〈Valuable 24-hour operation〉【Visit Motive】Saturday evening. On this day, I went out for a meal with a friend. They listened to my preferences and we headed to a tonkotsu ramen shop in Kabukicho. I had a good experience at the same shop in Itabashi, so I had high expectations for this one as well.【Impressions upon entering】The sign wasn't very noticeable and the entrance was narrow, so I almost walked past it. The shop only had about 7 counter seats, and there were 3 customers already at 5 PM. Orders were placed using the ticket machine at the entrance. There was only one type of ramen available, with the regular priced at 900 yen, which is a bit on the expensive side. Since I had come all the way to Shinjuku, I decided to add a flavored egg.【Ordered Menu】● Flavored Egg Ramen 1,000 yen Flavor 4.0 Cost performance 3.3The toppings included green onions, bamboo shoots, wood ear mushrooms, 2 slices of chashu, and a flavored egg. The soup was a light brown color leaning towards white. As soon as the soup touched my lips, the delightful aroma of tonkotsu made me suddenly hungry. The broth was rich with a strong pork bone flavor, a bit salty and oily. Overall, it was on the heavier side, so the pickled ginger on the table complemented it well. Unfortunately, the spicy pickled mustard greens cost an additional 100 yen. The extra-thin straight noodles I ordered were just the right firmness and easy to eat, smoothly sliding down my throat. The chashu had a good balance of fat and was delicious. It would be nice if they could offer a slightly lower price with just one slice.【Overall Impression】Kabukicho is a fierce battleground for ramen, but this shop has survived for a reason, offering high-quality tonkotsu ramen. It would be even more appreciated if it were 100 yen cheaper. After filling my stomach, I headed to a cafe.

I used to visit this shop often after my part-time job in Shinjuku during my student days, and I still visit frequently! Review:
- Ajitama Ramen 1,000 yen
The noodles are thin straight noodles with normal firmness. The soup is rich but not overpowering, and relatively light in flavor without any unpleasant smell. The toppings include chashu, seasoned egg, green onions, seaweed, wood ear mushrooms, and bamboo shoots. The combination of the flavorful green onions and the crunchy wood ear mushrooms with the noodles is truly exquisite. Extra noodles can be added for 100 yen, and most customers opt for it! I prefer noodles with normal firmness, so it was a good reminder for me. Thank you for the delicious meal!

I visited the restaurant after reading reviews. I ordered the Ajitama Ramen with an extra serving of noodles. The total came to exactly 1,000 yen. I visited a little after 12 o'clock and there were three other customers inside. When asked about the firmness of the noodles, I requested them to be very firm. The ramen was served in just a few minutes. The soup was a bit different than usual tonkotsu, it didn't have the typical milky white color. However, it still had the flavor of tonkotsu and was quite rich. The noodles were straight and a bit powdery. It had been a while since I had tonkotsu ramen. Thank you for the meal. The restaurant is located in a narrow alley and a bit hidden, so it might be hard to find.

I visited the Hakata tonkotsu ramen Wakura Kabukicho branch in Shinjuku Kabukicho around 8:30 PM. This was my 9th visit this year. I redeemed my member card with 10 stamps for a free regular size Wakura ramen. Lately, the taste at Wakura seems to be saltier than before, but I managed to finish the whole bowl.

I visited the Hakata Tonkotsu Ramen Wakura Kabukicho store in Shinjuku Kabukicho at 8:30 PM, which was my 8th visit this year. I ordered the Wakuramen for free using my member card with 10 stamps. Lately, it seems like the flavor at Wakura is saltier than before, making it difficult to finish the soup.

The ramen itself was neither good nor bad in taste, but the restaurant was hot inside and there were condiments on the table. I was very worried about the hygiene. Also, the chashu seemed like it might be instant. It was a bit disappointing as it had been on my list of places to try for a while.

I visited the restaurant at around 1:17 am on a Sunday, after reading reviews on Mairebi and wanting to go there. I bought a ticket for the ramen with flavored egg for 900 yen and a pint of draft beer for 700 yen at the ticket machine on the left as soon as I entered the shop. I sat at the counter seat which was the only seat available, ordered everything regular, and handed the tickets to the staff. Despite being late at night, the place was full of young men and women, and the radio was playing in the background. There were two male staff members working. I received my Sapporo Black Label draft beer at 1:19 am and my flavored egg ramen at 1:21 am. The noodles were thin and firm like Hakata ramen, and the dish included plenty of wood ear mushrooms, chashu soaked in the soup, a nicely runny flavored egg, and red pickled ginger. It was delicious, and many people were ordering extra noodles. Thank you for the meal.

Oh, it's been a while since I had a richly flavored tonkotsu ramen with a pork bone scent. I came here wanting to eat Hakata-style tonkotsu ramen and it was a great choice. The chashu was tender and delicious, and the seasoned egg was also good! I went in the morning, but the location was just so sketchy. The customers were also the type who you'd rather not engage with.

#Hakata Tonkotsu Ramen Wakura Kabukicho Branch#
This year, I visited the Hakata Tonkotsu Ramen Wakura Kabukicho branch for the 6th time, just before 4 am. I ordered the 1.5 Wakura Ramen for 850 yen and got a free flavored egg with my member card. It's been a while since I came to eat at the Kabukicho branch, but I like it because it's quick and cheap.

After drinking in Kabukicho, I visited around 9 pm. It was quite crowded late at night, but I was able to get in smoothly at a relatively early time. I had the 800 yen tonkotsu ramen, firm noodles. It had a rich flavor, and I could enjoy the Hakata ramen, it was delicious! Easy to eat even for beginners. The ramen came out really quickly.

I went to this restaurant before heading to ZERO. The taste has a pork bone smell and the flavor is not very good. If you're in Kabukicho, I think it would be better to go to Ichiran or Jiro for better quality. The taste is only bearable with red pickled ginger and garlic. Just like Karakara in Shibuya, I wish they would research the pork bone flavor a little more.

I visited on Sunday morning around 7 o'clock, and the place was packed with customers who had been drinking. I ordered the special ramen and spicy pickled vegetables, and also got an extra serving of noodles. The pickled vegetables weren't too spicy. The broth was light for a pork bone base, easy to eat, and delicious.

The restaurant was 80% full by 7:30 in the morning. Perhaps the limited number of seats contributed to this. The service was quick, which was good. The noodles were thin and delicious, blending well with the pork bone soup. The chashu had a good amount of fat but was not too heavy, although it had a slight hint of unpleasant smell. The egg was perfectly half-cooked, which was pleasing. The green onions were a bit dry.

Arrived around 09:30 on Saturday. There were 7 customers ahead of me, but I was able to enter without waiting. This indicates that the place is quite popular at this time. I chose the Special Ramen for 1,000 yen including tax. It is a regular ramen with extra chashu, seaweed, and a seasoned egg. The regular ramen costs 800 yen, so the extra 200 yen for the special option is worth it. I ordered my noodles firm and they were served in about 3 minutes. The soup had a rich and authentic Kyushu pork bone flavor, which I really enjoyed. Personally, I felt that a touch more sweetness would have made it even better. The chopped green onions in the toppings complemented the soup well. The noodles were flavorful, with a good texture and aroma. The portion of noodles in this Kyushu pork bone ramen was quite generous. Being able to dine at this time made me appreciate the lovely relationship between the city and the restaurant, which gave me a warm and fuzzy feeling. ^_^

As someone who franchises at Wakura Shinjuku, this is common sense. The mornings are always packed with customers. Today, I had drinks starting from 3 PM, and I ended my meal there. When it comes to tonkotsu ramen, Wakura is the place to go. I've been there countless times. Thank you for the delicious meal!

We went for a nightcap. A ramen shop standing in the heart of Kabukicho, it had a distinct aroma. The atmosphere was similar to a famous Hakata ramen shop in Yakuin, but the cleanliness of the place was questionable. However, the taste of the Hakata ramen was definitely authentic. My friend ordered extra rice as a side dish, and it came with seasoned ground meat, which was a pleasant surprise.

You can sit down without waiting after 10 pm on weekdays. I had pork bone ramen for the first time in a while after watching a baseball game. Ordering the noodles firm was the best choice! I slurped it all up and finished it. I thought it might be heavy, but it was actually quite light, so I was satisfied.

Shinjuku Kabukicho offers a mysteriously delicious, thick and flavorful pork bone ramen that is open 24 hours a day!
Ordered items: Ramen (Harigane), Extra noodles (Harigane)
Basic evaluation of ramen:
- Soup: Relatively thick and creamy, but today it was on the thinner side compared to usual
- Oil: A slight film on the surface
- Noodles: Thin, not super fine
- Table condiments: Moderate amount, grated garlic, red pickled ginger
- Ingredients: Green onions, chashu (pork belly), wood ear mushrooms
Impressions:
- A favorite shop that was also in Koenji, unfortunately closed due to COVID-19
- Located in a small alley in Kabukicho
- The slightly tangy soup hints at the variety of pork bones used
- The rich soup and chewy noodles create a delicious tonkotsu ramen experience
- Compared to Ichigoya, the harmony between the rich soup and firm noodles is excellent
- It's a convenient location, just a few minutes' walk from Shinjuku Station East Exit, making it a great place to visit for good food

This is a ramen shop that serves delicious tonkotsu ramen, I've lost count of how many times I've been there. The feeling of indulgence when eating ramen late at night after drinking a lot of alcohol, even though I know I shouldn't before going to bed. There may be no better food than this.

This is my first visit. It seems to be a restaurant with 4 stores in Tokyo. It is located a 6-7 minute walk from Shinjuku Sanchome Station. The interior of the restaurant is small with only a counter. However, this is the kind of atmosphere you would expect for a Hakata-style tonkotsu ramen. I visited around 2:30 pm on a weekday, and the restaurant was about 70% full. I bought a meal ticket at the entrance. Today, I ordered the Special Ramen for 1000 yen. It was served in about 3 minutes. The bowl had 3 large sheets of seaweed, seasoned egg, 4 slices of pork chashu, green onions, bamboo shoots, and wood ear mushrooms. The noodles I requested were firm and thin, with a straight shape and a strong wheat flavor. They were delicious with a nice chewy texture. The soup had a rich tonkotsu flavor but was smooth and not too overpowering. The crispy seaweed added a nice aroma and flavor. The crunchy texture of the green onions, wood ear mushrooms, and bamboo shoots mixed in with the noodles kept the dish interesting. The chashu was thick and had a good flavor, but it seemed like they were using pre-made chashu, which was a bit disappointing. Next time, I would like to try ordering extra noodles rather than extra toppings. Thank you for the meal.
