it out. I lined up before the store opened on a weekday, managed to get in on the first round, but by the time I left, there were more than 10 people waiting in line - that's how popular it is. The store itself is small with limited capacity, and the stairs to the second floor are steep and narrow, so those wearing heels should be careful. I went for the rare yellow salmon roe, which was more rich and flavorful than the traditional red one, and enjoyed it very much. They also serve ochazuke as a finishing touch. If you don't mind waiting in line, it's worth a visit at least once.
