This is a restaurant that opened this month in the Moritown dining area right in front of Akishima Station. It is their second store after Nakano Fujimi-cho. When you enter the restaurant, you can see them grilling steaks and hamburgers over charcoal right in front of you. I was interested in the hamburgers, but decided to go for the classic hamburger first. I ordered the Cheese Charcoal-Grilled Hamburg Steak with a melting cheese topping for ¥1680 (including tax). You can also add a drink for an additional ¥200. The restaurant was crowded with locals of all ages, and it was full by noon! They have a terrace where you can dine with your pet, and they even offer pet food! There is also a photo spot where you can take pictures with your dog. Once the hamburger is cooked, they cut it in front of you and finish it off. Made with 100% beef and no fillers, the juicy hamburger is not greasy at all and very refreshing! It is a generous 230g portion, perfect for satisfying even men. There are several hamburger restaurants in the area, but if you want to enjoy authentic hamburgers, this place is highly recommended! They offer a kids' set and welcome pets, making it convenient for various occasions. I definitely want to try their hamburgers next time!

This is a delicious hamburger steak restaurant. The hamburger steak has a strong flavor and is very tender. The kids' menu is quite filling even for adult women. The hamburgers also look delicious. The atmosphere of the restaurant is calm with a blue color scheme. It's great to have a restaurant like this in Akishima.

Charcoal-grilled hamburger. It arrived rare and was cooked to your liking on a hot plate. The interior of the restaurant is clean. Although we entered when it wasn't crowded, it took quite a while for the hamburger to arrive after ordering. The hamburger was juicy and delicious. I went with friends, but it was disappointing that we couldn't pay separately.

It had a casual American-style atmosphere. I ordered the Garlic Butter Charcoal-Grilled Hamburger for 1628 yen and added rice for 275 yen. Before the hamburger arrived, they placed paper sheets on our jackets and bags to protect them from splattering oil. After a short wait, the staff brought out the freshly grilled round hamburger, cut it in half at our table, and pressed it onto a hot plate, just like I had seen before. Right before eating, they poured a special sauce over it, and the sizzling hot plate made a delicious sound. The slightly rare hamburger was flavorful, exactly as I had imagined, with a meaty taste from 100% beef – it was really delicious. The side vegetables had a nice crunchy texture and were tasty. My wife ordered the Avocado & Cheese, which had perfectly ripe avocado and crispy cheese from the hot plate – it was delicious. The manager's service was polite and I had a good impression. Thank you for the meal. I will definitely visit again.
